Guest Reviews
- Marisa (6/5): Nice the location and price. - The lobby area and the cafe available and the cleanliness of hotel. The interior design The size of room, mini fridge wasn’t available in room we had to ask. Need more floor/eating space.
- Amanda (9/5): -
- JOTARO (8/5): 概ね良好 - 二段ベッド 空調がうるさい。

- Matthew (7/5): - Overall good stay. Food was good and it was really close to the venue I had to be at. Location was perfect. There was an incident that was resolved right away, manager was the nicest and extremely accommodating. Will be staying again next time I need a spot in the area. Nothing that I didn’t like, possibly add a gym but that’s about it.
- Mike (7/5): - Location to Crypto Stadium Room small. No refrigerator. No ice bin
- Nicholas (7/5): - No mini fridge. The shower drain was plugged.
- Gustavo (8/5): Nice hotel, good location, not so great parking - Modern infrastructure, room was very clean. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We got 25 dollars a day to use on the hotel’s restaurants as a bonus Rooms could be more spacious. It would’ve been nice to have some sort of parking benefit (eg.: partnership with the parking lot near the hotel) as it is extremely hard to find street parking nearby.

- Jailene (9/5): Will stay here again - The location and the cafe The room we stayed in was a bit small but over all good

There’s nothing at this hotel.. no pool, no hot tub, there’s no gym, no coffee maker in my room … no complimentary coffee in Lobby. It’s a clean room but the absolute most basic room ever!
- Serge (9/5): Great location, clean and affordable - Good location, clean and close to subway.

- Felix (10/5): Enjoyable - Perfect location for our stay
- Katia (7/5): Parfait pour une soirée à la crypto.com arena - Emplacement parfait pour la crypto.com arena, chambre très confortable et bien équipée Pas de fenêtre dans la chambre et bruit permanent de climatisation important

- MARIA SUSAN (10/5): - It’s a very quite place to stay
- Jonathan (10/5): - The staff of the hotel and rooftop restaurant were amazing!! So fun and welcoming
- Kazuko (8/5): - They should have a business center with PCs and printers to arrange pre check-in to theit flights. Bathroom light gets down while taking shower.
- ivette (8/5): Great location and staff. Would definitely come back. - The location and vibe was great. The parking next store was convenient a discount would have been nice.
- Daniel (8/5): - Staff was excellent. Room was nice and comfortable.
- Mark (9/5): Convenient hotel and designed very nice. - The food in the lobby and at the rooftop restaurant was delicious. Parking was 30 dollars for one overnight stay. The structure next to the hotel was fine but in the listing it should have the number of the structure so you can book ahead of time or call to find out how much it is before you arrive.
- Arkadii (10/5): -
- Daquice (10/5): - Great stay!
- Isabella (10/5): - Good and cleam
- YAZMIN (4/5): - No pool or hot tub. The $25 credit a day was nice but did not use enough. Area around was a little sketch but very walkable to bars, restaurants, etc. Rooftop bar service is lacking and closes early
- Shadiyah (10/5): - I loveddddd staying here! It was so cute and I’d definitely stay again. Only thing I didn’t like was all the hair in the shower freaked me out lol

- Ashley (10/5): - I really liked how easy it was to check in, along with great staff that was super friendly and understanding as I had a flight delayed and I called to let them know so my reservation wouldn’t be cancelled. Amazing stay overall. Super nice room.
- Norman (10/5): - Had the best service with the staff and the place was amazing!!!!
- Yujie (4/5): - Bed is too soft and the sheet has hair.
- Amanda (10/5): - beds were SO comfortable (it was like sleeping on clouds) and facility was clean. there was a parking structure nearby, lots of food options, and a quick 12 min walk to the crypto arena.
- Cierra (10/5): - We had the bunkbed room and it was kind of small, but we were only there to sleep and get ready for the event we were there for! Just an fyi the bunkbed rooms don’t have mini fridges I did have to ask for one. The staff were wonderful and responded to requests quickly!
- MICHAEL (6/5): - This hotel is an acceptable place to stay if you’re working and need a cheap clean room.
- parys Patricia Marie (8/5): - The only thing with the property and something that I find common when I travel in general, is a lack of convenience in parking in downtown areas. The structure that we parked in was two doors down from the hotel however it was public. Thankfully we didn’t have any issues or damages however it was a concern. The parking was $30 for 24 hrs or $40 in and out for 24hrs , so I guess this seems better than the $50 I’ve been charged in hotel valet other places.
- Sandeep (8/5): - Good location with easy access to the metro. Good hotel, but the rooms are on the smaller side.
- Demin (8/5): - Be aware, there is destination fee on top of room rate. other than that, the hotel food is delicious and room interior design is nice.
- Dawn (2/5): - staff was very friendly, but rooms are VERY small and a little misty. My first room was horrible. The mattress all the way up to the bedspread was soaking wet so I had to change rooms.
- Judy (6/5): -
IT FELT LIKE A GLOOMY PART OF TOWN. I'LL NOT BOOK THERE AGAIN.
- Ashwini (10/5): - The decor was absolutely beautiful and unique! I loved the area as well, there were lots of food spots walking distance from the hotel. I felt safe every time I walked around the neighborhood.
- Andrea (6/5): - We booked the room with bunkbeds thinking it will be cool for the kids. Do not! It is just 4 bunk beds, no place to sit, no table, not refrigerator, not even a place to stand! The bathroom room is a barn one, 0 privacy! The room is more like a closet. You got what you paid for. The garage is next door, a public one. But, hotel location is great to get the Metro and discover the city. Staff was really friendly.
- Brittany (8/5): - N/a
- Mariano (10/5): -
- Jeremy (10/5): - All was good
- Cory (6/5): - Was a ok place that's in the middle of down town LA. What I didn't like was the surprise $125 a night as a security deposit and travel fee. $100 should be refunded and the $25 would be credited to food from the onsite restaurant. A/C won't cool past 72 so that was a bummer.
- Magali (10/5): Comfortable and cozy hotel - Clean property with great essentials. Very cozy I love the bed such a comfy place to get away.
- Rodrigo (10/5): - Good location
- Harold (8/5): - Hard to get the front desk attention while standing there for five minutes. Texting and talking on phone. Restaurant/kitchen staff delightful.
- Shaneisha (10/5): - Amazing property
- Holly (10/5): - Everything was great!
- helen (10/5): - Good staff
- 154katherinad (10/5): Rooftop bar - Lovely rooftop bar open to the public (we weren’t staying in the hostel). Great views, great selection of drinks and a lovely bar, but what made it was the friendly staff, especially Brian who was a genuinely fun, helpful guy. We just drank there but the food they were serving looked great as well.
- Erin Meinbresse (8/5): - The reviews were mixed for this property, but I was really pleasantly surprised and would recommend it to any friends traveling to LA. I stayed here for almost two weeks on a work trip. The hotel itself was centrally located, with many restaurants and shopping just a quick walk or drive away. The staff were nice and helpful with good recommendations when asked. It was on a street that I felt comfortable walking on in the evenings after parking in the garage next door. Yes - the garage is not 'associated' with the hotel, but it's literally like 15 steps away and the attendants were helpful. I did not feel unsafe in the garage (although the elevators were a little questionable). $30 overnight parking - $40 a day for in and out. I had two great meals on the rooftop of the hotel and their tiki-themed drinks were fun.
The room itself was a bit small and basic with kooky decorations. For one person - the size was sufficient. It would have been a bit uncomfortable if traveling with friends. The bathroom only has a slide door separating it from the bed area. The shower was fantastic!
My biggest complaint was the unclear resort fee (what does that go to?) and that the room did not have a mini fridge or coffee maker. For two weeks that was nearly a deal breaker. If I could have borrowed a fridge from the front desk as I had an extended stay and could have kept some small food supplies or leftovers - that would have upped my review to a 5.
- Jennifer (9/5): Superb -
- Jonathan (10/5): - Excellent treatment, service and accommodation
- Patricia (8/5): - Beautiful place close to shopping and dining. Did not like that have to pay for parking and breakfast not included
- Jose (10/5): - Great location
- Oscar (2/5): Very poor - It had a nice roof top bar Breakfast was very poor. One gets eggs, potatoes and bacon every day. There are no other options. The rooms are very small and mine was always smelling as fried food from the restaurant below.
- Nicole Lynn (8/5): - The parking garage next to the hotel is extremely dirty and smells like urine.
- Michelle (10/5): - Great place close to everything
- Dababy (10/5): - It was great service
- juansW9785AJ (6/5): Not what I expected - I wanted to give a better review to this hotel but here we go : The pros: the staff is helpful, the hotel is clean and very well located in downtown LA. The room is small but quiet. The bed is very comfortable and the pillows (4) are soft . The hotel has a beautiful rooftop with a nice view…but almost never open !!!!
The cons: the WiFi in the room is sooooo slow it’s like you re living in 2005…the room has no place to put the clothes (only in tiny drawers under the bed), the a/c when it runs it’s like you’re in a steal factory …the noise that makes is hard to combine with a good night sleep.. and the breakfast it’s just ok …
- ust2025 (2/5): Absolutely Horrible Experience – Stay Away - Absolutely Horrible Experience – Stay Away
(To the manager or owner: I truly hope you see this. This wasn’t just a bad experience—it was a health and safety violation, a customer service failure, and a moment where basic empathy and human decency were nowhere to be found. Your employees had multiple chances to do the right thing and show accountability. You guys chose not to.)
We had two rooms booked at this hotel, and what unfolded was one of the most disturbing and unacceptable experiences I’ve ever had at any establishment, hospitality or otherwise.
Shortly after check-in, one of our rooms was delivered a towel stained with fresh blood. Completely shocked, we immediately called the front desk. The lady who answered was kind and understanding and told us the manager would arrive in about an hour and call us back. That call never came.
When we called again, a different woman answered—rude, dismissive, and bizarrely calm about the situation. When we explained the bloody towel, her response was simply, "Okay." No apology. No acknowledgment of how disturbing this was. I told her I was too scared to come down and expected the manager to come to us, especially under such serious circumstances. She claimed to be the manager but insisted she wasn't responsible for towels, as they’re cleaned by an external company. Completely unacceptable. As the manager, she represents the hotel, regardless of where the towels are washed.
Rather than express concern or empathy, she said, "Oh, are you mad? I'm too scared to go see a guest who’s mad…” That was her excuse for not coming up to speak with us in person. Instead, she told us we would be refunded for one night for one room only and then hung up. No apology. No concern. Just dismissal.
Later, two large security guards came to our room, took the bloody towel, and treated us like we were the problem—as if we were a threat, rather than guests traumatized by a health and safety violation.
In the morning, when we went to the front desk, another employee told us to get our refund through Booking.com. Booking.com has since reached out to the hotel several times, but the hotel keeps dodging responsibility, claiming the person in charge is “not there.” We still haven’t received our refund.
We have photos and videos of the towel and interactions. This wasn’t just bad service—it was a complete failure in cleanliness, professionalism, and basic human decency. I have never felt so dismissed and disrespected, and I strongly advise others to stay far away from this hotel.
- David Ian (6/5): - Wow! Ever sleep in a closet or a coffin? This place will satisfy you if you'd like to try! It's clean and stylish, but really small.
- Byron (2/5): Very poor - They don’t have swimming pool. All the facilities are closed
- Misael (10/5): - Great customer service
- Sheilah Christina (10/5): - Location is near almost everything (shops, restos, attractions, subway stations) but just be careful with homeless people in every intersections. Kinda creepy to walk outside once it gets dark. Otherwise the hotel was superb
- Jane (10/5): - Really enjoyed this hotel, everything that you need. Complimentary toiletries, onsite cafe and roof top restaurant. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were listed as small, I wouldnt say this was a problem to be honesy. Bathroom and shower were spacious. No hot drink making facilities in room, i didnt miss this. Hot water available from the cafe near recwption. Shops 2 blocks away as was the Metro station. Would stay here again when in Los Angeles.
- angelicadM2224ET (10/5): Such a nice luncheon - The location of this building is so easy to find. The building itself is so bestifylky remodeled. Getting up to the roof top. At was fast and easy. When I arrived at the rooftop I was greeted by a hostess that was so sweet and kind. Service was fast. The food was good and tasty. The staff was nice and friendly. It was a nice day in downtown Los Angeles. I will definitely come back!
- Amanda (10/5): - Very nice hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. Unique designs. Staff was friendly and helpful upon arrival.
- Shameka (8/5): - Nice place’ I like the rooftop bar ! Only thing missing was the pool ‘
- Mark (9/5): Superb - Quite central, nice space, clean Couldn’t extend my check out by 30 mins
- James (4/5): - Wouldn’t stay there again
