• Anna (9/5): - The room was very clean and beautiful. Really close to the old city entrance. We stayed just for one night but it is very well equipped for long-term use. Really quiet neighbourhood. Nice view. The parking close to the apartment was only for citizens with permission, so we paid 40€ to park the car for 24h to an 11min distance parking. Was not far if you travel light. A lot of stairs if you carry a suitcase. Just one bathroom for 3 apartments, no sound proofing at all. I had no instructions about the check in, I sent a message, no answer and I had to call them.

• Eunice (7/5): Very well located, but the beds were not so comfortable... - The location of the guest house was perfect! Directly near the old town! The beds weren't comfortable and made noises by only turning not them...
• jesica maria (1/5): La casa del terror en Dubrovnik - Solo la ubicación Todo fue malo. Nadie tiene control ni la anfitriona coge el teléfono. Todo va por mensajes por booking y taquilla con llaves. Las habitaciones no se parecen a las fotos. Nada confortables. El baño desordenado y sucio. Los suelos y puertas antiguos suenan todo el tiempo. La cisterna parece que se cayera encima de tu techo. Por la noche los huéspedes llegaron borrachos, gritando y trajeron mas personas de las alojadas. Empezaron a tocar todas las puertas. Ademas no se puede fumar pero salen al balcón y con el aire empiezan a golpearse todas las puertas abiertas como la del baño o cocina. Imposible dormir. Ni en un albergue se duerme peor. En nuestra habitación había objetos de todo tipo y un armario grande antiguo que ponía que no se podía abrir porque dentro había productos de limpieza, cosa que hasta me parece peligrosa en el caso de que haya un incidente.

• Michal (5/5): - Poloha, dostatečné na jednu noc. Bohužel v noci začal být v pokoji cítit silný zápach čistidla (chlor), který nešel vyvětrat, protože se nedalo otevřít okno. Kvůli tomu jsem půl noci nespal, a celý zbytek dne mi bylo špatně a bolela mě hlava. Škoda tohoto zážitku, jinak by ubytování bylo fajn.

• Gerry (1/5): - The only thing positive I can say is that it is in a great location. Be careful because the address comes up as number 3, but it's actually number 7 The link I was sent with was to include the details of the property including the correct address and the lockbox code for the key to get in was not the link I received. I was sent a link to the website that the property owners use to lease out their properties. The website states that the manager meets you at the property and as requested I sent through our arrival time. When we arrived we couldn't find the correct property, the photos on the website is of the property from inside a closed courtyard so you couldn't tell which house was the right one. Because we had no details we used Google maps but it brought us to number 3 which was a derelict house. We also tried using the map link on booking.com but it also brought us to the same building. The manager of a local restaurant went on his computer and looked up the property's address and he walked us to the address, yes it was the same derelict property number 3. I sent the property manager 5 messages explaining our situation and I also sent 4 emails asking for them to contact me. When the restaurant closed the manager and 3 staff members came to help us. They went walking around the area and finally one of them managed to get into the courtyard and find the right house. It was number 7, not number 3. However when we got to the entrance to get in, we didn't have the code to the key lockbox to get the key to get in. We were completely stranded. The staff tried calling the number listed for the property but got a message that the number was no longer in use. I also tried the number I had but it was the same one and I got the same message. We were completely stranded and given that I am disabled, my son has autism and he was distraught and panicked thinking we had nowhere to sleep. My 73 year old mother was also with us and she was exhausted from all the walking around trying to find the place. We took the decision to go to a hotel and book in for the night.

We came in front of the apartment without any check-in details (and we had sent our arrival time before) so we had to contact Booking and then they contacted the host. The apartment was very cold (inside was only 15 °C) and at the beginning, we had problems with heating.
• Volodymyr (9/5): Excellent option - Pretty much everything. The location is a couple of minutes' walk from the gate of the old town, the same to the bus stop and the nearest small supermarket. The room is small but cosy. I liked the interior design and decorations. Common areas have everything to cover basic needs. Everything is clean. Nice view from the common balcony. Easy check-in with detailed instructions. Due to the off-season, I was lucky enough to be alone in the whole apartment, which was a nice bonus. The socket near the bed was coming off the wall, which is unsafe. I recommend fixing it. Nothing else worth mentioning.

• Larissa (5/5): Hellhörig und Geschäftig - Die Nähe zur Altstadt war super. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig. Check in und out war rund um die Uhr möglich. Somit wurde man durch Gang auf die Toilette, schlagende Türen geweckt. Die Küche war zwar praktisch aber überhaupt nicht gemütlich eingerichtet.

• Carmela (5/5): Rapporto qualità prezzo pessimo - Posizione ottima La struttura non è perfettamente pulita. Le lenzuola erano macchiate. C'erano presenti 2 bagni. Uno fornito di doccia, l'altro minuscolo solo con wc e un piccolo lavello troppo stretto per lavarsi. Il bagno più grande condiviso, era costantemente occupato. Va bene fittare con bagno condiviso ma bisogna tener presente anche il numero delle persone nelle camere. E a pensare che di 4 camere ne erano occupate solo 2 (per fortuna!) L'hostess inoltre ci ha consigliato un parcheggio dove lasciare l'auto (costo 7euro all'ora). Ho percepito un vero e proprio sfruttamento del turista.

• Maria (2/5): Pésima experiencia, un desastre total. - Luego de una fallida reservación por la página de Hoteles tuve que Reservar esta habitación y mi pesadilla continuó, nunca me enviaron las indicaciones para el check in, estuve cuatro horas esperando que me den el código de la caja de seguridad que tenía la llaves. Escribí a la propieda, al servicio al cliente de hoteles que también es un desastre y recién después de cuatro horas después de la hora de check in pude ingresar. Pésima experiencia, no se lo deseo a nadie.

Por lo que al día siguiente estuvimos 2 horas esperando hasta que nos dieron respuesta. No se comunican apenas por WhatsApp y en llamada nos costó contactarlos. La habitación muy estándar, dos baños compartidos y una ducha para 4 habitaciones de hasta 8 personas. Es caro para lo que ofrece. Lo único que no tiene desperdicio es la ubicación. Está muy cerca de las murallas de la Old City.

• Igornishka (6/5): Pleasant - The house was fine, a bit uncomfortable that you had to share a toilet and a bathroom, but the facilities and equipment were ok. Our biggest disappointment was getting inside - somehow the intermediary company managing the facility didn't send us the instructions on how to enter in advance, and while we were expecting a reception or so, suddenly we had to wait 30 minutes in the sun with 3 kids to figure out how to open the lock with the key. The nicest thing about the house was the location - 2 minutes away from the walls of the old time, and a nice view from the balcony.

• Daniele (1/5): A nightmare - Wi-Fi fast enough for teleworking when there is no outage, it was quickly repaired A central location -No sign announcing the hotel, no reception staff, you have to call a call center at the end of the world to get the key number. -I was kicked out 1 day before my departure (even though I had booked and paid for the entire stay), to send me to another place, without asking my opinion. -When I refused to relocate to the old town, the owner's daughter ordered me to leave at 9 a.m. because there were other customers besides me. When I refused, she tried to humiliate me and shouted disproportionately: I had to call the police. She finally reimbursed my last night, thanks to the presence of the police who came very quickly.
• Claire (6/5): Great location, but hard and stressful to gain entry! - Location was fantastic, place was very clean and Had a great view from the kitchen balcony and bedroom. The owner would not reply to me about how to get in the guesthouse. It's a lockbox, that is locked. I was not provided with the pin even though I wrote two messages and a text to try and get it. I arrived at the property at my allocated time and there was nobody to let me in. I had to ring booking.com help centre, which isn't the easiest to contact. If I had of had no coverage, internet or battery in my phone, I would've had to stay somewhere else. Very stressful way to start your holiday. It's the only thing that let it down, but it was pretty big thing and a very negative start to my holiday.
• Daniel (8/5): Great location, close to old town and historic district. Good value for the location - I did not have breakfast. The location was excellent for the for the price I paid. There was no one else staying there at the time, so i had all the kitchen appliances and bathroom to myself.

Poor communication before check in (I had to call them 4 times and send several messages on Whataspp to get the code for the lockbox with front key. This was quite stressful. Also, this morning I was awaken at 6am by a guest having shower which is quite noisy for room 1 (next to the toilet).

• Keith (10/5): Very ideal for a solo traveller with a private single room - I liked how I was in an individual single room on my own. There was no noise from other guests that were staying there and it was a very comfortable place to relax and recharge with no disturbances It was difficult to find it as Apple or Google Maps didn’t bring me to the exact door of the accommodation. But a local directed me to the exact accommodation and I was then able to ring services and I got the code to enter. I have attached a photo of the exact entrance, building number 7 on that street
• Sam (3/5): Great location but no one there for check in or instructions so v v stressful. - Location. Check in was a disaster. No one there. Lock box outside but no code provided. Ended up in strangers home upstairs. No replies to questions. Had to call Direct Booker on local number multiple times which will have cost me a fortune, I then kept getting sent generic messages suggesting I hadn’t arrived yet. No apologies.

• David (6/5): - The reason why I didn't give a better qualification it's because of the noise. You don't have privacy. You here everything and people don't respect the rules. Other guests were listening loud music untill late at night, talking loud and acting at two in the morning as it was like midday. That's not the owner's fault but rules should be clear to everyone. Respect it's the key. The other thing was the toilet. Everytime you flush the toilet or tap water starts running it makes a high sound. It sounded like a trumpet. And that's not funny when you try to sleep and people are going to the toilet late at night. I know it can be fixed. The owner was kind, the rooms were clean and just four minutes walking to the old City.

Washroom not cleaned the entire time, even tho it was a shared washroom with around 6 people using it daily. Lots of improvements to be made.

• sandra (8/5): Trés bien - La navette aeroport vous dépose à proximité, arrêt pile, ensuite ça monte un peu, inutile de prendre l'itinéraire " hilton hotel", il y a un parking scooter= couper en montant et c'est à gauche à 150m.. Trés sympa le grill pour faire panino..propre, securit, proximité vieille ville..
