- Adriana (9/5): Experiência de hospedagem excepcional em Atenas. - Ponto alto: atenção dos anfitriões, desde a reserva até a saída. Localização excepcional. Tem um lance de escada entre o térreo e o 1o andar (elevador a partir daí). Atenção caso haja algum problema de mobilidade. Para mim não foi problema, a questão das bagagens foi compensada pela gentileza do Christos, que se encarregou delas gentilmente.

- Constantina (9/5): Nice - Excellent location, very clean, easy check in / out, nice view of Acropolis (despite of the fact that constructions are in the middle between the balcony and Acropolis) have in mind that elevator is on the 1st floor so in case you need it you must use the stairs to the 1st floor first

Comfortable and clean bed and private balcony. Easy check in process with attentive and responsive managers who help coordinate local travel. Shower had some broken elements and leaked onto the bathroom floor.
- Sara (9/5): Gorgeous view of the Acropolis and central to everything! - The view was GORGEOUS! The room was overall clean and well put together. The location was excellent for being near everything we wanted to see. The owner was responsive and even came to say goodbye to us at the end of the stay and apologized again for the ants. There were some ants coming in from one of the sliding glass doors. The owner apologized and offered to come and clean the room again, but we declined since they weren’t too bad. There were some stains on one of the couch pillows.

El departamento es divino: cómodo, impecable y con todo lo necesario para disfrutar la estadía. La ducha excelente, el baño muy cómodo y la cama súper confortable, ideal para descansar después de recorrer la ciudad. La ubicación también es un gran punto a favor: por la noche, la zona es muy linda y agradable para caminar, y durante el día está llena de locales, movimiento y vida. Pero, sin dudas, lo que completa la experiencia es la hospitalidad. Desde el primer momento hasta el último, la atención fue cálida, amable y de excelencia. Volveríamos felices!

Localização perfeita, quarto amplo com todas as comodidades, limpeza ótima, atenção e resposta rápida do proprietário e especialmente do Christos, o anfitrião. Ele é 100%! Poderia dizer que foi um amigo. Me ajudou em muitas coisas ( guardar malas após o checkout, dar dicas de lugares, etc). Excepcional! Obrigada, Chris!!! O banheiro realmente tem um cheirinho de esgoto. Eu deixei a porta do banheiro fechada e não foquei a atenção nisso. Só isso foi um pouquinho chato. O restante é nota 10!!!

- Anno (10/5): Top appartement met een waanzinnig uitzicht. - Ten eerste het contact voorafgaande aan ons verblijf met onze hosts John en Christos was erg goed. Vervoer vanaf de luchthaven naar 24K Athena Suites werd keurig geregeld. Van te voren werd ook de toegangsregeling via WhatsApp doorgegeven. Christos was altijd bereikbaar als het nodig was. Wij hadden het penthouse (51) en dat heeft een fantastisch uitzicht op de Acropolis. Door de ligging van 24K Athena Suites is het overgrote deel van de bezienswaardigheden te voet bereikbaar. Kortom een perfecte locatie. De inrichting was modern met veel marmer. De aanwezige kitchenette was ingericht met net voldoende uitrusting om een niet al te grote maaltijd te bereiden. Maar met zoveel restaurants in de omgeving heb je daar weinig behoefte aan. Tot laat in de avond bleef het verlichte Parthenon intrigeren en vanuit het bed in de ochtend, met een kop koffie in de hand, kijken hoe de Griekse vlag wordt gehesen maakt her appartement een echte topper. Dagelijkse schoonmaakservice en verversen handdoeken was inbegrepen evenals koffiehuis voor de Nespresso. Iedere dag werden waterflessen aangevuld. Kortom een service die je niet bij alle appartementen tegenkomt. De badkamer was goed ingericht met een goede douche en diverse zeepattributen. Zelfs sloffen waren aanwezig. Kortom een echte aanrader die een verblijf in Athene zeer doet slagen. Bedankt John en Christos. We komen zeker weer terug. Niets

Πεντακάθαρο δωμάτιο, φωτεινό, καλά εξοπλισμένο, σε μια τόσο κεντρική περιοχή στην καρδιά της Αθήνας, δίπλα σε όλα τα αξιοθέατα, ενώ ταυτόχρονα μια πολύ ήσυχη γειτονιά για ποιοτικό ύπνο και πραγματική ξεκούραση. It is 10’ walk from all the areas we wanted to visit, such as National Park, the Parliament, old town Plaka, Parthenon, Psiri, Thision and many more locations. Great space full room with lovely small kitchen and toilet! I suggest choosing 24K !!!

- Lucia (10/5): - Z postele je vidno Akropolu, ktora je v noci krásne osvetlená. Apartmán sa nachádza priamo v centre, všade sa dá ľahko dostať pešo. Od ubytovateľa sme dostali wtsp správu s kódmi. Každý deň nám prišli doplniť vodu do chladičky, upratať a vymeniť uteráky. Boli sme veľmi spokojní.

The host was extremely helpful and courteous, and the property was clean and comfortable. A wardrobe and a microwave would have been very helpful.
- Key-Ty (10/5): Mieszkanie w centrym Aten z widokiem na Akropol! - Spędziliśmy kolejny city break w apartamentach 24K Athena Suites, poprzednim razem mieszkaliśmy niżej - tym razem na samej górze - widok - BEZCENNY - cała ściana okien z widokiem na Akropol - zarówno wieczorem jak i budząc się można patrzeć bez końca w hipnotyzujący widok na tyle lat historii.. ech.. chcemy wrócić znowu i to już! bezproblemowe dostanie się do apartamentu niezależnie od godziny - na kod. Bliskość restauracji, sklepów, AKROPOLU i ANAFIOKTIKI, bliskość Syntagmy, Monastiraków.. metra - wszystko w zasięgu ręki. Po prostu rewelacja! Malutki aneks kuchenny, ale jest, ekspres do kawy, codzienne sprzątanie i wymiana ręczników oraz uzupełnienie kapsułek z kawą. Przemiłe Panie dbające o porządek, bardzo łatwy i szybki kontakt z wynajmującym. Bardzo wygodne łóżko! Możliwość przechowania bagażu na miejscu - duże ułatwienie. Może lodówka powinna być większa i posiadać zamrażalnik z prawdziwego zdarzenia- zwłaszcza latem Przydałyby się może dodatkowe szklanki, ale to już marudzenie :) Cena w stosunku do hoteli w niedalekiej okolicy na Ermou i Thission dość wysoka, ale i tak bardzo nam się podobało!

A kiláttás lélegzet elállitó volt nappal és este is.Az ágy nagyon kényelmes,tökéletes kilátással párosul.😉A reggeli kávé a teraszon mennyei. Nagyon kedves szállásadó. Christos segitőkéz, rögtön válaszol, segít. Kicsekkolás után késöbb indult a gépünk a csomagjainkra vigyáztak. Ha legközelebb megyünk biztos öket választjuk.

We were in room 31 which has a view of the Parthenon however currently it is partly obscured by scaffolding and netting on the property opposite. Hopefully this is just temporary.

It’s clean and well-maintained overall, although the windows could use a proper cleaning as it seems they haven’t been cleaned in a while. I stayed here with my 2-year-old daughter, and the space was great for her, plenty of room to play and move around comfortably. Overall, I recommend this apartment. If you have a stroller, be aware that you’ll need to carry it from the ground floor to the first floor, as the elevator starts from the first floor. The staircase is quite narrow, which makes this a bit inconvenient.
- Aladdin (7/5): - Was lacking a dustbin in the room, a fridge would've been nice to have, but major for the 7/10 score was the bed which was incredibly uncomfortable. In the middle of the bed you sunk down a lot and didn't have great sleep as a result.

- Morgan (10/5): - We loved our stay at 24k Athena Suites! The location was excellent for exploring Athens, and despite the bustling surroundings, the room was extremely well soundproofed. Arrival with entry code was very convenient, and host was extremely communicative and easy to reach. Room was very clean and well updated. No flaws!
- Ειρήνη (10/5): - Το δωμάτιο ήταν πεντακάθαρο και ο κ. Γιάννης μας βοήθησε σε ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε. Η τοποθεσία είναι ότι καλύτερο. Βρίσκεται σε πεζόδρομο, παράλληλα της Μητροπόλεως και είναι όλα σε πολύ κοντινή απόσταση. Πας όπου θες με τα πόδια και το βράδυ που τα τουριστικά μαγαζιά από κάτω κλείνουν έχει απίστευτη ησυχία.

Athens is always amazing, I love coming back here 🥰 The communication with Mr. John and Mr. Christos was excellent. We had a comfortable apartment with two rooms and two bathrooms. Mr. Christos was very kind and helpful. The cleaning lady took care of everything we needed in the apartment. - Cristiano (9/5): Ottima struttura nel cuore di Atene - La struttura si trova nel cuore della Plaka, proprio nel centro di Atene, a pochi passi a piedi dall'Acropoli, da Monastiraki e da tutte le principali attrazioni da vedere. Importante, a mio parere, che si trovi a meno di cinque minuti a piedi da piazza Sintagma, dove c'è il capolinea del bux X95 che collega direttamente con l'aeroporto. Il gestore è stato molto presente, mi ha contattato prima via Whatsapp e mi ha fornito tutte le informazioni per entrare nell'appartamento tramite i codici (sono arrivato molto tardi la notte). E' comodo che sia per il portone che per l'entrata degli appartamenti non ci sono chiavi ma codici. Il mio appartamentino era molto pulito, con letti comodi e cuscini pure molto comodi. Bello il bagno ampio, con ampia doccia molto comoda. Intorno alla struttura c'è davvero di tutto, molti dei migliori ristoranti, negozi e tutto il resto. Il servizio wifi è semplice, veloce ma a volte la linea cadeva e bisognava riconnettersi. Non un grande problema, ma che potrebbe essere risolto.

Towels were changed daily, and drinking water was provided. The manager was very friendly and responded quickly to requests. I would definitely recommend this accommodation for trips to Athens.
