Le personnel est tout à fait charmant et aidant, chacun fait son maximum pour vous aider à passer un excellent séjour. La chambre était spacieuse, lumineuse et d'une propreté impeccable. La literie est très confortable. Côté rue, c'est un tout petit peu bruyant mais c'est en lien avec l'emplacement stratégique et central de l'hôtel (ce qui est très appréciable).

- SOFIA (8/5): It was a very pleasant stay. - Big and very clean room, beautiful design/decoration and excellent mattress. The room was not sound-proof and it was difficult to sleep at night. Also, there was no elevator and I stayed in the 3rd floor, so it was hard to carry the luggage. The towels were worn out.

- Wilson (9/5): close to the main atractions - This hotel is close to the main atractions: Republic Square (history museum, metro / subway station), Liberty Square (opera house, restaurantes, shops). There are a lot of coffee shops and restaurants in this zone. The room was clean and confortable, but It could be better with a microwave oven. The cost benefit is good. There is no elevator / lift, this hotel is not suitable for people with disabilities or very elderly people.

- Ivan (9/5): Good value for money - Hotel is very well located. It is spacious and very clean. Good value for money! Since our flight was delayed, I asked well in advance if the check-in could be done early in the morning. It was approved by the property. However, once we arrived at the hotel, we were told that it was not possible, and we were forced to walk around the city for 9 hours, waiting to check in.
- Csanád (9/5): Perfect location, helpful staff - Hotel Yerevan is an outstandingly located hotel, with nice and clean rooms, and helpful staff who try their hardest to sort out anything for you. There is no breakfast option in the hotel which is fine because there are a lot of options (cafés, brunch places) a couple of steps away. But in this case, at least a coffeemaker could come in handy in the rooms.

Large room and bathroom, well equipped. Cleaning service every day. Walking distance from everything. 12 min walk from departure point of One Way Tours.
- Ara (8/5): Good rooms on the centre of the city. - Good clean room, on the heart of the city, good staff, nearby lot of restaurants and cafe. No breakfast, no lift, wi-fi vas poor. This is not classic hotel, better to call rooms .
- Azat (4/5): Disappointing - I liked the location. The room wasn't exactly "wow," but it was decent. Having a balcony was a significant plus. They provided an ashtray, and you could ask for several water bottles per day. I didn't like that there was no elevator in the hotel, so we had to carry our luggage to the second floor ourselves. Every time I asked for water, one of the staff members mentioned that technically only two bottles per day were allowed, implying they were doing us a favor by providing more. The ventilation in the bathroom was very noisy. There was no Wi-Fi in the room at all; it only worked in the corridor.

- Romane (10/5): Great hotel for a first time visit in Armenia! - The location is great, central but very quiet, supermarkets, restaurants and banks around, everything you need ! The room is big and comfy and the balcony was super nice! Also, all the staff is so kind, even if none all of them are speaking English, we felt very welcome No lifts but it’s not the hotel’s fault, it’s the building but it’s good workout. Also we did ask for double bed but we had twins, not a big deal we just put the 2 beds together!

The staff were lovely and extremely helpful and friendly, they helped us to book excursions and taxis as well as giving us tips and advice for Yerevan and spoke very good English. - Armand (10/5): Exceptional - An Unforgettable Retreat at A Hotel Yerevan!!! SUPER LOCATION! STAFF are very helpful. Rooms are very clean, cleaning is every day. Price is very suitable with quality. Near many cafes and restaurants. Opera, Cascade and Republic square in 3-10 minutes walk. Highly recommended. No elevator, but its good fitness after Armenian delicious , 1-2 floor.

- Anna (9/5): To sum up, it was an excellent stay and great value for money. - The staff was exceptionally kind and polite, happy to help with any question or query I had. There has always been someone at the reception to welcome guests. The owner Hambartsum is one of the friendliest people I've ever met. The location is great, pretty close to many bars and restaurants. The room was clean, everything was pretty new. If you like to sing in the shower, bathroom acoustics will be a nice surprise for you! :D Not a flaw, just a note: it's rather a home-like hotel, so there was no phone in the room to contact reception, or toothpaste to provide the travelers with. The stairs steps are quite high, so if you have any conditions preventing you from climbing the stairs easily, I'd recommend asking for a lower level room. Also, if you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs with you — the city center is quite lively even at night.

- Justas (10/5): Exceptional - Great location, the street itself is quiet, however just couple of steps and you're in the heart of Yerevan - the main streets for pubs, coffee shops, restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff, tidy and pleasent room. My room was in the third floor and the wifi connection was quite poor. It was good at the base floor. I would advise for hotel to setup a wifi repeater.

- Thierry (10/5): All in all a comfortable place - The room itself was great. Spacious, clean, and heated. It was quite noisy at night. At first we thought that some window was still open, but we couldn't find any open windows. Also it was a bit sad that the receptionist agreed to organize a taxi, but refused to organize a driver to fetch us back to the city. If you have heavy luggage, you should know that there are no lifts.

Staff was nice and welcoming, helped with a few advises where to find things in the city. Wasn't an issue for me, but there is no elevator - narrow staircase only, might not be good if you have a big luggage case. Receptionist offered help getting things up - that was nice of him!

- Evgenii (4/5): Great hotel ruined by staff - The hotel itself is great for the money: new furniture, spacious room, clean, good location (next to restaurants street). It's good if you're a smoker. If you're unlucky with your "neighbours" on the same floor and they smoke inside then you're in trouble: the smoke gets into your room and there is almost no way to get it out. The hotel ventilation is bad and because of that smoke lingers on the floor and across the whole hotel. I couldn't stay long in the room because I was getting a headache. To make things worth, the staff is not willing to do anything to solve the problem despite their claims that the hotel is non-smoking.

- Glenn (10/5): A cozy gem right in the heart of Yerevan - Despite being located right in the center of Yerevan, the room I stayed in was very quiet and noise-proof from the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff is well-commended for the warmth and amicable reception upon check-in -- and continued daily whenever I passed by them whether at the start of the day or upon retiring to my room. The room is very spacious and clean, including the comfort room. The wi-fi connection is also impeccable. I will definitely be coming back and will stay at A Hotel again. Additional advantages: The location of the hotel is superb! Just a 5-min walk to Republic Square and also a 5-min walk to North Avenue. Lots of restaurants around to choose from and eat in. Very near popular restaurants. Getting around the city to visit the Cascade, Armenian Genocide Museum, St. Gregory the Illuminator Church, and Mother Armenia can be easily reached by installing the Yandex app and booking taxis. Transportation around Yerevan is very affordable via Yandex! Additional information: Supermarket: There is a supermarket just on the left side (when facing the hotel) of the building complex where the hotel is located which is very convenient. Money exchange: Currency exchange is of the best competitive value in SAS Supermarket (google map search the nearest branch) or just a 10-min walk to Baldi shoe store (there is a currency exchange inside the store) located at the corner of Tumanyan and Abovyan streets (also pinned in google maps). Never exchange in the airport! SIM card: You can purchase a SIM card at the airport (i.e. Beeline now Team Telecom) right after exiting immigration and right after exiting customs. There are generally two kinds of data packages and they are very affordable. You may pay by credit card. Never ever exchange your USD or Euro at the airport! Once SIM is installed, you may download the Yandex app and book your taxi to the city center. Do not ever engage with taxi drivers outside the airport for they will rip you off. Nothing.
- Andrew (10/5): - Pros - EXCELLENT LOCATION , 5 min walking distance to the “main drag” of northern avenue, between republic square and the opera house; VERY CLEAN, I believe it is a brand new hotel of less than a year, rooms, bathroom, furnishings, sheets, towels, all brand new; FRIENDLY OWNER/staff, don’t say much, but nice people; CHEAP (at least our price) nothing more to say!! Cons - No lift/elevators, but the young man (I think the owner’s son) helped with the luggage. There are only 3 floors, so at most you will climb 2 flights of stairs. Not suitable for elderly in that regard.
- Roger (6/5): Internet does NOT work - Clean place, nice staff (both cleaner and reception) Internet did NOT worked at all. Manager said “sorry” but did not give any alternatives. Said the next morning it would work but it did NOT work. Improve this ASAP
- Vitaliy (6/5): - Обещали встретить (не просил, но обещали) - не встретили. Заказывали king-size - дали две отдельные кровати (исправили к вечеру первого дня). Завтрак на самом деле готовится, только если кто-то просит и из того, что есть на кухне в данный момент. Отличная слышимость. Особенно радовала чертова железная лестница. Пытались требовать полную оплату, хотя всё было оплачено заранее при бронировании. Не нравится при выезде слушать аргументы - "ну это такая система - деньги сняли с карточки для подтверждения бронирования, они вам вернутся, но нам вы должны на месте платить). Минут 15-20 ушло на эти разговоры.
