• Dieter (4/5): Sehr kompliziertes Management, Unterkunft schlecht betreut, nicht aufgeräumt. Keine Empfehlung! - Habe meine englischen Freunde untergebracht. Das Zimmer war völlig unaufgeräumt. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter für meine Freunde langwierig und kompliziert. Wir hatten einen Termin, dazu ist mein Musikerkollege dadurch natürlich zu spät gekommen. Die Unterkunft versendet ununterbrochen komplizierte Mails. So etwas habe ich wo anders noch nicht erlebt. Ich bringe dort niemanden mehr unter, das war sehr peinlich für mich.

Solo como propuesta de mejora, para la maravillosa calidad del apartamento, le falta renovar los colchones, al menos una tostadora y algo mas de limpieza debajo de lis muebles. A pesar de estos detalles, yo repetiría sin dudar en este alojamiento, totalmente recomendable.

• Andrea (1/5): Servizio clienti pessimo - Non abbiamo soggiornato nella struttura per colpa di mancanza di sensibilità e trasparenza dell’albergo, che una volta eliminata la prenotazione (il giorno stesso del check in) non ha risposto alle chiamate per provare a risolvere la situazione. Dalla carta che avevo messo non riuscivano a prelevare e dopo averla pure cambiata hanno eliminato la prenotazione, forse il fatto che pagassi di meno avendo prenotato ad agosto era scomodo per l’albergo, che oltre a non rispondere alle chiamate non ha poi più risposto ai messaggi. Una mancanza di rispetto inaudita e totalmente priva di umanità vedendo due ragazzi senza stanza di punto in bianco un’ora prima del check in (con la piena volontà di pagare da parte nostra ribadita più volte).

• Anandwardhan (4/5): Issues with toilet seat and aircon, but overall nice location. - Located close to train station. The aircon was not fitted. The units had hose in the room - so it was warming the room and letting cold air off the front. Also the toilet seat was broken (by previous guest) when we checked in and we were told it would be replaced the next day but was not fixed neither were we contacted to have someone come in and fix it. Also - lot of stairs to top floor - not complaining as I knew there was no elevator in the building but would have loved to hae one especially carrying heavy bags.

• Hoyt (6/5): my stay was good. - One positive aspect of this apartment was its location. It is close to several main sightseeing areas and was easy to navigate. I was expecting the host to provide cleaning services at least once a week; however, they only replaced the towels and did not clean the room at all. The room appeared to need a deep cleaning, as there was a significant amount of dust underneath the bed and other furniture.

Ar trebui sa puna mai mult pret pe curățenie , cand am ajuns erau urme peste tot de încălțăminte, draperiile murdare, și saltelele cam obosite, ar fi ok daca ar lăsa un mop și o matura in apartament.

• Marina (6/5): Great, but expensive and no parking - Very comfortable bed, extremely clean, well organized with the door code. They advertise as having parking but they don't. The apartment is quite small, no reception or cleaning during your stay. I don't think it was worth the price.

• Irmgard (7/5): sehr schöne und gute Woche in Wien! - Schöne, grosse und helle Wohnung in einem klassischen alten Mietshaus. Das alte Treppenhaus mit den Etagenwasserhähnen und Becken erinnern an die Zeit, wo sich die Menschen getroffen und sich hier unterhalten haben. Alte, hohe Fenster weisen auf die 3,5 m hohen Räume hin, die in der Ferienwohnung abgehängt sind. Die typische Stadtwohnungsküche im Flur hat einen wunderbaren Herd und eine gute Spülmaschine, sowie eine grosse Kühl- und Gefrierkombi. Im Umfeld gibt es alles, was man so braucht: gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Cafés und Restaurants, der Prater und der Augarten sind in der Nähe, die Strassenanbindung sehr gut. Bei unserem nächsten Besuch in Wien können wir uns sehr gut vorstellen, wieder hier zu wohnen. P.S. Die Wohnung hat eine Badewanne und eine Waschmaschine. Die Hygiene in der Toilette hätte besser sein dürfen, in der Küche ist eine Schubladentür nicht in Ordnung und aus den hohen Fenstern zieht es. Der Kühlschrank ist unglücklich positioniert. Vielleicht könnte man in der Ecke für die Schuhe noch eine Lösung finden, wir haben uns mehrfach den Kopf angestossen, bis wir es abgespeichert hatten.

• Ursula (9/5): - Appartamento grande, spazioso ,luminoso e fresco ad appena 3 fermate di tram dal centro.Situato in una zona abbastanza centrale ma tranquilla e fornita di supermercati e negozi vari.. Dotato di tutti i comfort come lavastoviglie ,lavatrice, macchina da caffè, condizionatore. Lo staff si è mostrato sempre disponibile e pronto a soddisfare ogni esigenza richiesta come quella del cambio infrasettimanale della biancheria da bagno e della pulizia,ci sono state fornite anche pastiglie per la lavatrice e lavastoviglie. Vicinissimo a tutti i mezzi di trasporto come tram proprio sotto casa e varie stazioni della metro a pochi minuti .Decisamente consigliato.L'acqua corrente è ottima da bere e sempre fresca. Mancanza di ascensore poiché l'appartamento era al terzo piano e mancanza di un deposito bagagli, anche se Vienna è piena di punti deposito ovviamente a pagamento.
• jcbastiani (10/5): - La localisation idéale, pas loin du métro et du tram. Un supermarché a 100m et un parc pour nos enfants à 100m. Sinon l'appartement est propre et confortable et le lit convertible était fait a notre arrivée. C'était pas trop chaud malgré la canicule et nous n'avons même pas utilisé le rafraîchisseur d'air qui avait été mis là. La procédure d'enregistrement un peu impersonnelle. La déco pourrait être plus soignée.
• claudia (6/5): Cumple - La seguridad, amplio, contaba con lavadora, plancha y cafe Falta de ventilación, olía a moho, la ducha tiene bastante moho, habían arañas (falta fumigar), no tenia escoba ni pala lo que es importante para una estancia de varios dias.
