- MUKI (5/5): When I booked this hotel it had a high rating on booking. But I don’t think this reflects the quality of the hotel. - The girl at reception who checked me in was lovely and helpful. The lobby design is nice and the room decoration is nice and spacious. The location is really convenient. When I got into my room, there was hair coming out of the drain in the bathtub, I notified the receptionist - who was very helpful and personally cleaned the tub and she gave me a bottle of Prosecco (which I didn’t drink, as I don’t drink). I was excited to then use the bath, but the bathtub tap didn’t work. When I went to sleep, I noticed that the lock on the door also didn’t work. I had a friend stay with me for a portion of my stay, which made me feel safe. But as a woman travelling alone it didn’t make me feel safe at all. I didn’t want to draw attention to this while I was staying at the hotel, because I was already informed that the hotel was fully booked. My room was a basement room, which didn’t bother me, but you can hear every sound in the corridor outside - so when other guests came in at 3am in the morning, I could hear everything.

- Lucas (10/5): - O hotel está na melhor localização de Amsterdam, muito próximo a tudo que você precisa para conhecer a cidade e de frente para o vondelpark com uma vista linda. Os quartos são amplos e confortáveis, a cama é excelente e tudo muito limpo. Com certeza voltaria a me hospedar lá.

- Edel (4/5): Great location but would not probably choose this hotel again. - The location is excellent- 5 minute walk to the bus stop for the airport, so close to Vondel Park and the museum district and lots of shops and food options nearby. Staff were very pleasant to deal with. I didn’t feel it was good value for money - these very budget rooms but the price we paid did not represent that. The rooms are very basic, the mattress is very thin, you could hear everyone’s doors opening and closing loudly on your corridor and the bathroom was unpleasant with a mouldy shower curtain.

Our biggest complaint was that there was no milk for coffee two of the three mornings we were there. We even offered to go buy milk for morning coffee but we're assured there would be milk the next day ... there wasn't any. Disappointing to be on vacation and not have an enjoyable cup of coffee.
- Sven (8/5): Gutes Hotel wenn man wenig Zeit hat um die Innenstadt zu Fuss oder mit dem Fahrrad zu erkunden - Perfekte Lage am Vondel-Park, schönes Zimmer im Erdgeschoss mit Erker, schönes Zimmer und gut geschlafen Die Lüftung war etwas laut, obwohl es nicht warm war im Mai. Und in der Zimmerbeschreibung stand etwas von Parkplatz, doch damit war nur gemeint, dass man für 7 Euro pro Stunde auf der Straße parken kann wie in Amsterdam üblich.

- Clémentine (10/5): - Tout, le personnel était très sympathique & très aidant, nous avons pu faire notre check-in tôt & profiter de notre journée. La chambre était spacieuse & peu bruyante, la literie était merveilleuse, j’ai rarement aussi bien dormi dans un hôtel. Mention spéciale pour le chauffage au sol dans l’espace de douche. Nous avons réservé en dernière minute le matin pour le soir même & si nous revenons à Amsterdam, nous reviendrons les yeux fermés. Rien.

Fint resepsjonsområde. På grunn av oppussing ingen frokost. Rommet var trangt, litt vanskelig å åpne to kofferter uten å bruke senga. Badet trengte oppussing, men fungerte greit. Fant et skjeggkre siste kvelden - ubehagelig, men ikke farlig. Når det gjelder valuta for pengene - hotellet var objektivt sett noe dyrt, men jeg innser at prisnivået i Amsterdam generelt er høyt.

- Warren (6/5): Would I stay at this particular hotel during a future Amsterdam trip? No. - Close to the Vondel Park even though my wife expressed zero interest in walking through it. I appreciated having an elevator. The A/C unit made a lot of weird rattling noises so we never could use it. No mini fridge. View out the window is of the building next door. Bathroom is tiny.

I started leaving the door propped, open to everyone to enter, when i left. Later i was told this happens every time with that lock meaning they never fix it, just rent the 240 euro room without working lock

- Michael (3/5): Mässiges Übernachten - Die Lage war top, alles gut zu Fuss erreichbar und ziemlich zentral! Die Empfangsfrauen waren ziemlich abgelenkt (Check-in nebenbei mit dem Mittagessen im Mund, man wird nicht bedient wenn man sich bicht aufdrängt, nicht unbedingt freundlich etc.). Die Zimmer sind seeehr köein, mit zwei Koffern kaum Platz um Klamotten raus zu nehmen. Das Zimmer war mässig sauber (z.B. wurden offenbar Spinnen "entfernt", die Beine hingen aber noch in der Dusche etc.). Das Bett war sehr durchgelegen, in der Mitte eine massive Mulde, die Matratze ist verbraucht. Sehr schade, da wäre Potenzial!

- Suvi-Päivi (7/5): Haloo - Hyvä sijainti. Perussiisti huone alimmassa kerroksessa. Hieman ränsistynyt, mutta ihan ok yöpyä pari yötä. Lavuaarin hanasta ei tullut lämmintä vettä, suihkusta onneksi tuli. Hirveä meteli aika ajoin, ihan kun joku poraisi seinän takana. Liekö ilmastointi vai vesipumppu?
- Mia (8/5): Preis-Leistung gut, vielleicht in einer anderen Etage nicht ganz so laut. - Für unseren Zweck war das Zimmer völlig ausreichend. Die Lage ist 1A, angrenzend an einen wirklich schönen Stadtteil und den Vondelpark. Der Preis war, obwohl recht kurzfristig gebucht, sehr günstig. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Souterrain, was an sich völlig fein war. Es gab bodentiefe Fenster, die man gut abdunkeln konnte. Was leider gar nicht gut war, war die Akkustik und die fehlende Dämmung der Tür. Wenn immer jemand sein Zimmer verlassen/betreten hat, und das auch mitten in der Nacht, war es sehr sehr laut. Man hat im Grunde jedes Geräusch im Flur in seinem Zimmer gehört. Zudem war es nachts auch sehr warm im Zimmer was sich mit dem Temperaturregler nicht verändern ließ.

- Oksana (8/5): Идеальный вариант для остановки па пару ночей в период с апреля до сентября - Удобное местоположение. Много локаций рядом. Рядом трамвай и можно доехать куда угодно . Персонал на ресепшене очень приветливый и отзывчивый Нет отопления в комнате. Если останавливаться в период с октября по март - может быть прохладно. В стене огромное отверстие для вентиляции - будет дуть со всех щелей

Rooms for good value for money and had everything I would expect there to be for a stay of this nature There were a few marks on the wall in the bedroom that ideally would have been tended to but that is a very minor point.

Definitely recommend! our room was sort of underground so daylight was limited, as well as the shower room not having a door, but these were minor inconveniences and the overall stay was excellent

- Sarp Kaya (10/5): Süper - Konumu süper, çalışanlar yardımcı ve güler yüzlü oda da fiyatına göre gayet geniş ve temiz. Yatak rahattı ve tuvalet banyo da gayet temizdi. Odadaki çarşafları değiştirir misiniz dediğimizde sanırım unuttular onun dışında sorun yoktu.

- Kätlin (6/5): - Vann Šeif oli katki toas, ei saanud kasutada. Double voodi oli kuid tegelikult oli kaks madratsit kokku pandud ning magades, siis oli väga ebamugav, sest tekkis suur auk keskele, kuhu vajusid. Tolmurullid ja juuksekarvad olid toas, toa koristamine jättis soovida.

- Valeriia (8/5): Amazing stuff, but the room was a disappointment - Pretty cozy place in a nice location. Very pleasant and polite staff! They are really helpful and always ready to find a way to resolve any issue. As a nice bonus, we were allowed to leave our luggage in storage for free even after checkout. Huge thanks to Sunny in particular! My friend and I stayed in a twin room. Since there were no photos of this specific room, we had to rely solely on the description. The room was incredibly small, and there was no door to the bathroom. I was lucky to be staying with a close friend; otherwise, it would have been very uncomfortable. There were no heated towel rails, half of the outlets didn't work, and the shower was dirty. This room is okay for a 1-2 night stay, but otherwise, I wouldn't recommend it.
