If you’re looking for a big, spacious hotel, this might not be the place for you—but if you’ve traveled in Europe, especially Paris, you know hotel rooms tend to be smaller. Despite that, the room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again. Five stars.

- Heidi (10/5): Outstanding Service, Superb Location - I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hôtel Plaza Etoile, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The highlight of my stay was the staff, especially Mar at the front desk. Mar went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcomed and comfortable, offering help with everything from check-in to local recommendations. The level of care and professionalism displayed truly set the tone for my visit. Breakfast at the hotel may be simple, but it is delicious and satisfying each morning. The fresh selections offered a great start to my day as I set out to explore the city. While the rooms are on the smaller side, they are well-maintained and cozy. What truly sets Hôtel Plaza Etoile apart is its superb location—right in the heart of the action, making it easy to reach top attractions, dining, and shopping. You simply can’t beat the convenience!

- Priya (10/5): - The rooms are tiny which is normal for Paris. The bathroom shower is very small. Water pressure is good. The elevator is very very slow and small, we took the stairs instead. The staff were so nice, they let us check in a few hours early. They were friendly when you come/go. They have water and croissants in the lobby which is a nice touch. Steps from arc de triumph, and metro stations. Lots of restaurants and fast food options nearby. The walls are paper thin, so you can hear your neigbours babies crying and screaming. You can hear anytime someone is in the hallway. Overall, I would stay here again. This was a clean, nicely located hotel. Staff were amazing and welcoming.

- Mya Iqra (10/5): - The hotel was lovely. Excellent area and close to shopping, eateries, big bus stop. On arrival we were given a free room upgrade which was great. We were able to leave our luggage and room was ready earlier than expected. All staff were super friendly, professional, helpful and a special shoutout to Theo who made us feel especially welcomed and was very helpful. The hotel allow you to leave your key at the property whilst you are out and about which is a great idea. Breakfast was good, this hotel for a 3* is a real a gem!

The staff was great and very accommodating . We had a late flight to Barcelona and they held our luggage until it was time to go to the airport. The location was amazing. metro is on the corner. Arc de Triomphe on the corner. There are several dining options. There is a starbucks next door. my only complaint is no smart tvs, all channels in French.

- Asiana (10/5): Comfortable stay for a family - We chose this location because it was affordable, centrally located (near Champs Elysee, Arc de Triomphe, and the metro line), many restaurants nearby (including a McDonalds - if you have a kid, huge plus), there’s AC and an elevator. We had a stroller but we were able to leave it at the front desk for easy storage. Overall, we would stay again! We stayed in their deluxe room which we thoroughly enjoyed.

There is no elevator but the room had all the modern amenities. There are ground floor rooms. There was a spiral staircase to our first floor room. The hotel is centrally located. We walked from the train station to the hotel and from the hotel to the river cruise dock.

- Mario (6/5): Better choices elsewhere - The rooms were tiny (although I had paid for an upgraded room. But this is typical of Parisian hotels anyway. The odd request came on check-in. We were asked for a €300 / room security deposit - on top of a full prepayment of the rooms. The reason given is to be used in case we damage any part of the room. It felt like we were checking into a hostel rather than a 3-star hotel.

- Cara (8/5): - We (2 adults, aged 27) stayed here for 2 nights. We wanted something central in Paris that would be easy to travel from. We were really close to 2 metro stations - Charles de Gaulle Etoile and Ternes. Excellent for connecting to the whole city. We were also a short walk from the Champs Elysees. We found the hotel to be clean and comfortable and staff to be very welcoming. We really only used the hotel as a place to lay our heads so can’t comment on the rest of the facilities. The area around the hotel felt safe and there were a number of options close by for food and drink. We found that noise traveled both from other guests and from outside but this wouldn’t put me off staying here again as location outways any negatives. A great hub for exploring the beautiful city of Paris.

- Tufail (8/5): - Fantastis 3 night stay with the other half and 2 kids. Room was spacious for all of us and view was nice. Would come back and stay again as its a short walk to the Arc de Triomoh. Lots of halal food places not to far away from here. If you want a view of the eiffel tower request a room above the 3rd flooor.

I would absolutely recommend this hotel! Perfect location, helpful friendly staff.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Great Hotel, Great Location - A short walk from Arc De Triomph, down Avenue De Wagram is Hotel Plaza Etoile. This is a nice boutique hotel in a prefect location for the sights of Paris. The reception area is inviting and the receptionists are always polite and welcoming. They answer every query. There is a little bit of background music playing and some board games on some tables in the front window area. I have stayed in a lot of hotels but it is rare that I have returned to one. From a review point of view, it's the first time I have had the chance to work out if the first impression was a fluke or whether this is indeed a nice hotel. It wasn't a fluke. This is a nice hotel. I expected the room to be Bijou but it was very clean and tidy, with very stylish decor. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. The air conditioning worked well but I turned it off as the evenings were cooler this time. The room had coffee making facilities and complimentary bottled water and Magdalenas as well as a large television. The en suite bathroom was again clean and tidy and the rainfall shower felt luxurious. Breakfast at this hotel was good too. The breakfast room was down in the basement but due to clever lighting and carefully placed mirrors, seemed more spacious and naturally lit. The continental style buffet had eggs and bacon options.
