- jenniferbI3661FG (10/5): Beautifully quaint hotel in Paris - Le Belgrand Hotel Paris was a very quaint hotel very centrally located to the Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triomphe and the Champs-Elysees. The rooms are very small as this is an older building that has been updated by Hilton but it was still a beautiful hotel. There are a lot of wonderful restaurants within walking distance as well as a boulangerie a few doors down the street. The manager Emir was so wonderful and helpful.

- markwV321IR (10/5): Excellent location and very friendly team - Excellent three night stay at the Le Belgrand Hotel last week with my wife. Location is great and close to metro stations and Arc de Triomphe / Champs Elysees in a lovely neighbourhood. All team members were very welcoming and friendly especially Karima and Isabella - sorry didn't catch other names. Front facing room was fine and breakfast each morning very good served on the ground floor. Very helpful with storing luggage on departure day and with directions/information. HH Diamond membership fully recognised thank you. Would certainly return and thank you .

- Richard (1/5): I left after checking in.. - I liked nothing Tje rooms were the smallest ive ever come across in my worldwide travels.. couldn't open tje door barely without hitting tje bed. Room was so small I couldnt walk around tje bed to get to tje batjroom... I booked three rooms and decided to leave and find another hotel
- janices291 (10/5): Such a Beautiful Hotel and Wonderful Staff!! - This was my first hotel with a 4-night stay in Paris. The decor is band the staff were extremely helpful. We received so many suggestions for food and things to do that were really great! Soukainer, Omar, Raluca, and Karima were friendly and assisted us with everything we needed. They made sure to take care of us during breakfast and made sure we knew our options for dinner. It was such a wonderful experience at Le Belgrand Hotel that I would be sure to stay there again when I return to Paris!

Our experience at Le Belgrand Hotel Paris Champs Elysées, Tapestry Collection by Hilton was nothing short of exceptional — and that is entirely thanks to Isabella, who absolutely saved our vacation. I had made a major mistake with our reservation, the kind that could have completely derailed our trip. Isabella stepped in with calm professionalism, kindness, and genuine care. She fixed everything flawlessly and made us feel completely taken care of. Her dedication and problem-solving skills were beyond impressive — she truly went above and beyond. Not only did she rescue our stay, but she also gave us fantastic recommendations for restaurants and fun activities around Paris. Every suggestion was spot-on and added so much joy and ease to our trip. The hotel itself is beautiful, comfortable, and perfectly located, but it was Isabella who made our stay extraordinary. She is a true gem and the perfect ambassador for hospitality. The hotel is 5 minutes from 3 metro stops, a 5 minute walk to the Arc de Triomphe, and a beautiful 10 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. - WoodyAHA (4/5): I'm Sure There Are Better Choices in Paris - The staff at this hotel is excellent. Unfortunately, that was the bright spot of our stay. We were on the top floor (6th in American terms) and the lone elevator did not work until the last day of our stay. The refrigerator in our room was broken. Reported on Day 2, but never fixed or replaced. The A/C would not go below 22 degrees Celsius, but we were lucky enough to have two windows so could create some cross ventilation. Room was exceedingly small, but that's Paris. Shower door was out of alignment so would not stay closed.
- EasyGoer89 (8/5): Excellent location - reasonable price for Paris - I feel that expectations have to be tempered when you are booking a smaller "renovated" hotel on a Paris side street. This is not the Hyatt Regency Paris and you are not paying that type of price - so don't expect it to be. This hotel was at one time likely a private property that was purchased and rebranded by Hilton. It's small - very small. A few dozen small rooms, tiny lobby, an elevator that stops between floors (it was not operating the final three days of our stay and we were on the 5th floor) and a HVAC system that struggles to keep the rooms cool (it was 90F outside one day we were there and the room never got below 77F with the air conditioning running nonstop). So - what was good? The rooms were small but spotless with a comfortable bed, the bathroom small but functional. The continental breakfast was excellent - many choices and all were very good. The front desk employees were always kind and helpful. The location is fantastic and you can quickly walk to many nearby cafes, brasseries, shopping and tourist attractions. We stayed where we could afford a 5 night stay and we are happy with our choice.

- sisters2021 (2/5): I DONT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL, AT ALL! - If negative stars were a thing Lol...Where to begin...they want to keep minimizing my experience. Beyond the reviews about how HOT the rooms are, and their excuses about that... We were only relocated because it was Late evening...staff couldn't do anything else. Bottom Line...You might NOT want to stay at this hotel! They have MICE! Not One, Not two, but they are INFESTED! When there are baby mice, there are litters! First, they called it the "incident," until I called them out on it. We were on the terrace, where pigeons crap all all over, so they have to clean up pigeon poop, everyday! You have to go thru the terrace, lobby, eating area, to get to/from any rooms. So...before we knew all this, we were actually on the terrace. We saw a mouse run down the ledge in the terrace, then jumped to the ground, then another one, then a baby one...We jumped out of our chairs! When the staff saw us, because there's a big glass window, they asked us to come inside. We did...then mice came inside... into the lobby/reception/eating area, where we were. When I tell you...Please Read these emails... their management tried to portray immediate resolutions. Who are they trying to impress, upper management?? NO, they didnt resolve NONE of this while we were there recently, Aug 18 2025. They really dont give a crap what kind of stay you have when they are going back and forth with paying customers about MICE IN THEIR HOTEL! The money back for a crappy stay is what we ALL want, am I right?! 20k points doesn't cover a 1 night stay, even at their own hotel, which I will NEVER STAY AGAIN! Give me ALL of my MONEY BACK!! Is My resolution...
- eddi10c (8/5): Good value, lovely boutique style hotel in quiet area - This is a lovely boutique hotel- i guess around 40 rooms. It's an old property that fits the area. It's no surprise then that the rooms are cosy, but they are comfortable in.all but one dimension...I visited during a heatwave and the aircon is set to a minimum of 26c. For me, that's an issue. I slept with a fan that made it bearable. I upgraded to a King Room, so it was fine. Very quiet. Amenities in the room include a coffee machine. The bathroom is tiled entirely in marble, but aspects could do with some modernisation. The breakfast was super tasty. As many reviews say, the staff are really friendly and accommodating. There's lots of comment about value - but I suspect those making the comment haven't necessarily stayed in central Paris often. This is a lovely hotel which offers decent value. It's in a great, quiet location, just far enough away from tourist hot spots to provide some peace, but close enough to everywhere through the Metro...a few stations under 10 mins walk away. A couple of minutes from your room and you have great views of Eiffel Tower or Arc de Triomphe. Fab.

We never could figure out how to get the air to come on. The bathroom is very small with no counter space at all and only one outlet. We couldn't figure out how to take a shower without getting water all over. We got here at 1:00 pm (they did let us check in early). We were trying to nap after a long flight and there was hammering most of the afternoon. It started again about 10:00 am. Don't know what that was. Breakfast was excellent and staff was friendly. Good location. We walked everywhere. Overall would stay here again.

Located in the 16th arrondissement, this area is one of the most desirable in Paris, with the Eiffel Tower, Champs-Élysées, charming cafés, and boutique shops just a short stroll away. It’s quieter and more refined compared to the typical tourist zones, and honestly, there aren’t many hotels around here that offer a mix of location, history, and comfort. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel at home. A big shoutout to Isabella and Manon for being so accommodating, especially with our early check-in. They made sure we had everything we needed and went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The hotel itself has a lot of character. It’s been a family-run property for nearly 90 years, so there’s a real sense of history, but it’s also been updated with modern touches to meet all the practical needs. It’s not huge or overly luxurious, but it’s cozy, welcoming, and has a unique charm that bigger, chain hotels often lack. Breakfast was another highlight—Omar and Emir took great care of us each morning, making sure we had everything we needed to start the day right. The fresh croissants, cheeses, meats, hot eggs and bacon and coffee to order!! were just what we needed before heading out to explore. The location is honestly unbeatable. While the 16th arrondissement feels more residential and calm, it’s close enough to all the must-see spots without the typical crowds or harassing of the street vendors. After a day of sightseeing, we loved winding down on the hotel’s terrace with drinks and charcuterie—it’s a quiet little oasis that feels like a hidden gem. If you’re looking for a boutique hotel with a prime location in one of Paris’ most exclusive neighborhoods, Belgrand Paris Champs Elysées is definitely worth considering. It’s not about flashy luxury, but it’s got the perfect blend of great service, with this amazing team of highly trained dedicated staff - thank you again to Isabella, Manon, Omar, and Emir for a wonderful experience with Paris historical charm, and that rare sense of being in a truly special part of the city.

- peggycA2217FD (2/5): Don’t stay here - . But the air conditioning didn’t work in either room. I complained on first day that it didn’t go below 25Celsuis. They gave us a fan. When we came back the next it was up to 31 C. I wasn’t the only one complaining. We couldn’t sleep because of heat. Manager and staff just stated air conditioning couldn’t keep up. So if you want to spend 500 per night for a hot room and wake sweating. Website didn’t tell you there are stairs also. When on holiday you want to come back to room to cool off and relax.
- clarkfamilytrio (10/5): Hilton Le Belgrand is a Hidden Gem with a Perfect Central Paris Location - Excellent location! Excellent Hilton breakfast! Excellent Hilton customer service! Elegant and comfortable room! No better Paris location, in fact, if what you want is a boutique hotel, in a convenient neighborhood setting, surrounded by excellent restaurants, and 10-minute stroll to either Arc de Triomphe and Champs Elysses or the Eiffel Tower. If you like to walk and explore, and want a really special Paris basecamp, this is a go-to hotel with loads of charm and authentic French architecture, ambience, and quirkiness. This is NOT the right hotel for anyone who expects a spacious room with easily accessible shower and bathroom! Nor anyone who cannot haul luggage up a flight of stairs or two. Or anyone with severe mobility challenges or who is really big framed. The rooms are cozy and the bathrooms are bizarrely configured, with shower stalls that require the dexterity of a Cirque de Soleil gymnast! We met an elderly lady who was so floored by her itty bitty shower, she took us to her room to demonstrate how impossible it was to enter the shower, close the door, and simply turn on the water. She had a great attitude though! She and her daughter were laughing about it, and we commiserated. If you're a Hilton snob or a complainer, don't go near this hotel. If you want a special little place, with a calming inner courtyard, staff that will remember your name and help you with whatever you need and fix you a cocktail or coffee (or three!), this Hilton hotel hits the mark. I loved the experience and will return. I was on a business trip, with a weekend before of tourism. It suited me perfectly and I will go back with my family!
- BrintzandMe (6/5): Cute Hotel, But not worth price - This hotel was very close to the Arc De Triomphe and access to Metro stations, which made our 3 day stay bearable as we were always out and about and just used the room to rest in. Our room was very small, faced a noisy street. The bathroom was VERY tiny, shower stall very cramped (I stood still while holding the showerhead so water wouldn't splash through the open seam of the glass doors! 🤣). The elevator is as tiny as our shower stall (we were asked to use the lift 2 persons at a time for safety!). To access our 3rd floor room, we had to use the lift, and then take 7 narrow stairs up, to a very narrow and very short hallway, to our door that faced 2 other doors..hard to describe. Never been to ANY Hilton like this. We bought breakfast at this hotel, which was fabulous, and can't say enough of their dining room attendant, Ronika and bartender, Johnee. Excellent workers! Them I would leave 5 stars! TIP and Advise: DON'T stay in the Champs -Elysee area. Really dirty streets (most of Paris is), and rooms are expensive. This Hilton may look nice, but the rooms can be suspect, probably an unsuccesful attempt at remodeling a very old bldg and calling it a 'boutique hotel' to give it a certain - je ne sais quoi..flair?
- barryspi (10/5): Our Paris Trip - The hotel is clean but tiny. The staff is outstanding. I cannot say enough good things about Isabella. She was really helpful to me and my wife - with a smile. But all the staff were outstanding. The rooms are very very small. So if you are clusterphobic, this hotel is not for you.
- jeanmH3944ZW (10/5): Great location, stellar staff - What nice people! Everyone here was tops…the staff was expertly trained, gave helpful tips, and always lent a helping hand. This hotel is a 15 min walk from the Arc de Triomphe, and about a 40-min to the Eiffel Tower. Though the room is small, it’s very workable. Breakfast is good, not as enormous as at some hotels, but is a good value, with hot and cold food. The heating worked well, and the rooms were spotless. And the beds are very comfortable for a great night’s sleep. It’s a convenient spot, so I would gladly stay here again.

A disappointing experi - I came to run the marathon so hotel being close to the start/finish was key. It was a great location for this purpose. Tiny room. No air con. Sadly not the tiny boiling hot room or the very average staff. Advertised features such as a bath, air conditioning and tea maker did not exist. The cleaning was non existent. When we asked for towels to be changed they took them away without bringing new ones. I’d asked to use a microwave to heat my pre race breakfast but despite saying yes in an email at booking, they didn’t honour this when asked.

Tiny elevator you had to walk up steps to access. No nice restaurants nearby and no snack shop in the hotel. Bed was comfortable, but that’s the only good thing. I would not recommend nor will I be back. Not Hilton standards.
- BobAlsfelder (10/5): An Absolutely Delightful Place to Stay - What a wonderful surprise. First off, the location is perfect. Located in what I would refer to as "old" Paris, but an easy walk to "glitzy" Paris. Plenty of cafes within a very short walk. Yes, the room is modest in size, but look, you're in Paris. The room is extremely comfortable. And the bed was very nice. You certainly won't regret staying here. It has it all, including such a nice breakfast buffet. I must give a big thanks to two wonderful staff members, Manon and Anis. Thanks for being so very nice to a very weary traveler. Keep the lights on. I shall return. And hopefully it will be soon.
- lilrox724 (10/5): Excellent Stay - We had an excellent stay here. Communication was great when our flight was canceled and couldn't arrive until the next morning. Note that it's typical parisian size room aka tiny. But it was fine for 2 persons. Breakfast buffet was pretty good variety but note it's 32 euros I'd you have to pay for it. Elevators are very tiny. Location is excellent. Close to Arc and Trocodero. Also, there is a grocery a few blocks away. Fresh French bread and croissants from there was amazing.
- India (6/5): Great location, very noisy. - The property was centrally located and close to the shops and subway. The rooms were very small but clean. However the walls are paper thin. My neighbors next door was noisy and I could literally hear them vomiting in the bathroom. I barely slept the 4 days I stayed at the hotel. The staff was very helpful and friendly, but I wouldn’t stay here again.

- M7117QYLloydsdad (8/5): Great, solid bet - The hotel served as a perfect central point to explore the city from. Easy to walk to several different Metro lines, close to a grocery store (about a block) as well as a great bakery that had some of the best croissants I had in Paris. The hotel is a typical older, historic European hotel so the rooms are on the smaller side, but are just fine. The bed was comfortable and the towels were nice and thick. The staff were always very pleasant and I was always greeted when coming in or leaving for the day.

With having great location AND great service, it really lives up to being under the Hilton brand! My only complaint is that the rooms are a little bit small even in a room for 2. Specifically about the service, Juned the bartender has been great in providing whatever service I need at the bar. I rarely find myself needing to ask for anything by the 2nd day of my 11 day stay. It’s been enjoyable just speaking with him too on days where I pass through the lobby Thank you Juned for helping make my stay a memorable one

The staff was so lovely, everyone was genuinely friendly and helpful when it came to suggestions or helping with anything else required, especially Walid & Lornah ☺️. Highly recommend!
- david253dean (10/5): Paris experience - A pleasant, clean and comfortable hotel. We were there for a few days and booked a queen room. It was a little snug, however it suited what our needs. From the hotel it is a short walk to a number of attractions (10 -15 minutes). All the staff are very helpful, polite and friendly. Special thanks to Chaya on the dest and Juneid in the bar. I would stay there again.
- Wander67854141080 (4/5): Bare bones but Pricey - Avoid this place. You are much better off with an Air BnB. Don't let the pictures fool you. The rooms are small and cramped. The shower is so small it's hard to get in it. The walls are paper thin. You can hear everything above, below, next door, outside. The breakfast is a joke and should be free for what's on offer. The location is sketchy. But, if that wasn't enough, it's priced as if this is a great place to stay. Hilton should be concerned if this is the kind of property they are going to add in Paris.

- O7757UHbrads (10/5): Amazing trip to Paris - This trip was my second time in Paris and the first for my grandmother and my oldest child, a university student. We were arriving later than expected and I began a chat conversation with Lornah to ensure our room type would be available. She was very helpful and friendly. I continued the conversation with Walid about the best way to travel to the hotel from CDG. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly greeted by Walid who assisted us with check-in and then assisted with a last-minute room change to an accessible one for grandma on the first floor. This was so much appreciated. He made me a drink after such a long trip and helped with suggestions for the next day’s plans. The staff was amazingly friendly and supportive of all our requests. Abdallah and other staff were assistive at breakfast, getting coffee and generally checking on us. I would highly recommend a stay at Le Belgrand. The neighborhood is safe and within walking distance to many nice restaurants and sites.
- Joel (4/5): - They charged nearly 500 Euros. I had to wait nearly 15 mins to check in while receptionist chatted casually to other customers without any concern for waiting customers. No hot water. The shower was a disgrace and impossible to work. Not worth 500 Euros.

- Luis (4/5): - 5 star on employess attention and service. Bed was 3 star. Cleaness of the room is a 2 star. (1 star being a cheap motel on the side of the road and 3 star being basic hilton experience). Towels are already yeallow stained, dirty floor of the bedroom, dirty bathroom. The design of the room is terrible. Paris has small spaces but hilton should be able to use the space in the room efficiently. Appropiate fueniture, doors should open in a way that maximizes use of the room.
