• Jingmei (8/5): 房间宽敞，厨房浴室设施齐全，周边环境不错 - 从东京的小鸽子笼搬过来，大阪这套房简直像“豪宅”——两室一厅能住十人，我们仨随便打滚。房东大方：毛巾成打、牙刷管够，厨房餐具全套配齐，我们白背了一路。下楼几分钟就是地铁口，旁边写字楼群，走路可以到Live超市，补货超方便。 槽点是：客厅空调出风口积灰明显，空调室外机有些噪音。小卧室那台正对着床吹，夜里得裹成粽子。

• Christie (8/5): Very good - The overall stay is pleasant. Most importantly, the property team is helpful and responsive. There are a couple of things that weren't satisfied. Firstly, the shower in the bathroom would automatically shut down(no water),hence, we needed someone to keep on pressing the buttons for us when we were taking showers, around 15-second intervals! Secondly, the pillows are way too flat and thin..the mattresses in the rooms are thin and with shaking sound. Thirdly, the air conditioning near the main hall (where the two twin beds placed) can not be used. We couldn't switch it on during our stay 12 days stays. To be honest, the furniture and fitting in the unit is quite badly run down. We needed to be extra careful when we were sitting on most of the dining chairs. Lastly,the main panel (on the kitchen wall) kept on beeping, especially during MIDNIGHTS,we kept on goy waking up by the noise, and we needed to get up and press the CANCEL button EVERY NIGHT. Sadly to say, the hotel team really needs to consider doing a refurbishment for this unit.

• Louise (5/5): disappointing - good size no coffee making facilities, no water glasses no wine glasses terrible internet /wifi only 1 pillow each bed plus cushion (we hope cushion was laundered between guests but not confident) Naming as “luxury” apartment was very misleading
• Christine (5/5): the arrangement was OK. - finding the apartment was quite easy. the entry code worked. there was a lift to the 7th floor which was very helpful. We had to pay for a full night's accommodation (53,256JPY) to get a two- hour early check-in (check-in at 2pm rather than 4pm). Having just arrived in Osaka after a long international flight, we could not hang around for two hours waiting to check- in especially as it is winter. The room was not booked the previous day (we checked with less than 24 hours before check-in) yet the host could not accommodate us with a reduced fee for a two-hour early check-in. The host, however, did allow us one free hour extra at check-out (extended from 10am to 11am); the late one hour check-out would usually cost 2000 JPY. We felt it was miserly of the host as it was highly unlikely the host would get a last minute (booked with less than 24 hours to go), new booking, and even then, the guests would have had to leave by 10am), and we had already paid to stay for four nights, not just one or two.
• Christine (7/5): OK but wouldn't stay here again. - The bedding was excellent; comfortable mattress, pillow and doonas. good open plan kitchenette and dining table. excellent location near metro, convenience stores, supermarkets and takeaway restaurants. the size of the apartment was smaller than expected (not as advertised) because many small impractical cupboards that took up space, balcony not accessible (blocked), low (can touch with hand) ceiling. Noise from elevator right next to bedroom woke us at 5am every morning (we slept here 4 nights). Small poky front bedroom. overall comfortable stay because at least the beds and location were great, but this apartment (really just a one big room) was not "luxury" as advertised.
