Guest Reviews
- ksufan88 (8/5): Very nice hotel with only a few issues - We stayed here several nights and liked the location since it was close to several restaurants and convenience stores. The hotel was very nice, and our 6th floor room was plenty large with a shower and tub (requiring a high step to get in). Housekeeping was great each day. We ate breakfast each morning in their 4th floor restaurant which had several different dining rooms, and a pretty good selection of cold and hot items. They did have an omelet station as well as noodle soup made to order. Our room had several quirky features that we thought could have been improved. There were many light switches in the room so it was challenging at times to locate the proper switch for the lights that you wanted off or on, even though most were labeled. We discovered a full-length mirror hidden behind closet doors near the entrance. The other closets and the drawers in them were somewhat cumbersome to use because the closet doors had to be open to access the drawers and when they were open it blocked access to the bathroom. The shower was nice but since it didn’t have a door, the bathroom floor got very wet after each shower use.
- X3696SVmelissac (10/5): A hidden gem - A hidden gem!The Hengshan Garden Hotel offers a perfect blend of tranquility and convenience. Tucked away in a quiet area, it feels like an oasis yet is close to major attractions. The rooms are clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated. The garden is beautiful, ideal for a relaxing stroll. Staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended for a peaceful stay in the city。
- 308jieq (10/5): Great Stay - I had an amazing stay at Hengshan Garden Hotel during my recent trip to Shanghai. The moment I walked in, I was greeted by the elegant Art Deco design that blended perfectly with modern aesthetics. The lobby was inviting, and the check - in process was smooth, thanks to the friendly and efficient staff.
My room was a haven of comfort. It was spacious, with a cozy bed that ensured a great night's sleep. The large windows offered a wonderful view of the city, and the decor was tastefully done. The amenities in the room were top - notch, from the high - speed complimentary Wi - Fi to the well - stocked mini - bar. The bathroom was spotless, equipped with high - quality toiletries and a great shower.
- Stumu415 (8/5): - After checking out 6 different hotels in the area for my parents, I decided on Hengshan Garden hotel (Picardie building). The preview was great and we got a good price including lounge access. The newly renovated rooms in classic old school Shanghai style are very nice and quiet. The bathroom was kept nice and clean. The breakfast was good although more geared towards Chinese guest than Western.
The beds were super comfortable. The room had a great view of the park and despite being on a busy intersection, there was no noise coming into the room (this may have more to do with the fact 80% of the cars in Shanghai are electric so there is no noise).
The location is excellent. You can walk through Xujaihui park and get to all the shopping malls like Grand66, IFC and Metro city. There are so many places to eat, drink and shop in the area. Walk along Hengshan road under the trees around the French Concession.
The hotel itself has a very nice garden behind the main building with a small pagoda and pond to sit and relax.
The only real negative is that even though we clearly agreed multiple times that my parents would have a late check out as their flight was very late, they were literally kicked out the room. This was really quite upsetting as they are in their 80's. Totally unacceptable. Alice and the staff did apologize but clearly internal communication is terrible. Especially for an hotel this caliber and having all the amazing communication tools available in China, this really left a bad taste in our mouth.
So great hotel but confirm, confirm confirm.
Note this is newly renovated building next to the main hotel which is older.
- 469nilal (6/5): Apart from the service, there's nothing commendable. - The room itself left much to be desired. While the space was decent, the layout was chaotic and lacking in ambiance. The bathroom fixtures were subpar, with weak water pressure and a lack of basic supplies. The leisure facilities were equally disappointing. The air conditioning in my room was old and inefficient, struggling to maintain a comfortable temperature. The TV had limited channels and poor picture quality, making it almost unwatchable. The gym equipment was outdated and poorly maintained.I had high expectations for my stay at your hotel, but these issues with the room facilities and noise levels greatly diminished my overall experience. I sincerely hope you take these problems seriously and make the necessary improvements to enhance the quality of your guests' stays.
- nicgy (4/5): Five-Star Service? No, More Like a Five-Star Nightmare! - My recent stay at the administrative building of this so-called five-star hotel was an absolute disaster. I was utterly shocked and extremely dissatisfied, and I feel compelled to share my experience to warn others.Disappointing Dining ExperienceThe hotel’s dining quality was nowhere near what was advertised. The breakfast buffet was a complete letdown. The options were scarce and unappetizing—stale bread, lukewarm noodles, and fruits that looked like they had been sitting out for days. The staff were slow to clear used utensils or refill drinks, creating a chaotic and uncomfortable dining atmosphere. This hotel’s administrative building is simply not worth the time or money. From the disorganized environment and facilities to the unpalatable food, the neglected environment, and the lackluster service, every aspect fell short of expectations. Whether you’re traveling for business or pleasure, this is a place to avoid. I will never stay here again and strongly urge others to think twice before choosing this hotel.
- Diana (10/5): - Was nice and clean
- roseglobe (10/5): Large, with all services - Really comfortable and large building. Spacious rooms with equipment and a sumptuous mattress in the bed. Very richly assorted meals at breakfast while continental dinner was good but not unforgettable. Well placed to reach the city center. Not the newest furnishing but definitely worth going if you want space and service.
- AmeliaD519 (4/5): Deposit not refunded - The hotel deducted a deposit of 1000RMB upon check in and said that they will refund this amount. However, my credit card was charged in full and never refunded this amount. I should have asked for a receipt of refund upon check-out but I trusted the receptionist when she said it's already refunded. However when I checked with my bank it is not.
- grahamc894 (10/5): An elegant hotel on a noble street with metro connections nearby. - The Hengshan Garden is a lovely grand hotel with an impressive reception area off which is the main breakfast and lounge/bar area. It is sited on one of Shanghai's noble streets with a metro station 5-10 mins walk away. All the staff we met were polite, helpful and spoke English. It has two towers of accommodation linked by a leisure complex and tennis pavilion. Its surrounding gardens with cherry blossom trees, lakes and pagoda are beautiful. Our bedroom had two comfortable queen beds, a separate bath /shower wet room, toilet and hand basin area, TWO chairs ( well done!!), an office area, large tv, espresso machine and kettle. We had access to the Executive Lounge which provided an excellent retreat after a busy day touring Shanghai. The buffet choices of hot or cold, Chinese / European fayre, alcoholic /soft drinks was first class. Its waitresses were exceptional and always eager to please and have a chat. This also applied to the breakfast buffet in the main part of the hotel. Spoilt for choice. The Hengshan provided us with an excellent welcome to our tour of China.
- jfallon (6/5): Overall nice hotel. - My husband, adult grandson and I stayed at the hotel for three nights last week. The hotel itself is nice, staff are friendly although communication had to mostly be done via Google translate. Breakfast was ok and perfectly adequate. However, there are no restaurants within walking distance although there is a bar over the road which serves pizza and chips. The hotel is a five minute walk away from the metro and it takes about 15 mins to reach the city centre. Our only complaint about the hotel is that our beds were just so uncomfortably hard that none of us had a decent night's sleep and I woke with terrible back ache every morning.
- Angeline (10/5): - Staff were very friendly and accomodating
- Back_to_Sandringham (8/5): Old-fashioned but comfortable - A comfortable hotel in a nice part of Shanghai. The staff did not speak a great deal of English and the amenities were OK rather than exceptional. The gym, however, is massive, and there is a large pool, tennis courts and lots of machines. Breakfast was not as extensive as in some business hotels, but certainly sufficient in range. Probably won't become my go-to hotel in Shanghai, but an interesting experience nonetheless.
- Drboorboor (10/5): idaeal in shanghahi - great location with perfect facilities . room size are good and staff are very friendly and supportive . breakfast is good and you have proper options.room and all area are clean and rooms are sound proof. wifi connection is poor but you have to consider that you are in china !
- GiuliaP487 (6/5): Avarage - While the common areas of the hotel were impressive, my stay in the room was unfortunately less than average. The hair dryer was old and barely worked and the lights had issues, randomly switching on during the night, which was quite disruptive. To make matters worse, the room wasn’t soundproofed and I could hear my noisy neighbor all night long.
Some of the reception staff also came across as unfriendly, which added to the disappointment while staff welcoming guests at the door were polite and friendly. Although the hotel is located in a high-end area, it was surprisingly difficult to find a restaurant nearby without needing to take a taxi. Overall, I wouldn't return to this hotel.
- Chiulling (10/5): - Very friendly staff!
- Yaochiu (10/5): - Beautiful people with very friendly service!
- Gary (10/5): - We were most impressed by the art deco decor of this hotel, its well-kept garden, and politeness and helpfulness of its staff. The housekeeping was perfect!
- Delia (10/5): - High quality accommodation and excellent staff service
- karen (8/5): Excellent place to stay for five nights - Nice hotel, good location, quiet environment, good concierge service, and beautiful gardens ❤️
- Faramarz (10/5): - Convenient access to everywhere. Very nice hotel too.
- F (6/5): Terrible reception services - I was disappointed with my stay at Hengshan Garden Hotel. After I checked in, I found out the pool was not in use at all. A staff member told me that the pool was going through renovation and it would stay closed for another two months! There is no information about the pool closure on their website or on Hotels.com. This is cheating!! I booked the hotel for the pool! When I checked in at the reception, I clearly stated that there would be two guests. But I was told they could only give me one breakfast! the reason was that my partner hadn't arrived yet! My friend need to register with them before getting his breakfast. I couldn't get the logic of this. My first night was terrible. One light in my room couldn't be switched off. Although one engineer tried to help, but couldn't fix it! I didn't sleep well. The next day, I asked to swap a room. After waiting for hours, I did get one. But, the new room was a downgrade from my original booking. Surprisingly, there was no apology or sorry whatsoever from the hotel! Guest's sleep obviously doesn't matter at all. I was appalled by the attitude of the reception and the quality of their services. I guess they just don't know how to smile and how to say the word of "sorry" ! During my stay I did find the cleaners are very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is also quite good. It's quiet at night. However, the general stay was not that great.
- Honghai (10/5): - I stayed here for 15 days and everything was great except there were reading paving in progress which led to a little inconvenience to the underground parking. Other that that, the location and the streets around the hotel are second to none. The back yard garden is definitely the best and rare to find among other 5 star hotels. There is a pond around the outdoor roofed resting place, surrounded with meticulously maintained plants and flowers. It is definitely the best part to enjoy your morning coffee or beers at night. The swimming pool was not open which didn't bother me. Overall I will choose to stay here again on my next trip.
- Nigel (10/5): - Good quality at a fair price
- Holly (8/5): - Overall a very good stay in one of the most beautiful and walkable areas of Shanghai. Although the rooms and facilities are a bit dated, they are well kept. Staff were very attentive and responded to my requests promptly and professionally. I will certainly stay here again for my next visit!
- Xia (8/5): A good place to stay, l like this hotel a lot. - Like this hotel. Very good location. The room is clean and comfortable. Staff are nice. Very good breakfast
- tgdg2021 (10/5): Reasonably priced hotel in beautiful location, friendly staff and great pool! - Probably one of best value meets location deals in Shanghai. Although the rooms have seen better days there is a beautiful view if you can get the rooms facing the park. The pool is fantastic (read deep) and spa facilities are up there with the other luxury hotels. Professionals like Sissi at the front desk are a reason to come back!
- djsteak (4/5): Worst customer service - They claim themselves to be a five star hotel but this was probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
Tried to call the hotel for late cancellation. My room was eventually cancelled without a charge but the experience of communicating with the reservation department was very unpleasant. The guy on the phone spent minutes trying to argue with me how they “never missed a phone call” when I tried to complain that my phone call (being transferred from the front desk, or whichever department handling the official incoming call) wasn’t being answered during office hour. If this wasn’t enough the guy then spent another few minutes arguing with me that they “never missed a message”, when I tried to explain that my request through an OTT platform wasn’t being addressed or answered by the hotel. Seriously, either something was seriously wrong with your operations or your staff really needs some proper training. Will avoid booking this place going forward.
- Jing Yi (10/5): - Excellent hotel
- Mimi (8/5): - I was able to stay in two different rooms, but one room was a little more outdated than the other. Overall, I had a really pleasant stay.
- Ying (8/5): Comfort - Nice hotel in a central location with swimming pool and gym, very friendly staff.
- PeterGroves81 (8/5): Chinese air conditioning! - This is a good international hotel, with attentive and friendly staff who (of course!) speak faultless English. It was comfortable and clean (I won't mention what I removed from the plughole in the bath, though) although when I asked for the temperature to be adjusted from pretty cold to comfortably warm I was told that it was on its summer setting (in November!) and was promised a room heater which did not appear. The welcome from the staff at the gym was so lacking that I decided I didn't need a workout, and although I went looking for it I never found the pool: but both those problems were as much to do with jetlag as anything.
- WriterJane (8/5): Modern amenities, neat neighborhood - I stayed at the Regal International with a tour group. I found the bed super soft, which our tour guide said was directed to overseas tourists. (I guess my back has Chinese sensibilities!) The panel that controlled all the lights and electronics took some getting used to, particularly in the dark.
The neighborhood was splendid, a short walk to massive malls! There were also good restaurants nearby.
- Zilin (6/5): - I would question about the professionalism of the hotel manager. I did not manage to get to know his name unfortunately, but he was tall and spoke quite good English. While I was queuing to check in to the hotel, he apparently served another lady who was not in the queue and showed terrible cold attitude when assisting me with my check in.
Secondly, I had faced an issue in my hotel room where the soundproof between the different rooms was terrible. I was woken up by noises made by a couple staying in the room next to mine at about 12.29am. Even while having my earpiece on, I could still hear their private life that my mum and I had to request for a change of room at about 1.30am. There was no apologies as well for the inconvenience from the same manager.
Even though I had encountered all these issues, one good feedback was about the bell boys who were nice n helpful compared to my previous stay in this hotel.
- Sarah_W_1357 (8/5): Exercise facilities make this average hotel much better - We found the hotel to be a bit tired/dirty for the price but we were so happy with exercise facilities that the overall rating got boosted to ‘very good’. Room was good-sized but had stains in the carpet. The front desk staff had surprisingly weak English skills and tepid enthusiasm for helping guests with touring ideas and directions. Breakfast was OK. The location of the hotel is quite good and less than 10 minute walks to multiple subway lines (although taxis are very reasonable). The hotel has multiple indoor/outdoor tennis courts, a good-sized pool, racquet courts, a large weight room and a really nice sauna/whirlpool area. I think the facilities might be open to locals for membership because the area was well used but not too crowded. We would stay here again if we had the time to exploit the exercise options; otherwise I’d find a newer/cleaner hotel in the same general area.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - I loved everything about Regal International hotel. This ranks higher than any Marriott or Hilton I have stayed in. Loved it
- Verified traveler (4/5): - the property needs a complete renovation. Food quality needs improving.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Location is quiet
Staff at reception over charged deposit .
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Not too friendly. Breakfast cost too much (220yuen)/person
- 7hardikb (10/5): Beautiful hotel - The check-in experience is really good
Excellent service by staff.
The rooms are also spacious with utilities
Perfect hotel to stay in
Food is awesome too
The in room experience is also good.
Thank you .
- Jamie (10/5): - Excellent location, easy access to subway, restaurants and bars nearby within walking distance. The bed is really comfortable.
- Harold (10/5): Five Stars - Excellent facility, great service. Fantastic buffet breakfast. Would definitely go there again.
- Helen (8/5): - Perhaps the property needs some renovation bathroom and furniture a bit beat up.
Also, if the offer included breakfast they should honor 2 breakfasts since the room are double occupancy, even if at the time the room is reserved for 1
- Verified traveler (10/5): - A classic, stately city hotel. It's near the heart of the city. I liked that it was located next to a beautiful park and plenty of shopping. I would stay there again!
- TravellerCT (10/5): Great hotel - We stayed there with a group for 2 nights. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Lobby spacious, welcoming and modern. Buffet breakfast varied and good delicious. Rooms large, clean and well equipped. Bathroom of good size and comfy. Highly recommended
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Breakfast was average. Value for money a bit above average. It's huge alright. Good sporting facilities but almost everything need to pay. Tennis, Squash and Bowling. Bowling was a joke as most often it was closed. Need to pre-arranged for use. Even though swimming pool was free to use, website or when booking confirmed, should warn guest to bring swimming cap. Its compulsory otherwise no entry. They do sell caps there at a cost of over USD20. So a family of 4 of us need to fork out almost USD100 to use the pool. I'd stayed in over 100 hotels all over the world, this was my 1st incident!!
Apart from the above shortcomings, the hotel offered reasonable amenities, with good location. Only 20 minutes to Xu Jia Hui shopping district.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Location, location and location. Subway stations are nearby, Line 1 to city centre and Line 10 to railway station. Surrounded by beautiful tree-lined streets leading to restaurants, cafes and Huaihai-road shopping.
- robbiedo1 (8/5): Shanghai Masters - Visited this hotel for the Shanghai Masters snooker tournament..
I stayed for over a week on a bed and breakfast basis...
The hotel was very good and nothing was too much trouble .. the food was very good too..
Absolutely no complaints at all .. I was very pleased with my stay ..thank you
- Hans (4/5): Too Expensive - it is in my eyes not a business hotel to to many tourist groups
Thus I feel I paid much to much for my stay and I will never use this hotel again Soory
- mzzlol (10/5): Amazing - Close to everything! The breakfast was a spread of breakfast lunch and dinner. The room was very clean and high tech! Lot of buttons to press and see what happens! The bed was comfortable. The park and shrine across the street was worth the visit.
- SH (8/5): - Great experience but one tip-avoid the on call taxi around the hotel which is very unprofessional
- Eddie (10/5): A great stay! - I've stayed at this hotel quite often over the years and it's always a comfortable stay. I appreciate that a lot of the staff has remained over the years. Some consistency is good. Thank you Jeff and team in the dining area and Alice, Assistant Manager for always being so kind. I look forward to my next visit.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Check-in staff felt rather cold, unwelcoming, the staff have an attitude like they are better than their guests. No "welcome", no "thank you" from their staff.
What is the purpose of having bellboys that stand around that do not even assist with your luggage?
Overall, the place is clean but just felt way too sterile and impersonal.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Clean and Comfortable - Clean and comfortable and located in a quiet neighborhood, 5 min walk to the metro. Room was clean and spacious. We requested for hotel to make reservations for us at a local restaurant and they kindly did it immediately and got back to us that the reservation was made. Zero complaints.
- Kiki (10/5): - Incredibly spacious corner room, beautiful view of Xujiahui Park and city. Lobby is grand. Location is excellent in the beautiful and walkable French Concession. Would stay again and recommend to others.
- Niall (10/5): - Lovely location with plenty of bars and restaurants wifhi. Walking distance. Its also only 100m from the metro. Nice park nearby too
- Verified traveler (10/5): - I am very happy with the services at the front door and a front desk ,I expected them to provide free breakfast but disappointed.
- Alex (4/5): - I was deied credits for my stay despite I am a Gold member of the hotel because I booked via Hotel.comand not their website. They had a sign I could receive Asia Miles for my stay. When I asked they siad I had to stay in the more expensive room (>$2000RMB per night) to qualify , which was stated in the sign. If I were to pay that much, I definitely won't be staying there. There was no recognition of my being a Gold member of the Regal Hotel group unlike my previous stays in Hong Kong. I definitely don't want to stay there again.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Prime location: 5 mins walk from subway. 8 mins walk to malls. Lots of parks in the neighborhood. Breakfast at the hotel can be a bit pricey if not included in the room rate. Great value for the buffet lunch at the Chinese restaurant called Fragrance. Staff are super friendly and helpful.
- Bing (6/5): - The checkout was still so slow and it still charges local calls.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Excellent, hard working staff... the facility is well maintained
- Ahmad (4/5): Amateurism at its best - Don’t come here if you are a foreigner... one of the most unfriendly and bad behavior hotel I have ever stay ..
- Verified traveler (10/5): - 7 minutes walk to subway, restaurants & parks nearby, area is quite and nice
- Lou (8/5): After a terrible start, saved by excellent Manager - Reception staff were abysmal and we had a terrible check in. They told us that they don’t have a contract with Hotels.com and that we would have to phone a travel agent and sort it out! After 20 minutes they ‘found’ our booking with no apology at all. (We’d had to put data roaming on which will have a cost implication). After writing about this on Hotels.com the Manager (Stephen) called our room to apologize and sent fruit and some chocolates, which was a very nice gesture.
Apart from this staff continued to be unsmiling and surly throughout our stay. We would have given service one star if it had not been for the Managers actions.
The hotel room has no personality but the bed is large and comfy. Annoying central system that controls all the lights/ TV/ air con only on one side of the bed, so the person without it can’t control their bedside light etc. extreme lack of plugs. All in one place - next to the large desk, so annoying for the person on the other side of the bed if they want to charge their phone/ use it as an alarm. Also compatible plug for hairdryer not near the mirror so you have to contort yourself to see in the mirror whilst you dry your hair!
Good cable TV with English speaking channels. WiFi good but a little patchy at times.
Breakfast was good. Lots of choice. Egg station for omelette/ fried egg. (Although expensive unless you get a deal through Hotels.com).
Less than 5 min walk to the metro which is very convenient and a taxi tank right outside.
- Daniel (10/5): I would 100% stay again - No complaints, I would 100% stay there again for business or personal travel. It was located in a nice safe area with shops, restaurants and bars etc
- Verified traveler (8/5): - A couple of the waiters are obnoxious... not so polite.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Convenient location, friendly staff. Furniture needs to be upgraded given the rate they charge for room.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - This hotel is well situated in a great and interesting area full of activities
- M (10/5): - The only drawback is the wifi which was slow and very unstable. and for those who prefer a harder bed, this hotel is not for you.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Close by MTR . Hotel just Ok . No smoking . wifi not very good.
- ming (8/5): Very Good - Good sports facility
- Flora (8/5): - It is walkable and convenient to go anywhere. The front desk is fast. However the front door service is shortage of staff. I could not find the way to the entrance in the darkness.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Great location close to metro and good neighborhood
- TL (8/5): - Good hotel although fitness centre staff really unfriendly and rude
- Verified traveler (10/5): - All was good, reservation & people. Very good location
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Very nice old hotel, well situated. Staff could be more welcoming.
- Jin (8/5): Good location - Everything is good except: Sound insulation is not good, I could hear next door's conversation. Also, it is quite noisy if somebody in adjacent rooms are having a shower.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - In a quiet yet accessible location. Cheap. Clean. Good value overall.

- Verified traveler (6/5): - Good location. but the staff are very unprofessional and unfriendly
- Verified traveler (6/5): I like the room size - Although the size of the room (Premier Room) is good enough for me, some furniture are running old. Mostly acceptable except the area lighting is kinda dim outside the toilet, and sound proofing is poor as I can hear my neighbours talking and I know they were not shouting. Otherwise, everything else including the staffs were mediocre, since you can't feel welcoming at all upon entering the hotel.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Used to know the local area, booked and stayed in this hotel for 7 nights.
Just to share one terrible experience - -
On the 5Th August morning a cleaner was sitting and having rest in the female toilet in the hotel lobby when I walked in.
after spotted a couple of toilets unflushed, I ended in the last one which is disabled accessible.
I was just about lock the door, that cleaner pushed it open and came inside, I was shocked and embarrassed, asked her to get out immediately.
The cleaner did not leave, instead, she said she wanted a vacuum tube which was stored inside this toilet room
I begged her to be out, come for the tube after I using the toilet.
She refused to leave still.
I said to her “are you mad?”, she yelled back “you are mad”
It was ridiculous, unbelievably happened.
- Michael (10/5): - Great location , well serviced, good swimming facilities and many staff understood English
- jeffrey jie (10/5): - Good
- yang (10/5): Great hotel - Perfect location perfect room conditions. Worth every penny of it. Great staff. We had a great experience.
- Phil (10/5): - A good international-style hotel in Xuhui. Close to good bars and restaurants. The hotel bar is a bit dull, but reasonably good restaurant menus and breakfast is good.
Room was tidy and clean. Staff had good english and were helpful.
- John (8/5): - Well located hotel in the French Concession.
My room had an extra large bed, excellent bathroom facilities & the place was clean on day one & well maintained during my stay. The wifi was excellent - an essential feature for travel. My only criticism is that all power points were taken for existing use & a couple of the others I couldn't use. I had to remove a plugged in lamp & replace with my computer charger. Breakfast was varied for both European & Chinese customers albeit fairly standard
- Verified traveler (10/5): Excellent Hotel - Great location good facilities
- David (8/5): - Room size is a little smaller than expected, nevertheless it is a decent hotel.
- Eva (8/5): - Hotel in a very nice neighbourhood. Trees along the road, refreshing and pleasing.
- Eric (8/5): Generally nice hotel - Nice hotel, seems some floors have undergone upgrade but not our floor where rooms seemed a bit tired. Staff were generally helpful & efficient. Location was good & convenient to metro.
