• Tatyana (4/5): - Заехала в 11 вечера, в 11 утра сдала ключи. Ничего в номере не трогала, в баре тоже, при этом удержали из депозита $16. За что? Идёт ремонт на некоторых этажах. На лифт при заезде была очередь. Хотела пойти утром в фитнесс-зал - еле его нашла, так как весь коридор из-за ремонта заставлен тележками. Даже заниматься не стала в зале из-за общей атмосферы, видно, что туда даже никто не ходит.
• Shantell (1/5): One part of my day was OK and the other part of my stay was terrible - A few staff members were exceptionally great and others were exceptionally rude. I even had a housekeeper walked in on me without announcing themselves while I was fully undressed. The housekeeper entering my room without announcing themselves, the lack of of anyone willing to give me corporate’s contact number and a personal item that ended up missing within the Room transfer
• Arun (5/5): Not as expected from a Hyatt property for more than $500 per day room. - For a property around the Times Square Plaza, I do understand the comparatively higher prices. But there should be a value for money aspect too. I had booked the room for a 3-person occupancy. They mentioned on the booking site about a sofa bed. But the one available in the room could not even put a kid to sleep. Housekeeping staff had to be reminded to clean the room. I feel the staff should be more courteous. Though I don't mean to say they were rude, but a smile, a welcome, these all will do a big world of good for the guests. These are absolutely cost-free value additions.

• Ruxhiada (7/5): - The 2 double beds room had comfortable beds and washroom was cleaned and staff was nice. Bedroom for 4 (2 adults and 2 kids) was small. Breakfast was okay, but for the price you pay the hotel can offer some Nutella for kids, like in small container same as the one they use for butter, so limited breakfast for my kids. The elevators were not working and people were waiting long lines to go to the room and used the stairs to get down. That is unacceptable. That made our experience in this hotel not quite pleasant, so I would choose another hotel when I go back to New York.

• Katerin Rosseane (9/5): Me gusta el Hyatt - Me gusta quedarme en el Hyatt está muy cerca de todo y puedo caminar a todas partes además incluye el desayuno eso es bueno, estaba todo limpio y el aire acondicionado súper chévere para cuando uno llega en tiempo de calor descansar fresco es un lujo!! 😊 Lo único que no me gustó fue la parte del estacionamiento tienen colaboración con un parking 🅿️ cerca del lugar pero cuando llegue el señor del parking nos dijo que había que reservar y si teníamos reserva en el hotel aja no trato mal y prácticamente nos corrió del lugar, pero no fue problema buscamos otro que no tenía nada que ver con el hotel!

Η τοποθεσία είναι τέλεια, δίπλα στο μετρό και στο σταθμό λεωφορείων! Το μόνο αρνητικό ήταν ότι τα δωμάτια ήταν για μη καπνιστές, ωστόσο απο το διπλανό δωμάτιο μύριζε έντονα χόρτο. Πιθανώς να μην είχε γινει αντιληπτο απο τους υπαλλήλους.

• Lutz (8/5): Hotel mit guter Lage in Manhattan - Das Hotel ist gut zu Fuß von der Metro aus zu erreichen. Die Lage ist unweit vom Times Square. Das Frühstück ist sehr abwechslungsreich. Am Fahrstuhl gab es zum Teil lange Wartezweiten, das könnte z.B. morgens durch eine Verlängerung der Frühstückszeiten etwas entschärft werden.

• Dominika (10/5): Our family had a great stay! - We had a wonderful stay as a family! The large bed was super comfortable, everything was very clean, and the atmosphere was cozy and relaxing. Our 9-year-old also loved the room and felt very comfortable here. We really appreciated the cleanliness and attention to detail. Highly recommend this place for families looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay!

• Tina (8/5): - Das Hotel lag sehr zentral und die Zimmer waren sauber. Das Frühstück war gut ok. Man bekommt zum Frühstück nur Plastikteller und Plastikbesteck. Unsere Schlafcouch war kaputt ( wurde aber nach Rückmeldung repariert).

• Noelia (10/5): - A dos manzanas de times square. El equipo maravilloso, la habitación espaciosa para ser NY, desde la ventana se veía Empire a la izq aunq enfrente eran edificios. El desayuno bastante completo y rico y el gimnasio super completo también! En definitiva lo recomiendo 100% muchísimas gracias!

• Nataliia (5/5): The stay was okay overall. Breakfast is good. Be ready too hear all the sounds from the washroom. - Location is perfect, close to Time Square and subway. Easy to get everywhere you need. Staff were always friendly and nice. The washroom has an awful door, it’s not possible to close the door fully. No privacy at all. If someone is using it , the rest can hear everything and see through the gap between doors. Especially during the night, if you use washroom, the light is too bright and it’s not possible to get in without turning the light. You pay ~300 for 1 night and they still going to charge you $6 for the simplest small bottle of water.

Personale accogliente, camere pulite e colazione Americana abbondante. Non vi aspettate dolci colazione stile Continentale , la colazione è Americana e abbondante. Camera leggermente piccola in 2 si sta bene. Purtroppo gli ultimi due giorni non ci hanno fatto il refill del bagno schiuma...
