- Seaside825708 (8/5): All about the location! - What you are paying for at this hotel ks location, location and location however ONLY if (like me) you like being in the middle of all things happening. I chose it for this reason and glad to report that the location is indeed unbeatable. Steps away from tbe Temple Bar it can get noisy so ask about that when you check in. I was in one of the back rooms so it was very quiet. The room was massive (they upgraded me as I stayed for 6 nights) and everything from the in-room refreshments to the bathroom was splendid. Housekeeping could do better- most days i came back to dirty cups and pulled out tables. Service was great- Dipu at the front desk was very helpful. Everyone from the bar to the reception was friendly and smiling. Only reason j am taking 1 star away is it's quite expensive for what it is- eg the room (though great) overlooked someone's balcony so you have no view and always have to keep the curtains fully drawn. Wfi was good speed and bar always seemed throbbing though I didn't drink there.

The hotel is so cozy and comfortable right in the center Temple Bar area. The bar is the bar I’ve been to as far as cocktails goes by far! Alex makes an amazing cosmo, not to mention their menu items. Grand people here. Whenever I’m overnighting in Dublin, this is where I’m staying. 3rd Stay, May 2026.

Even being in the temple bar area it was quiet. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable and the service was top notch. Teresa and Ignacio were so incredibly friendly and helpful, they provided amazing recommendations for food, transportation, and things to do in the city.They answered all our questions and made sure we had everything we needed. I would recommend this hotel a thousand times over, we can’t wait to come back!

La stanza, arredata in modo moderno e piacevole, è spaziosa e dotata di tutte le comodità. La location è centralissima e comoda per raggiungere tutte le attrazioni turistiche della zona. La zona è un po' rumorosa ma, considerando la fama dell'area di Temple Bar, non è certo una sorpresa e, almeno dalla nostra stanza, il rumore non è stato fastidioso. L'unico appunto che posso segnalare è che nel bagno non è disponibile una presa a cui collegare l'asciugacapelli e le prese disponibili nella stanza sono distanti dagli specchi.

We had a little hiccup with the room but KIllian took charged and resolved the issue immediately. Our room was spacious, comfortable and well appointed with everything thoughtfully prepared for our stay. The location is like no other, literally steps from The Temple Bar and all major attractions and restaurants. Breakfast was delicious with many options for everyone. Max and Bruna were so attentive and friendly. It was so nice to be greeted with a smile every morning for breakfast. Finally Santiago, the bartender, what a nice guy… made great drinks and we had great conversations. Overall, the service and attention to detail truly stood out. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

- E979DZbillyf (10/5): A great stay from start to finish! - Booked last minute for an overnight work trip and if heading back would definitely book again. The service from all staff was top tier from the welcome at reception to the breakfast team and even maintenance staff seen in the corridors when leaving to check out. The room was clean, with attention to detail shown such as a great independent coffee offering in room with Nespresso machines included and hotel branded elements throughout. The best part is the location! Perfect for strolling about and seeing the sites of Dublin, would highly recommend!

- babsred21 (2/5): Awful slop - Bubbles and brunch, should be removed Bubbles and slop Ordered poached eggs (raw, had to be sent back) with as hotel described it, Avocado, wilted spinach, leak and Harrisa and what I hotel was inedible green slop, had to send it all back even the name bread was incorrect and at best was pitta bread,it was absolutely awful
