- Alexa (10/5): Kleine Oase mitten im Herzen von Florenz - Absolut empfehlenswert für einen Städtetrip nach Florenz! Die Lage ist unschlagbar- 150 Meter vom Dom entfernt. Das Hotel hat uns vor Anreise per WhatsApp alles zur Anfahrt, parken etc erklärt und hat per WhatsApp umgehend auf alle Fragen reagiert. Die Garage, in der wir geparkt haben, ist 80 Meter vom Hotel entfernt und war sehr freundlich und professionell! Durch den Code, welchen wir von Hotel bekommen haben, haben wir einen erheblichen Discount bekommen. Unser Zimmer im Hotel war sehr schön gestaltet, groß, sehr sauber und für mich- da ich keine Aufzüge mag- ganz toll, da es im Erdgeschoss lag (Treppenhaus ist aber auch vorhanden). Nicht zuletzt war das Café, für das wir Frühstücksgutscheine erhalten haben, sehr lecker und wir haben uns später sogar nochmal einen Cappuccino und Sandwiches dort geholt. Ein sehr bemühtes Hotel und Team, absolut empfehlenswert! Es war alles super

The staff were happy to help with recommendations. Really enjoyable stay. Limited privacy if there were guests in the garden area - had to close the blinds as the seating area was right in front of our windows.

The room advertised on Booking.com looked beautiful, spacious, and clearly showed a pleasant garden/courtyard view. However, what we were given was completely different and very disappointing. Instead of the advertised garden view, our room faced scaffolding and construction work directly outside the window (as shown in the photos). This was not what we paid for and did not match the description at all. It felt like we were given a lower-grade room instead of the one we booked. To make matters worse, there was a strong foul smell coming from the bathroom, which made the room very uncomfortable. We had no choice but to keep the window open all night just to tolerate the smell. We had also informed the property in advance that this stay was for a 50th birthday celebration, but there was no acknowledgment or effort made at all. Instead of making the occasion special, the whole experience ended up spoiling my sister’s birthday surprise. When we raised these issues, the boy at reception was very rude, dismissive, and not accommodating at all. There was no attempt to resolve the problem or offer any alternative, which made the situation even worse. Overall, the stay was extremely disappointing, misleading, and unprofessional. I would not recommend this property based on our experience.

First of all the heating of the room is very poor. 18 degreese inside when i arrived and 20.1 with the floor heating on. The receptionist told me outside is 10 in the room is 18 so it means the heeting is working (very clever right??). Second you can hear evertyting from the other rooms, especially in the bathroom you can hear the others farthing. I am disappointed.

Il ragazzo all ingresso educato e disponibile, la stanza era spaziosa e pulita. La prima sera l'acqua era fredda, sia quella della vasca che della doccia, ed essendo arrivati il giorno stesso dal viaggio e dopo aver camminato per mezza città, non è stato per nulla piacevole. Il secondo giorno avevo terminato il dentifricio, ma anche dopo il passaggio del personale delle pulizie non ne è stato lasciato altro; però sono stati dimenticati in stanza gli spruzzini per pulire i vetri.
