• NATALLIA (9/5): Ок - Отличный отель и расположение. Общение с персоналом не обошлось без сложностей. Когда сломался замок от общей двери (он заедал несколько дней и его невозможно было открыть и ключ в итоге сломался) персонал решил что это моя проблема и я должна его чинить и искать мастера, так как у них заканчивался рабочий день через час и они не хотели этим заниматься 😂. И требовали что бы я вернулась в номер. ( я оставила дверь в холл незапертой из-за поломки, сообщила персоналу и ушла на оплаченную экскурсию) после долгой негативной переписки, вопрос решился. Но осадок остался целом всё остальное было отлично. Так что списываю эту ситуацию на форс-мажор, но вы должны понимать что на поддержку персонала не стоит рассчитывать.

• Alexander (7/5): Charmante Unterkunft, zentral aber eher laut. - Kein typisches Hotel. Schon alleine die Eingangshalle fühlt sich an, als würde man zu den Medici gehören. Sehr charmant - ich mochte es! Und sehr zentral! Die Straße war sehr laut - ein Club gegenüber spielte bis 02:30 Musik (Samstag), Sonntag war etwas ruhiger aber auch Verkehrslärm. Die Rezeption ist nicht im Haus (2 Min zu Fuß entfernt) Schlüssel: Man muss 5 alte Türen aufsperren - was zu Beginn eine Herausforderung war. Die Schlüsseln am Schlüsselbund waren nicht in der Reihenfolge angeordnet, wie es erklärt wurde - nach des Rätsels Lösung hat es dann aber geklappt.

• Ines (5/5): Accueil froid et zéro service mais emplacement idéal et bâtiment de charme - L’emplacement et l’immeuble au charme d’époque Un message froid vous est envoyé pour vous dire que le check in se fait ailleurs et que c’est 30€ cash après 18h sous réserve de disponibilité. Sans même dire « merci de nous avoir choisi ou nous avons hâte de vous accueillir! » ce qui est la base de l’hospitalité. Donc le premier contact n’est pas chaleureux. En ayant reçu ce message la veille, j’ai donc demandé une arrivée tardive avec les 30€ cash et on me dit que ce n’est pas possible, il y a eu de nombreux messages le jour de l’arrivée ce qui rend l’expérience peu agréable et même un peu stressante avant même d’être arrivés. La personne par message était désagréable. L’accueil sur place et assez froid aussi. Une fois dans la chambre , le gel douche était vide. Donc accueil froid et zéro service. Toutefois la bâtisse est originale et l’emplacement idéal. On entend énormément le bruit de la rue, il ne faut pas dire « soubdproof » dans l’annonce alors que c’est faux. Un effort sur le sens du service doit être fait.

Dusche hat nicht richtig funktioniert, keine Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad. Bett wurde in 4 Tagen kein einziges mal gemacht und auch nicht sauber gemacht und die Mülleimer auch nicht geleert.

• Ruzzi (8/5): Residenza storica perfetta per una fuga d'amore avvolti nella storia (più per una coppia giovane) - Posizione strategica, perfetta se si vuole visitare il centro perché a piedi si arriva dappertutto!! La stanza è minimal, a disposizione c'è un mini frigo (vuoto) ed un bollitore elettrico (a forma di caraffa). Il bagno è piccolino, ma sufficiente ed ha tutto ciò che serve, compreso un termosifone elettrico con termostato per mantenerlo caldo e alla temperatura gradita!! La stanza era tutta pulita (cosa fondamentale)!! La stanza si trova al terzo piano, con due portoni e due cancelli da aprire (prima della porta della propria stanza intendo), essendo un po' pesanti forse per persone anziane (o con problemi motori) potrebbero essere un problema (oltre alle scale, seppur formate da scalini bassi e larghi). All'ingresso (al piano terra dopo il primo portone e dietro al primo cancello) c'è una bellissima statua e varie erme (dei mezzi busti posti in una nicchia sopra l'architrave delle porte) bellissime, ma sembrano completamente trascurate..Veramente un peccato a parere mio tenerle così sporche e poco illuminate (probabilmente essendo uno spazio comune l'incuria non è attribuibile ai gestori della residenza). C'è anche un piccolo giardino all'ingresso(credo si chiami la corte), con due piccole statue femminili coperte dalla vegetazione, peccato che sia anche esso abbandonato (la natura diciamo ha preso il sopravvento)!!

Impossible de dormir entre 23h a 3h du matin et de 6h a 8h . On entend tout de l'extérieur. Voiture , rires et blabla venant des rues....

• Maria Isabel (7/5): Bonito - La habitación es preciosa !. Tiene el techo muy alto, es súper espaciosa. Tiene nevera, hervidor de agua , calefacción, todo lo que necesitas. La cama muy cómoda , es precioso. No me gustó que la puerta de la entrada es muy pesada y muchas veces había que empujarla fuerte para entrar y no lo conseguía, tuve que pedir ayuda a gente que pasaba por la calle. Además te darán un llavero de 4 llaves, hay que abrir muchas puertas hasta llegar a tu habitación. Es linda pero si eres una chica no tan fuerte, la puerta es un detalle a considerar. El check in no se hace en el hotel , lean bien

Spacious, clean and simple. I guess my suggestion is to have someone meet at location property instead of going to check in and then have to be told that our room was a few blocks down road.

Need to arrive for exact timing for check in (ask for payment if arrive before 3pm or after 6pm). The residence on the 2nd floor without lift, so for people with baggage will not recommend this place. The room itself was flyblown, there was no warm water and water pressure was up and down. So would not recommend this place I live.

Brimming with Florentine charm, it offers a captivating view of the city from a spacious terrace. Spotlessly clean, it provides thoughtful amenities such as a kettle, fresh linens, and towels. Although the temperature was a bit cool, a relaxing bath made the stay wonderfully pleasant. I wholeheartedly recommend this place! The reception is responsive and attentive.

È una grande abitazione al piano più alto suddivisa in camere in un palazzo antico. All'ingresso si sente l'odore della fogna. Le porte sono fatiscenti, senti chi ti passa davanti e la tv delle altre camere. Il check in al altro luogo lo trovo scomodo e poco rispettoso verso chi viaggia e potrebbe aver avuto qualsiasi problema/stanchezza/bambini piccoli. La componente umana di accoglienza manca.

La última noche no había agua y la caldera hacía un ruido raro como si se hubiese roto, y al estar justo en la habitación de arriba, la teníamos justo en frente en el pasillito.
