• Julie (3/5): Premium price for a basic stay - Location was good Last minute booking arriving after 8pm. Hadn’t received number to open key lockbox. One bedroom had a sheet on the bed with a blood stain. Apartment was cold and there weren’t any spare blankets or duvets.

• Anh (7/5): Spacious and convenient location but need a lot of upgrades. Host can be better at communicating. - Great location to covet garden and china town. The apartment is spacious. The apartment could put a little more effort into touching the bathroom up. Cabinets are falling out and multiple terrible tears and wears. It was advertised as 2 bedrooms and 2 bath apartment but when we got there, one of the bathrooms had the out of order sign. It wasn’t communicated to us prior to arrival at all. The 8 of us had to use just 1 bathroom (which definitely needs an upgrade and the sink was very clogged) No baby crib was not set up even though that was an additional charge. Host also charged some of additional fees on our card without communicating.

• Anne MATTEI (6/5): - L'emplacement au coeur de Londres, la taille de l'appartement, le confort des chambres La 2ème salle de bains, bien nécessaire pour 8 personnes, était fermée à notre arrivée et inaccessible. N'ayant pas été prévenus nous avons dû téléphoner pour avoir des explications. On nous a répondu qu'il y avait eu une fuite et qu'elle ne serait pas réparée avant notre départ. La moindre des choses aurait été de nous avertir et de mettre plus de produits de toilette à disposition, voire même de nous offrir une compensation. Cela a un peu gâché notre séjour.
• Amy (6/5): The location is amazing and walking distance to all the hustle and bustle without being directly in it . The size of the - The size of the apartment and location cannot be faulted . It was in an amazing location. On a quiet street but super close to all the shops and restaurants . Poor communication with hosts . No fry pan to cook in kitchen . No power points in bathroom to blow dry your hair . Internet was poor and kept cutting in and out . Issue with wall vent that had fallen off and noticed as soon as we arrived . Let the host know and it wasn’t fixed or even acknowledged when I sent my concerns through via message . Very dangerous with our 3 young children . As you are so close to the Main Street and theatres the bedrooms stay quite bright and lit up at night . There is a blind but it doesn’t do much to block out the light. We also paid for early check in and check in instructions were chased and sent 30 minutes after our check in time . Super frustrating when you’re paying extra for a service !
• Bart (5/5): - Goede locatie in het hart van Londen in 1 van de betere wijken. Veel achterstallig onderhoud. Op het eerste oog een mooi apartement, echter bij het beter bekijken van het appartement en de afwerking ziet het er erg afgeleeft uit. Tevens spoeldde de wc’s na gebruik bijna een uur lang niet meer door. Ook was 1 douche kapot. Al met al een zware tegenvaller voor een groep die met 10 personen van de toch al beperkte sanitaire voorzieningen gebruik moet maken. Ook bleek bij aankomst het sleutel kluisje leeg te zijn. Hierdoor moesten we met 10 personen een uur wachten tot een medewerker de sleutel kwam brengen

The entry code was received only after contacting them in the hours before check-in. When there was a problem entering the apartment, there was no reasonable phone response and no one was available to help on-site . Small issues such as no face towels. No place to hang towels in the bathroom. Leaking sink. there is no elevator

• Karin (8/5): Once there it's great, but..... - Location was amazing, generally clean and comfortable. It was a great size, lots of towels and bed linen. Once given the instructions for entry it was easy to find and follow. The bathroom floors all looked dirty, think that was because the tiles were stained from dirty water. The sofa is in need of replacement soon as it's starting to look tired. The check in instructions had to be chased multiple times via messaging, phone calls, and emails. Literally only got them 30 mins before I left my house and 3 hours before checking time!! Very stressful. When I explained this on the phone, I was told I was lying about chasing it..... I have the emails, phone records and screenshots of messages. Really not impressed by this part of the service. The information given on Booking.com doesn't match the information the owners then give. Check in and check out times different are just one of the areas.

• Peter (8/5): Perfect place to stay right in the heart of London - Our second stay here. Apartment is massive with all the basics. Walk up stairs, no lift. BYO everything. Location is fantastic with views directly to the front door of the Savoy. Shops restaurants bars and transportation in every direction Safe and secure, only 2 apartments in this section of building. Would stay again Tv in the bedrooms would be nice for longer stays

They loaded 4rolls of toilet paper for 9 peoples' 1 week stay. But no response received. I bought them in the store. And the charge was taken before the date cancellation free date. Therefore, I ended up to pay extra $200.

• Bell (10/5): Perfect apartment in London for a family holiday! - This apartment is huge and was absolutely perfect for our family of 5. The location is brilliant, close to restaurants, cafes and trains. Super comfortable and highly recommend. The bathrooms need updating and the showers are unusually small for the big apartment. We had issues with the water from the shower coming out and flooding the bathroom. Not a deal breaker, but just annoying.

Would stay again. Showers could maybe be more powerful and maybe tvs in the bedrooms would be a nice to have.

• Keith (5/5): Sad apartment in a lovely location but things didn’t work properly and zero customer support - The location is very good and it allows easy walking access to many major city centre attractions The property was worn in places. Stains on some the furniture. Floor tiles in both bathrooms need replacing and the cooker hob did not work. The extractor fans in both bedrooms are noisy some difficult to get a good nights sleep. We raised these issues with Urban Chic and got zero support and it was only when I complained to Booking.Com that they finally agreed to compensate me. Not very customer friendly or focused
