The ability to have a late checkout was very useful! 24 gym was good. Overall public areas very run down. Some service staff disinterested and unhelpful with messaging. The morning buffet is average.

• Simon (8/5): We were visiting the Raffles Hospital next door. The hotel location was perfect for that. - We just needed a place to sleep. The bedroom was comfortable. No room service. The furniture in the bedroom was showing its age. One drawer was not opening. Getting online was too complicated and required three visits by staff to the room.

The room lighting is too dark and furniture wisenis a bit old. I was suprise that it do not look like what i seen in the picture in booking.com; bath room light at the make up area a bit dark

• Joop (3/5): Uiterst slecht - De ligging is perfect, dat is dan ook alles. Laat ik beginnen bij de ontvangst; die was uiterst koel en onbeleefd. Ik verwacht geen knipmessen maar wel respect voor elkaar, die was er niet. Het gebouw en zo ook de kamer hebben veel achterstallig onderhoud. De kamer was iets groter dan een inloopkast, het bed nam eigenlijk alle ruimte in beslag.. De doucheruimte, douchen in een bad niet meer van deze tijd, is te klein. Het achterstallig onderhoud in de kamer is te veel om te benoemen. De lange donkere haren op grond zijn gedurende ons verblijf op de grond blijven liggen (beide hebben we kort haar en grijs). Het restaurant is inefficiënt en net zo koel en onbeleefd als de receptie. Het hotel is uiterst gehorrig, van de vier nachten zijn er drie waarin weniet meer dan één keer wakker zijn geworden van andere gasten.Ik gaf dit hotel in 2019 een goed nu een 3 en eigenlijk zou dit gewoon een 0 moeten zijn. Voor 4 nachten betaal je bijna 500 euro, ik verwacht geen paleis maar wel wat meer dan dat ik kreeg.

• Mark (10/5): Very good stay—excellent location, comfortable rooms, and helpful staff. - I had a very good stay here and would gladly return. The location is hard to beat—easy walking distance to Arab Street, Haji Lane, and Bali Lane, with Little India also nearby. There are plenty of food options and shops directly across the street, which was convenient on slower days. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Air conditioning worked well (not optional in Singapore), and housekeeping was consistent. The gym was clean and well stocked. Staff were very helpful, from calling taxis to providing a sewing kit and answering questions about local post office hours and locations. It felt like a touch of luxury without the price tag. No significant issues—outside windows could be cleaner, which matters if you’re enjoying the view.

• Tracy (8/5): Relatively spacious for SG - book on an executive floor for a better experience - It’s a short walk from the metro and positioned near some interesting streets and neighborhoods. I stayed in two types of rooms and they were vastly different. First triple room on regular floor - room was in major need of a revamp - the bathroom tiles and door, shower curtain and scuffed furniture need attention. However the room had decent space for 3 people. Second connecting rooms on the executive floor - rather go for this option - rooms much more spacious, modern with gowns and slippers. Nice bathroom. Everything was significantly better. The staff was accommodating. Not enough comfortable seating in the lobby area. The pool while lovely closed at 8pm. We could not use it due to this but our family would have liked to take a dip after a hot day exploring Singapore.

• Chiharu (5/5): 古さの否めないホテル - アクセス良かった！アラブストリートは本当にすぐそこ。コンビニもピザ屋もすぐそこ。駅からはホテルが見えるが歩くとすぐという感じでは無い。朝食が本当に美味しい！ 古い。バスタブはあったが剥がれが酷くてシャワーのみ。まあそんな感じでした。

Room is big for Singapore size, there is also shower jet in the room. Property is a bit old and needs some renovation, otherwise ok.

Parking was ok but accessing to the lobby is a challenge after 10pm as the lift to the mall and hotel is turned off. room was outdated with some of the furniture stained with water marked and look old. not appealing at all when we walked into the room at the very first moment, nothing much was prepared in the room such as minibar or coffee or tea with cups. very disappointed for the amount the was paid. over priced for such a low standard.

The hotel in my opinion needs to be refurbished as it has seen better times. There is no business center to work and also no lounge to relax and enjoy some leisure time with friends
