- Mark Lester (10/5): Overall, it was a positive experience, and staying overnight would be enough to appreciate it. - The check-in and front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. I was permitted an early check-in and a late check-out for my room on the 28th floor (club level). The room, which had a queen bed, was just the right size. The buffet food on the first level was decent, especially since there was bacon, and it wasn't busy, likely because I arrived at 7 AM on a Tuesday. The club lounge on the 28th floor was quite pleasant, with very helpful staff. Guests can enter it from 10 AM, where they can enjoy complimentary snacks like cookies, chips, and mixed nuts, along with coffee, tea, soft drinks, or juices. During the 2-4 PM club lounge hours, a-la-carte food is already available, and guests can request more if they are still hungry. They also surprised me with a birthday cake, which I really appreciated. From 8-10 PM, they offer canapés and unlimited liquor. The swimming pool is situated on the 11th floor, without any shade, but it is still manageable, and luckily, it did not rain.= NONE

- Florian (2/5): Nie im Leben 5 Sterne - Kaum etwas, Bügelbrett mit Bügeleisen Keine freundliche Begrüßung, keine Kofferhilfe, ein Zimmer direkt an 2 Aufzügen ohne Schalldämmung, ein Zimmer mit Schimmel und schlechter Luft, alles extrem hellhörig, kein Schminkspiegel, kein Nachfüllen von Duschgel, dafür mehrmals täglich Nachfragen, ob Kaffeeinstantpulver nachgeräumt werden soll, Kaffeemaschine mit Dauerblinken auch nachts, Frühstücksraum viel zu klein, Hotel alt und abgewohnt. Nicht mal 4 Sterne wert

Läd nicht zum Verweilen ein. Auch gibt es keine „Griffe“ an denen man sich festhalten kann um in oder aus dem Wasser zu können. Genauso bei den Whirlpools. Hotel is a good 30 minute walk to the marina bay For the size of the hotel, I found the breakfast area too small, when it’s busy, there isn’t much room for people to get breakfast With the amount of people walking around . No mini bar ( a note which says “for your convenience, the mini bar has been removed) which I didn’t find very convenient, also there’s no bottled water in the room.

The location is also a big plus—it's very close to Satay Street (Lau Pa Sat) and surrounded by great restaurants. While it is a bit far from major attractions like Gardens by the Bay and Marina Bay, having the MRT station so close by made it very easy to get around. The room size was also quite decent for the city The cleanliness was below average, and I was disappointed to find mold and mildew in the bathroom. Additionally, the room lacked basic amenities that you would expect, such as body lotion and hair conditioner
