• Marie (7/5): - Room was updated with tasteful bathroom. Things were clean. Bed was very comfortable and bedding attractive. It is so convenient for the station, buses and trams. There are lots of take aways, eateries and grocery stores in the station. There's a lift. There was a 24 hour front desk- so much better than the ' do it yourself and too bad if the door doesn't open!' Old building was very worn. Bathroom was nicely redecorated but toilet area was too confined for a tall man to use.View of courtyard was terrible. No fridge.

• OM5 (4/5): Wenn man zwischen den Zügen übernachtet - ist ok - In der nähe vom Bahnhof, aber zu Fuß muss man doch sehr weit gehen - - bis zur Zebra und dann zum Bahnhofseingang... Die Idee war - in der Nähe zum Belvedere - ist aber zu Fuss wieder sehr weit Das Frühstück war nicht schlecht udn für Club-Mitglieder vom IHG gibt es eine Möglichkeit das Zimmer gleich in der Früh zu beziehen (Mitglied wird man so wie es aussieht ungefragt nach einmal übernachten) Das haus ist alt. Dass es keine mit der normalen Kabellänge erreichbaren Steckdosen gibt, damit war zu rechnen, aber dass man eine Steckdose so weit oben hat, fast an der Decke, daß man auf dem Bett stehen die nicht erreicht - damit habe ich nicht gerechnet. Die Stromverkabelung ist miserabel - am ersten Tag hatte ich kein Strom im Zimmer, dann habe ich ein weiteres Zimmer bekommen wo die Steckdosen wenigstens funktionierten - aber Licht gab es trotzdem keines

• Ricco (7/5): - Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer hatte eine tolle Größe. Das Zimmer hatte ein paar Mängel: zwei Fernseher und keiner funktionierte. Bei einem Fenster blätterte die Mauer ab. Wir haben das gleich gemeldet. Der Rezeptionist hat das auch gleich kontrolliert und uns ein anderes Zimmer angeboten.

• NIKOLAOS (10/5): Εξαιρετική διαμονή με πολύ ευγενικό προσωπικό. - Καταπληκτικό πρωινό. Ειδικά οι αυγοφέτες!! Είχε μεγάλη ποικιλία από ψωμιά και γλυκά. Ο κεντρικός σιδηροδρομικός σταθμός ήταν απέναντι. Το ωραιότερο παλάτι το Belvedere ήταν 8 λεπτά με τα πόδια. Και το κέντρο της πόλης ήταν 3 στάσεις με το μετρό. Που ήταν ούτε 2 λεπτά με τα πόδια.
• Sandra (7/5): - Die Lage ist ideal für alle Zugreisenden, die am Wiener Hbf ankommen, U-Bahn und Straßenbahn/Bus sind direkt vor der Tür. Das Familienzimmer (5 Personen) war sehr groß und sauber; die Ausstattung war ausreichend (das Badezimmer eventuell etwas klein). Das Personal war freundlich und nett und auch das Frühstück war ausreichend und gut. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

• Anna (3/5): - nähe zum bahnhof die dusche. wirklich nicht zu empfehlen! die grundaussatttung ist nicht gegeben. die wärme und kälte kann man nicht selbst regulieren. von eislalt auf brühend heiss. wirklich gefährlich! darum bin ich mit dem aufenthalt nicht zufrieden. und würde mich über einen kleinen betrag als refundierung freuen. und, dass mam das problem asap geht! da laut rezeptionist dieses problem länger bekannt sei. (!)

• saya (8/5): Netter Aufenthalt ggü. Wiener hbf - Zimmer war schön und gut renoviert. Bis auf ein paar kleine risse im zimmer war das zimmer sauber. Es gab keinen einzigen fleck! Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gepäckaufbewahrung auch wenn man auscheckt aber erst stunden später fährt. Wenn man sowieso den ganzen tag unterwegs ist, ist das hotel eine Möglichkeit sich gut und mit wohl zu erholen. Meine sicht war direkt auf den Haupteingang vom wiener hbf. Frühstücksbuffet nicht so groß aber es ist für jeden was dabei. Aufzug braucht manchmal lange bis der ankommt und fährt nicht immer direkt zur etage die man gedrückt hat. Abfluss von der dusche lief nur sehr schlecht ab. Hab es einmal gemeldet aber hat sich nicht gebessert. Beim Frühstücksbuffet gab es eine Kaffeemaschine und verschiedene sorten tee, leider aber kein schwatztee(persönliche Anforderung)

• Kristýna (8/5): Ideální na pár dní, pokud hledáte levné a příjemné ubytování skvěle dostupné dopravou. - Perfektní poměr cena/kvalita. Pokoje byly čisté a vše vzorně připravené. Personál je velmi příjemný. Snídaně jsou sice každý den stejné a výběr je skromnější, ale bohatě to stačí. Lokalita přímo u nádraží a metra je pro turistu ideální. Na pár dní doporučuji! Pokoje do ulice jsou přímo nad hlavní čtyřproudovkou. Oceňuji, že při zavřených oknech je v pokoji úplné ticho, ale už v květnu v něm bylo dost horko. V létě si to kvůli hluku při větrání neumím představit.

• Michael (7/5): Naja - Zentral gelegen Zimmer mit Verbindungstür zum Nachbarzimmer ..... jede Bewegung war zu hören, als ob man ein Zimmer teilt. Ehrlich gesagt, dass man so etwas für mehr als 140 Euro vermietet ist schon seltsam!. Bad sehr klein. WC Benützung spannend!

Comércio próximo: restaurantes, mercado e lanchonetes. A única coisa que não gostei foi da cama. O quarto é excelente. Mas a cama tem o colchão afundado. Nada confortável.

• Gyanendra (1/5): Wrong accommodation - Dear Customer Service, I would like to bring to your attention several issues encountered during my stay. The internet was not working and I was informed it would only be fixed during the week. There was no intercom to reach the front desk, requiring me to go downstairs for basic assistance. Additionally, basic amenities such as a water boiler were not available in the room. Access was also inconvenient, as luggage had to be carried to reach the elevator. Due to these shortcomings, the overall experience did not reflect the price paid. I would appreciate your consideration of a refund (full or partial) for this stay. The staff were also very kind, helpful, and polite. After a long day out, a guest expects to relax with a warm shower. However, the water pressure was low, and the temperature was unstable, suddenly switching from very cold to very hot, which made it uncomfortable.

• Eda (6/5): good location - the location was perfect it is near the wien hbf (vienna's central train station), this location is a very big plus for this place the windows could be a little more soundproofed, the bathroom was so small you couldnt even sit on the toilet properly, the room was not so clean there were many hairs on the sheets and the bathroom was dusty, also the breakfast was soo limited the only dessert was a simple cake (delicious btw) and it was always running out
