This was the worst hotel I have stayed at and does not deserve to be let to money paying guests. I was so disgusted that I did not stay for the days I was booked for. Cleanliness was disgraceful, facilities were broken with no curtains on doors, broken tiles, leaking air conditioning unit, overpowering disgusting smell and cats and cat food litters along corridors. Customer service was terrible and they were so rude and treated you like no one else has ever complained.

- Юденкова (10/5): Бюджетный отель в историческом центре - Понравилась цена, персонал (можно решить любой вопрос, надо только подойти на ресепшен и озвучить его), при заселении нам помогли поднять чемоданы на 4 этаж, расположение (только ооочень крутой подъем, но не долго), чай, вода в любое время суток, чайник можно взять на ресепшене, в отеле было тихо и спокойно, наш покой нарушал только муэдзин из соседней мечети, рядом улочка с кафе, супермаркетами, сувенирными лавками, обмен валюты (курс не выгодный). Белье было чистое, целое, полотенца меняли по запросу. Запах плесени. Нас на две ночи заселили в номер с видом на море, балконом и запахом плесени, затем переселили в номер с видом на мечеть и там плесени не было. Запах плесени в некоторых номерах, подушки, одеяло узкое и длинное, если развернуть поперек, то короткое.

Маленький номер ,он явно на одного человека......этот номер как маленькая спальня без принадлежностей,фена,ограниченного в ванне набора,в виде маленького мыла и туалетной бумаги.В уборке и замене постели не нуждалась.

- 168aa2ee9553714d5e969fb148e4042d (1/5): Pitoyable - la situation de géographique de l'hotel L’hôtel qui n'est pas du tout entretenu. c'est une honte d'accueillir des clients dans ces conditions: la saleté des espaces extérieurs et le manque d'entretien; la non conformité des chambres par rapport à la description (chambre superieur): la chambre "appartement" avec de la moisissure au plafond de la salle de bain (je suis allergique et Asthmatique), nous avons été obligé de quitter l'hotel0. ce qui devait être un séjour agréable à Istanbul c'est soldé par des problèmes de santé à cause du manque d'hygiène et d'entretien des lieux. Par ailleurs le matériel mis à disposition était dans un état pitoyable (plaque de cuisson rouillée inutilisable, four à micro-onde crasseux...). c'est la première fois que je vis une telle situation. j'ai perdu mon argent. Je ne recommande pas du tout. je suis également en colère contre booking qui n'a pas réagi suite à plusieurs commentaires qui décrivent des situations similaires de l'hotel, c'est inacceptable et cela ternie l'image de cette plateforme.

The location is great, as it's right next to all the main attractions, such as the Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque. I'd absolutely recommend it. The only issue was the fact that the fire alarm was broken and started beeping a couple of times without any apparent reason, but that's life; It's a really nice place overall.

If I had to absolutely fault one thing, it would be the WiFi speeds, that's about it. But it's still superb for messaging and browsing. But why would you be in hotel just for WiFi when you're in a city to explore, have your own Internet sim and esim arranged too.

- Victor (6/5): Pasable - La ubicación es inmejorable, al lado de cualquier atracción de la parte antigua. El acceso es algo complicado ya que se encuentra en una calle algo estrecha. Fue el alojamiento que tuvimos que reservar debido a un problema con el otro que teníamos. El alojamiento no tenía menaje, por lo que a pesar de tener cocina no podíamos hacer uso de esta. No había sartenes, cazuela, vasos, platos, cubiertos…. Cuando les pedimos nos dijeron que los clientes “roban las tazas” por lo que nos dieron platos y vasos de plástico. También echamos de menos una mesa para poder sentarnos.

Shopping malls, supermarkets, restaurants, the tram station, the metro, and all important places are within walking distance. The staff are very friendly and always ready to help with anything. The rooms are cleaned regularly and kept very tidy. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. Мои впечатления об отеле очень положительные. Он расположен в одном из самых престижных районов города. Торговые центры, супермаркеты, рестораны, трамвайная остановка, метро и все важные места находятся в шаговой доступности. Персонал очень дружелюбный и всегда готов помочь. Washroom was too small and it didn't have waterjet which caused trouble.. Also the housekeeping staff did not clean rooms daily. Light was not enough to get ready in the room. - Gavtadze (2/5): awful, mold everywhere i developed allergic asthma - location only. if you can withstand awful hotel room just because of its location- this is for you i stayed here for 1 months, here is my review: Cleanliness: The rooms aren't properly maintained. there is MOLD EVERYWHERE. the stuff doesn't clean your room regularly, you have to remind them and still they might not clean it, or if they do "clean" it, you'll have to reclean the room again. I advise you clean the toilet yourself before using, don't trust the cleaners. one day they even had toxic material leaking from the toilet from the room next to me, my room started smelling awful, they couldn't fix it for 4 days. also initially they will try to lie to you about your room. i had chosen a room with window, but when i got there they argued that i haven't booked such room and made me add a good sum of money to give me a room with window, so they gave me room that was like a coffin. i wasn't the only one with such case, there were at least 2 more customers that were told like this too, these customers also got awful rooms, because they were told others were booked. they will try to make you pay more once you're there, so that you have nowhere to go really. the hotel from the outside isn't as shiny and bright as it seems on the photo, there is awful smell in the yard when you enter. the bed sheets are stained with everything you can imagine, those purple and white pillows are nasty, the matrass is just a shitshow.

- Fatma (1/5): - firstly they charged so much money for the taxi pick up from the airport..the taxi struggles to find a way to the hotel because of it's location.upon arrival,the staff present was sleeping and had to wake him up..I filled in the arrival form and I asked him to let me see the property before I could decide whether I wanted to stay or not but he didn't even bother.. I cancelled with booking.com but the hotel still charged me another £27 for the cancellation..I won't argue but it wasn't a good location at all..the streets were very dark and it felt scary and dangerous..I will never recommend this hotel and even booking.com ever again.

- Bogdana (9/5): Все понравилось) - Отель находится в пешей доступности от главных достопримечательностей!Приветливый и отзывчивый администратор,всегда готов помочь (знает русский язык),вошел в мое положение и заселил раньше времени. Чистая и просторная комната,с отличным видом,есть все для удобства (кондер,холодильник,фен) Так же приятный бонус,есть терраса на крыше,и днем и ночью можно наслаждаться отличным видом!

- Samy (6/5): Super séjour. Équipe à l'écoute. Mention spéciale à Turgay. - Super emplacement mais accès difficile, surtout avec les bagages (ruelles en pentes étroites) La propreté, surtout au niveau de la terrasse (mauvaises odeurs d'urine de chats).dommage car la terrasse est sympa)

- Madrigal Orozco (7/5): - Muy atento la persona que nos recibieron. Buen trato. El hotel está ubicado cerca de muchos lugares para comer. Las instalaciones requieren un poco de mantenimiento y es un poquito complicado el ingreso o salida de maletas. Pero el servicio fue bueno, nos sentimos seguros.

- Stefania Gabriela (1/5): Cel mai prost sejur - Singurul lucru pozitiv este ca desi am fost in perioada 30.12-02.01, AC-ul a functionat bine, aveam cat de cat caldura in camera. Multa mizerie, mucegai, lenjerii murdare si ingalbenite, prosoape pline de par. Mentionez ca o zi si o noapte a plouat, iar in camera intra ploaia pe la imbinarea geamurilor.

- Magali (10/5): Très bon établissement - Hôtel très bien situé dans un quartier central et à la fois très calme. Jolie chambre agréable et fonctionnelle. Lieux très propres. Jolie petite cour extérieure pour y boire le thé toujours à disposition. Personnel très gentil et toujours disponible pour répondre à mes questions et besoins. Je recommande cet établissement.

- elisabetta (10/5): Il top del top! Posizione unica e gentilezza senza uguali - Zanadu Hotel è casa mia da ormai 2 mesi! Posto tranquillo, pulito, tutti gentilissimi e un grazie speciale va a Turgay, una persona d'oro sempre disponibile ad aiutare per qualsiasi cosa (fa un caffe turco eccezionale)! Consigliatissimo

- Ersoj (3/5): - The sudani guy in reception 24 Hours without water. No water for bathroom no water for the kitchem. They Said us that was a water network problem in that neighborhood. Even if it was true they had to provide us something even to go to the bath. But they did mothing. The positive side was that the sudani guy gave us the possibility to make check-in at 09 o clock
