• Ugo (10/5): Qualità prezzo imbattibile - Ho soggiornato per la seconda volta in questa struttura per un weekend romantico. Letteralmente perfetta. La posizione è centralissima, a due passi da Via Toledo e dai banchi nuovi (Importante se cercate la movida notturna). Tutti i servizi sono vicini (Supermercato, bar, tabacchi, , metropolitana). La stanza è bellissima e fornita di tutti i comfort, spaziosissima, pulita e la vasca idromassaggio e doccia sono veramente una chicca. Nulla che non mi sia piaciuto, a parte magari l'entrata nel portone che è molto bassa, ma considerando che sia un portone antico ci può stare, e l'ascensore che puoi usare solo inserendo una moneta da 5 centesimi (Quindi fate rifornimento di monete da 5 centesimi), ma sicuramente non è dipeso dalla struttura ma dalle regole di condominio in generale. Unica pecca sono le porte che non sono bene insonorizzate, ma questo è veramente un pelo nell'uovo. Per il resto è perfetto

• Erminia (8/5): Für einen Kurztripp einwandfrei - Sehr große Zimmer, mit guter Ausstattung es war Shampoo, conditioner und Duschgel vorhanden. Ein Wasserspender sowie auch eine Kaffeemaschine waren für die Allgemeinheit vorhanden. Wir waren im März vor Ort und der Preis war spitze. Die Lage ist Top man kommt sehr schnell ins Stadtzentrum und auch die Öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind sehr gut zu erreichen. Dafür, dass die Unterkunft so zentral liegt hatten wir in unserem Zimmer nichts davon gehört. Kein K.O Kriterium aber im Bad hat ein Behälter für Zahnbürsten gefehlt das hätte ich mir persönlich für die Ablage gewünscht. Die Kissen waren etwas unbequem aber auch das ist eher „Geschmacksache“

• Jagoda (9/5): - Świetne miejsce na pobyt w Neapolu. Lokalizacja jest idealna, wszędzie blisko, co bardzo ułatwia zwiedzanie miasta. Pokój był bardzo czysty i zadbany. Duży plus za bezproblemowe wejście do obiektu, wszystko działa na kody, a wcześniej dostaliśmy bardzo jasną i szczegółową instrukcję, jak się dostać do środka, więc nie było żadnego stresu z zameldowaniem. Warto tylko pamiętać o monecie 5 centów, jeśli ktoś nie ma ochoty wchodzić po schodach 😉. Jedyna rzecz, którą bym zmieniła, to kolorowe światełka pod prysznicem nie każdemu mogą przypaść do gustu. Poza tym wszystko naprawdę świetne. Zdecydowanie polecam!

• Andrea (9/5): Buena estancia - El barrio es muy tranquilo y está bien ubicado, cerca de la Vía Toledo, tiendas, cafeterías y transporte público. El edificio está limpio y cuidado, aunque la fachada tiene grafitis, algo habitual en Nápoles. La habitación estaba limpia, con una cama grande y cómoda, y la bañera de hidromasaje fue excelente. El baño se separa del dormitorio con un cristal tintado que se puede volver translúcido. En la zona común hay máquina de café y dispensador de agua. El sofá tenía algunas pelusas, y las luces led del altillo no se podían regular porque el mando no funcionaba.

E, cosa più importante, la stanza era completamente silenziosa. Un ulteriore vantaggio era l'acqua nella hall e la possibilità di farsi il caffè. Un piccolo problema con il deposito bagagli, alla fine abbiamo dovuto utilizzarlo altrove e ci hanno rimborsato i soldi.

La zona es bastante perfecta, a un paseo del centro histórico, de la zona de Plebiscito, Toledo, etc. La habitación era chula, muy grande, limpia y cómoda, con mucha superficie para dejar ropa y trastos. La cama firme y muy cómoda, y la climatización de la habitación funcionó bien (calefacción por aire), resultando confortable. Además, daba a un patio muy tranquilo con una iglesia. Las instrucciones para el check-in fueron muy precisas y hay máquina de café y de agua fresca en la entrada, que se agradece. Repetiríamos. El baño, aunque limpio, estaba un poco desmejorado: el estor para ocultar la zona del inodoro estaba roto, la grifería de la ducha tenía marcas y alguna pieza rota, un rodapié suelto, etc. Sin ser un drama, el hecho de necesitar 5 céntimos para cada viaje en ascensor (es un tercero con pisos de techos altos) se hace un poco pesado en tiempos en los que llevar efectivo es menos habitual. El ascensor mola mil, por cierto.

In particolare quella dei bagni ed anche la manutenzione. Queste mini veneziane dietro la porta sono da sistemare, il porta carta igienica è rotto, il rubinetto del bidet quasi totalmente occluso. Detto questo, sebbene io apprezzi l’estrema digitalizzazione dei servizi, qui non c’è un minimo di personalizzazione. In un momento dove il contatto dovrebbe essere un elemento distintivo qui invece c’è l’automatismo industriale senza relazione.

A bit of a letdown. - Self check in process was easy, Giuseppe was helpful and responded almost immediately to a message. Two different coffee machines just outside our door within the B&B. In between the like and don't like I'd like to point out that the shower had lights that changed colors like a disco. Also the giant glass wall with mini-blinds was a questionable choice for a bathroom wall. The entry room with the couches looks great in pictures but isn't really practical for use. I can't fault the operator for the neighborhood but it was covered in graffiti and my fiance didn't feel safe, but all the people walking around seemed ok to me. Immediate area was NOT nice. The bed was horrible, or to be more precise, HALF of the bed was horrible. My lady had a comfortable night on a comfortable mattress that was flat, and I slept on the side that was tilted like a rooftop which is to say I continuously rolled to the very edge of the bed. It was not comfortable on my side. We were in the San Gemma room.

Pulizia veramente pessima... camera molto sporca, capelli per terra, aloni ovunque in bagno, divano pieno di macchie. Impossibile utilizzare la vasca idromassaggio perché non pulita (ed è sicuramente il motivo per cui il prezzo della camera è così alto). Scarsissimi anche servizi e forniture (un solo sapone, quello per le mani, nessun set di cortesia, un unico telo doccia per due ospiti).

Was not great for the price, the luggage process storage was super complicated because the code they provide me wasn’t working and they gave me other codes that wasn’t working either. I was very concerned about the process and keeping my stuff safe. I really loved the first time I stayed there it wasn’t the same room, but the guy on the phone was not great both times.

Check in was quick and easy and we were able to check in early which made dropping our cases off really easy! The property was a little run down, there was marks on the walls and little things like the shower needed a little TLC, however overall the room was lovely and very comfortable with extra pillows and blankets etc. The room was noisy, the fridge would make a loud click on sound during the night, the shower dripped throughout the night and a building alarm went off numerous times from 2am.

• Alexander (7/5): Overall, while the location is great, I think the comfort needs some attention. - The location was perfect, right in the heart of the old town with countless attractions, restaurants, and bars within walking distance. I booked the San Biase room, which overlooks a quiet courtyard, providing a welcome escape from the noise of the busy main road. The room was spacious and very quiet. The bed was uncomfortable, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. While I understand the 5-cent charge for the elevator is out of their control; it would be nice if they could provide each room with a couple of coins for convenience. Additionally, the entrance to the guest rooms had a strong smell of cigarettes, which was off-putting, and both the room and bathroom could use a fresh coat of paint.

The lift and stairs were difficult. The style and decor didn't really offer a comfortable or an inviting stay. Booking in and obtaining passwords were done via WhatsApp and messaging and the check-in via a computer in the hallway. Impersonal and over rated.

• Jack (10/5): Great, if you see this place don't doubt it, just book it - We loved the self-check in facilities, the room was one of the nicest we ever stayed, it was full of bespoke furniture, you could see some of the old painting, old paintings on the walls, great views to the architecture university. So historical and bespoke. The owner booked us the taxi to go to the airport and constantly asked us if we were ok. We honestly loved everything, we only wished we had the few cents needed for the lift (to check in and check out) since we were full of bags, but, it was said by the stay about this we just forgot.

• Matthew (10/5): Live it up like a roman VIP for the night and stay here. No regrets 10/10 would book again - What a room, it felt like being an ancient Roman VIP for the night not to say the room felt dated. The perfect blend of modern amenities with historic authentic feel. We loved the walking shower and everything about the room. No complaints. Like all properties here it feels like a quest to enter through various doors and keypads but I think that's part of the fun and gave an authentic local feel as this is how properties are here.
• Annika (10/5): Exceptional - We loved tutt‘e sant in napoli! We stayed in two different rooms and both where so tastefully equipped, styled with love and well thought through. It’s placed in the center so that you can walk easily to all the beautiful places that are worth seeing in Napoli. Giuseppe - the owner - was super friendly and communicative and helpful. Highly recommended!

• Edwin (7/5): Overall it’s fine, good value for money but not more - Location, size, quick respond from staff Everything is available (luggage storage , call a taxi,) on request It’s not luxury, a bit self admin is required but that’s ok Location is great. The sofa corner is unusable other than storage as there is mold on the wall which is a bit disgusting
• Kristi (10/5): Nice stay - Great location and clean property. The duvet should be all covered in blanket and during the sleep the blanket may separate and it feels a bit unhygienic.
• Diana (9/5): Lovely stay, would definitely go back. - The property is a beautiful palazzo with some original features which has been thoughtfully restored to make comfortable and modern accommodation. The entry instructions seemed a little complicated initially but it all went smoothly as long as we followed the instructions sent to us. The property is well situated. Nothing.

• Maria (10/5): Beautiful spacious room, excellent location - We loved our stay at Tutt 'e Sant Luxury Rooms! Our room was so beautiful, close to via Toledo but also close to Centro historico and other areas. The bathroom was specious and the room had everything we needed in general. There weren't any coffee capsules outside for the coffee machine during our stay, the jar was empty but there were plenty of tea options. Maybe it was mentioned on the reservation but we didn't notice.
• Hattie (9/5): An great hotel perfectly placed for walking around the historic parts of the city - I really liked the high ceilings in the room, it felt clean and although there was a bit of noise from traffic it was nothing unusual for a city hotel. The process of checking in with an iPad was unusual but Giuseppe was always at the other end of the phone if I needed help! A shame to have to pay for the luggage store and the lift, and I couldn’t figure out how to use the coffee machine, but otherwise a very nice evening in a nice room!
• Eliane (9/5): Great valmue for money. - Perfect location for exploring Naples. Nice and comfortable room. A bit challenging to find entrance- so intructions should be read thouroughly: not intuitive to find and enter the appartment. Nice neighbours helped us :-)
