- WisTex81 (10/5): Charming - Charming old hotel in a good location with a beautiful garden area for dinner or drinks! Close to so many sites in Milan. Lots of nice restaurants near by. Front desk employees are very welcoming. Breakfast buffet is tasty with lots of choices.
- Maria (9/5): Superb -
- Graham (9/5): Very relaxing. - Large comfortable room
- Nancy (10/5): Wish I was still there… - Quiet location within walking distance to the Duomo and great shopping! Beautiful room! A little dated but so much charm!
- Ram (6/5): Warm welcoming hotel in heart of Milan - Location & staff were very very friendly & over courteous… Always there to help you & guide you The washrooms are very very outdated, hardware is obsolete. High time it has to be changed completely
- 939nickp (8/5): Convenient area of the city - The staff here was friendly and catered to our questions. The shower was difficult to manage because the standing area was thin. We found the lobby bar and restaurant reasonable, though the buffet breakfast maybe a bit expensive. The hotel is near Buenos Aires, a good part of town and near the Porto Venezia train station, which is convenient to all the major sites within 10 mins. You can also walk to the Duomo, Galleria, Scala area in 30 mins.
- Mehdi (5/5): Passable -
- Matjaz (7/5): Good -
- Anastassja (2/5): Very old hotel that tricks you to book it because it’s a Sheraton - Very old rooms with old furniture and cracked walls , it was very hot in the rooms and the temperature couldn’t be controlled due to a central and old system.
- shankone (2/5): In Desperate need of a remodel - It’s a creepy old place, very worn and tired. Not comfortable at all. All the staff were nice and mostly friendly, with the exception of the front desk manager Giulia. She was horrible,,just plain rude!
The workout room was super dark and creepy, definitely didn’t feel safe at all! I stayed in a king room , there was a lot of street noise and it was difficult to sleep
- David (10/5): Exceptional -
- Joelle (7/5): Good -
- Arun Chand (6/5): - The room allotted was very small. The hotel location is not good as its far from the downtown area

- Andrew (10/5): - My visit was during cold and rainy weather, the location was central to everything I wanted to do and the size of the room/ bathroom was perfect. Everything worked and it was very clean. Samar kept my room in good shape for a 7 night stay and the staff supported me with calling taxis every morning that came within 5 minutes. Thank you Sheraton Diana Majestic team for an amazing birthday stay.
- viewsinsf (10/5): My 7 night stay was perfect. Highly recommend this property due to location, staff and cleanliness. - The location of the Sheraton Diana Majestic is incredibly convenient. It’s just a 10-minute walk to most places, and a 15-20 minute drive to the airport or train station. The staff was incredibly friendly, and Samar made sure our room was spotless every evening with fresh towels and a clean bed. The room was spacious and had a great bathroom. The products in the room smelled nice, and the hotel itself was beautiful. Thank you, Sheraton Diana Majestic staff, for making my birthday stay special and memorable.
- Stojkova (8/5): Very good -
- Dolores (10/5): Exceptional -
- Joan (8/5): - Staff members are very friendly and helpful.
The room temperature was set at 23.5C, a bit too warm for me from Canada.
Walking distance to nice restaurants and shopping district nearby.

- iromani2015 (10/5): Class and service - We stayed at the Diana majestic for 3 nights Dec 10-13. We would like to thank all the hotel staff for a wonderful stay. We are very experienced travelers, and we also lived in Milan for several years. The hotel location is perfect. The hotel offers parking at a very competitive price and the parking is extremely convenient. The hotel has a class of its own: this is not the kind of hotel where you go to have the pool, the club level and the glossy elevators; this is one of the world’s hotels where you go to live the nowadays difficult to find experience of class and service. The ambiance is perfect: originally built more than a hundred years ago to house the first art-nouveau public baths and the first to admit women, the hotel is a landmark of architecture. The rooms exude a sense of history and life experiences: we had our own at the Diana since we met for the first time in this hotel 25 years ago and we have been married ever since. The hotel staff makes you feel comfortable from the moment you arrive, and they accompany you throughout your stay: Enzo welcomes you with style; the reception team’s manager finds the best solution to accommodate your needs: they upgraded us and sent us a welcome gift to our room. The rooms express tradition and are accurately appointed every day. Finally, the price point is excellent in a city that has become excessively expensive to cater to image rather than class. Go to Diana Majestic and live your experience.
- Lara (4/5): Booking.com promoted the wrong hotel; hotel was displayed at the top of recommendations which is not related to the real - Location No value for money
- Ibrahim (8/5): Very good -
- Desislav (7/5): Good -
- Wahid (8/5): Very good - Friendly staff Nothing
- Mandy (8/5): Very good -
- Hatixhe (8/5): Very good -
- Mehmet (4/5): - The mattress was horrible. I woke up tired and with a stiff back.
- Ebrahimi (7/5): Good -
- Ahmet (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice garden, great bar. Location is perfect.
👍👍 Nothing special.
- Sherif (1/5): Bad -
- Perry (10/5): - We wanted a nicer hotel close to the main train station. A metro station is a block away and took that to the main train station. 15 min. commute. The hotel was very clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms were comfortable and clean.
- Kartik (9/5): Superb -
- Monica (6/5): - very expensive (500 euros/night) for a standard room which is little and very old ( furnitures, materials etc) .
- emilykgranny (6/5): Worst night at the hotel - Location is good, we stayed here one night prior to starting a group tour of Italy. The hotel is too old, bathroom was too small. Service at the restaurant was good, food decent. Hotel staff were friendly, however, we were not upgraded for being elite members of Marriott. The room we had was close to the train track and on the first level. We were constantly woken up train running close by, worst yet, it was trash day the next morning, trash truck was loud. We didn’t realize all these until bedtime, we were exhausted after many hours of fights.
- Angela (10/5): Exceptional -
- Katie (8/5): Very good - The staff the best All good
- sonyasarkar (8/5): Highly recommend! - Highly recommend this hotel! We needed to stay somewhere central in Milan before heading to Lake Como and this hotel was perfect. In the heart of the city centre, walking distance to shopping, food, duomo etc. The windows in the rooms were old/broken but we were only staying for 2 nights so we didn’t bother to move. Other than that, hotel was nice and breakfast was good.
- 738erindr (10/5): Milan made Majestic! - The beauty of the hotel, restaurant, and garden was enhanced by its history and brought to life by the extraordinary staff. We walked in on a 90+ degree day (not looking great after a sleepless night without AC in July) and the desk staff could not have been more gracious. They stored our luggage so that we could make our tour and allowed us to check-in early. The room with our daughter’s roll-in bed was so comfortable that she didn’t want to leave. I was in awe of its history as
the first hotel in Italy…and it is perfectly located in the lovely porto venezia neighborhood. There are great shops, coffee (with “take away!”), restaurants, and the best grocery store within one block. Major sites are all within a 10min taxi ride. We were exhausted and heat-diminished Americans and every staff member we encountered was lovely. They made it possible for us to make the most out of our 48 hours in Milan… and we can’t wait to come back!
- Andrew (9/5): Superb -
- David (6/5): - The property needs a serious refresh of wall finishes, carpets, furniture, etc. It’s in a reasonably nice area and it could be a star property because the rooms are large, but they’re just tired and need updating.
- Mazen221399 (1/5): It was a bad choice, we expec better than what we faced . - The location is good, but it's difficult to reach by taxi . The temperature of AC wasn't cold and very disturbing, they don't want to find a solution until we call booking and talk to them many time then they change our room .
The smell of the bed was so bad.
The cleaning was bad.
No coffee maker or cuttle.
- Manal (7/5): Good -
- Ahmad (7/5): Good - I don’t like that they reserved an amount from my credit card on top of their full payment and after checking out they said 10 days to return back the amount!

- zinebz798 (2/5): Distorted misshappen mattress , expensive , poor breakfast quality&menu, car hotelparking 40euro/night - Distorted , misshapen old mattress!!!!not up to par Marriott standards at alll!!!We are a family of 3 . Booked room 2 months and 1/2 before visiting Milano with expensive rates( July 2024)..once there we had to sleep all of us on a single mattress as they didn’t had another available (room 117 outdated horrible mattress, so small not even space for luggage’s with no phone).moved second night to a spacious room n•323) . The mattress in very bad condition distorted curved. The poorest breakfast we ever had. By the way a bakery in front of where u can get excellent pastry&coffee for less then 10euros.
Everything seems to be updated( terrace furnitures and lobby except the rooms !!!!) … no kettle no teabag no coffee machine … room paid more then 600euros per night !!! What a shame marriott … forget about the parking …. The hotel charged us 40euros per night per car of course !!!
- Tracy (9/5): Wonderful location, glorious garden, a lovely place to stay. - Loved the location, loved the garden (this is a jewel, and it's so wonderful to relax in green beauty after a day of walking the busy city) and loved the DJ, Monika Boutike-- she made aperitivo a joy. Some confusion among the staff in the bar/resto. All good though.
- Dr (9/5): Superb - Location I came on time check in at 3 pm and wait for more than 35 minutes because the room was not ready and the reception staff was not able to help while we waited and they were not experienced
- Lyndel (9/5): Superb - Beautiful classic hotel with spacious, quiet rooms and a wonderful garden setting. The dining area is sensational and breakfasts were fabulous. Excellent staff, very pleasant and very helpful. The hotel is situated in an attractive area of Milan, with public gardens and plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby, plus it’s just a short train trip to the Cathedral di Milano. Nothing.
- Marco (9/5): Superb -
- Tracy (9/5): Fantastic. - The Garden is gorgeous, and a wonderful place to enjoy an aperitivo. It alone is worth the stay, as is the hotel's location. Loved the DJ in the Garden too, Monika Boutike provided great chill tunes to really get the "relaxing in Milan" vibe going.
- D8523LRdianam (8/5): Good, but not great - The hotel has an amazing location and a beautiful outdoor patio for breakfast and brunch.
Service is kind and friendly.
The rooms are big but certainly need a remodel. The style is old-timey and that's ok, but the bathrooms are small and oldish.
Don0t love the rooms but mostly everything else is great.
- Moya (9/5): Excellent location. Staff very helpful -
- Veritas-2146 (6/5): Need urgent renovation - Old hotel in a not so nice area of Milan so nothing much to offer .
Even the bathtub was dangerous to use as the base of the bathtub - where you step with your feet on - is so narrow , would say max 25 centimeters - that you lose balance so often as you can't stay flat and move around . Really dangerous Management ! Easily to fall and get injured !
Very old furniture and look .
FO staff nice
- Nazif (10/5): Perfect - The staff was amazing and helpful even went above and booked is train tickets, also we got a super early check in at 10am because of our baby.. the outside garden was amazing 👏.. overall hotel is perfect
. Also enzo was 10/10
- Suzanne (7/5): Good place to stay but would ask for room not under gym . -
- fairlies2017 (8/5): Nice area and a great bar in the garden but hotel room was a little tired. - Lovely bar in the garden, and the hotel is in a wonderful location with lots of cafes and restaurants nearby (but some closed on Sundays). The room itself let the overall experience down as it needed a freshen up. Staff were pleasant and helpful.
- Joyce (10/5): A perfect stau - Loved the walk in closet, the bathtub, and decor of the room especially the period-specific furniture. Convenient as hotel is close to the metro, and not too far from train station, a short taxi away but hotel is in a great neighborhood. Room is spacious. Would stay there again.
- Sevinj (10/5): Exceptional - I liked the “old” style of the hotel, amazing location in the city center next to the metro and supermarket, breakfast was tasty, room was clean, staff was friendly
- Moya (9/5): Superb -
- Anna (9/5): Superb -
- Christopher (9/5): Superb -
- Michael (8/5): Lovely accommodation with excellent staff , good breakfast options and coffee. - Large comfortable room
Great location

Nice Bar and outdoor area
- Clarissa (4/5): not enjoyable. hôtel was rundown and we were disappointed. - the hotel felt tired and rundown. not up to sheraton standards.
- Magaly (6/5): - The only thing I didn’t like was that the room was too hot and we were not able to turn the A/C on.
- Kellee (8/5): Very good -
- Richa (7/5): Good -
- Robert (10/5): Great hotel and staff in the perfect location. - The breakfast was outstanding - loved the garden. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Handicap accessible bathroom would have been helpful
- Mimi (8/5): - The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. However the rooms and bathrooms need to be updated. They were clean but were extremely dated and so, looked filthy. It was OK for one night.
- Allie (9/5): Superb -
- Lorenzo (9/5): Superb -
- Anusha (9/5): It was great, very accessible . Good location.very clean rooms. - Its clean and the room was kept at all times.
Staff are helpful. Good locations.
- Daniela (4/5): Very helpful staff, but room not up to standard and money asked for it. - The location is really convenient to explore the city, extremely well connected.
The personnel is amazing and friendly. The inner yard a hidden jewel. Bed was big and comfy. The room was in clear need of a renovation (broken tiles, chipped marble in many places). No window in bathroom and no proper ventilation. Room temperature a mess, shower not keeping the temperature and switching from scalding hot to freezing. I expect more from such a renowned hotel. Really really disappointing.
- Bb (8/5): Very good -
- Jose (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mark (8/5): Impressive. Would stay here again. - Staff was exceptionally helpful. Food was good. Room was clean and all employees were very accommodating. Nothing. Everything was very good. Surprisingly well organized, efficient, guest focused and very detailed in their hotel organization. Really a top class operation at this hotel. Impressive
- Dato (8/5): Very good -
- Diego (10/5): Exceptional -
- Diego (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ferah (8/5): - Close to center
- Kate (8/5): Great hotel in perfect location. - Perfect location. Great space to meet clients. Gardens look lovely. Cappuccino needs drastic improvement!
- Dinara (6/5): Keep the silence in the night - Place Noisy in the night
- Rafay (10/5): Exceptional -
- Teona (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ali̇ (6/5): A hotel that does not suit this class - Only location is good but price is so high if you compare with others. The rooms smell damp and you may see cobwebs on the ceiling. Also, the bed is very uncomfortable and you sink into it when you lie down. and the towels in the bathroom smell bad, no matter how clean. The two staff members who helped carry the luggage were also very nice. I don't see any reason why I would stay at this hotel again. Total disappointment.
- Dimitra (9/5): Superb -
- Rhiannon (9/5): Superb - Room size was generous for standard room in Europe. Location is excellent. Toilet didn’t flush properly and we had to keen having someone come fix it.
- xiao (8/5): - It is a great location to visit downtown milan
- Ayleen (1/5): Bad -
- Alisha (7/5): Good -
- Elmina (8/5): Very good -
- Stephanie (8/5): Very good - Great breakfast and friendly staff Expensive for what it is i.e. you can tell the hotel is old and some things broken e.g. the filter in the sink, the soap in the shower hadn't been refilled etc.
- Anonymous (7/5): Good - The staff Cleanliness, safety and AC were so poor
- Diana (8/5): Very comfortable - Beautifully appointed Room service limited before 7 am
- Gaye (10/5): Comfortable stay in Milan in the center - Location, cleanliness qnd the garden Nothing
