Carole (10/5): Excellent location and friendly staff - Excellent location, excellent staff. Room was small but comfortable. Large bed and large clean modern bathroom. Breakfast was lovely and I enjoyed the flexibility. Order off menu the night before and choose to eat in the dinning room or delivered to your room. Location v handy for the duomo and accademia easy walk whilst bus and tram right outside. Sky tv and cooler unit in the room. No complaints other than tiny stuff. A few more hangers in the waredrobe would be nice 😀

Carolina (9/5): Great place. Fix shower door - Location, comfortable, safe front desk guy should not be in customer service. just not nice to deal with tourists. lady with tattoos the first day very nice. shower has one door broken/out so water will go all over.
Marie-josee (8/5): - Très belle chambre, grande salle de bain L'air climatisé qui nous a lâcher en plein milieu du séjour. Pas moyen de rejoindre personne le soir et évidemment la nuit! Le lit ok mais fait un creux un peu au milieu. Tout de même bien!

Lisa Maria (8/5): Hyggelig B&B med flott beliggenhet - Stille og rolig beliggenhet, men med gangavstand til alle severdigheter. Mange hyggelige barer og restauranter i området. God frokost levert på rommet! Et stort pluss er at trikken T2 stopper rett utenfor og kan ta deg til flyplassen på 30 min 😊 Det var mygg i leiligheten så vi fikk en god del myggstikk når vi sov. Ikke helt hva vi forventet i en storby!
Fanny (8/5): Super rapport qualité/prix - Chambre propre, lit confortable, fonctionnel et calme. Stores roulants dans la chambre qui baigne dans l’obscurité totale: grand plus pour nous. Très bien situé. Le personnel est soucieux et accueillant. Petit déjeuner qualitatif par rapport à ce qu’on peut trouver habituellement en Italie. Tout était très bien.

Orsolya (9/5): - Remek helyen található, sétatávra van a belváros. Bár nagyon borsos áron, de van parkolója. A szoba megfelelő méretű és modern. A hotel szinte elérhetetlen telefonon, bármilyen gondunk volt vagy csak nagyon nehezen volt elérhető bárki is vagy AI call centerrel tudtam csak beszélni. A reggeli előrendelés alapján történt egy meghatározott budget keretére. Ilyenben még nem volt részünk, hogy van limit, és nem is nagyon fértünk bele. Illetve a szobából nagyon hiányoltunk egy rendes függönyt, mert teljesen be lehetett látni szemből - napközben pedig nem húznám le a redőnyt.

Alessia (8/5): TOP! - Il B&B si trova in un bellissimo palazzo e ha una posizione comoda per poter girare il centro di Firenze a piedi. Stanza pulita, spaziosa e luminosa. Colazione molto buona e varia, abbiamo adorato la possibilità di riceverla in camera! forse cambierei i cuscini, entrambi troppo morbidi!
Durali (4/5): - Lage ist nicht schlecht Die Unterkunft war grundsätzlich in Ordnung, jedoch gab es einige Punkte, die unseren Aufenthalt weniger angenehm gemacht haben. Das Frühstückssystem fanden wir umständlich. Das Frühstück musste täglich bis 22:00 Uhr für den nächsten Morgen bestellt werden und zusätzlich musste eine genaue Frühstückszeit angegeben werden. Das Budget von 17.50 Euro pro Person war eher knapp und die Auswahl nicht besonders gross. Am zweiten Tag mussten wir zudem etwa 15 Minuten auf das Frühstück warten. Im Zimmer gab es zwar eine Minibar, das Kabel war jedoch zu kurz beziehungsweise in der Nähe gab es keine passende Steckdose, wodurch die Nutzung unpraktisch war. Wir waren drei Tage dort, aber der Boden wurde während unseres Aufenthalts nicht täglich gereinigt. Da es sich um ein älteres Gebäude handelt, war es zudem teilweise ziemlich laut und man hörte viele Geräusche aus dem Haus.

Wat ons opviel is dat het wat weinig kan zijn als je binnen dat budget moet blijven. Mijn voorkeur heeft altijd 2 losse lakens op een bed. Dit is het enige wat voor ons persoonlijk tegenviel ;)

Jelena (7/5): Sehr leckeres Frühstück - Wir hatten zwei Zimmer mit Bad. Insgesamt war alles in Ordnung – sauber und mit Liebe eingerichtet. Lediglich das Bad könnte vielleicht etwas modernisiert werden. Das Frühstück haben wir aufs Zimmer bestellt und es war wirklich lecker und sehr schön angerichtet. Die Auswahl war groß, sodass für jeden etwas dabei ist. Parkmöglichkeiten direkt am Unterkunft gab es nicht, uns wurde jedoch eine Parkgarage ein paar Häuser weiter angeboten, was gut funktioniert hat. Wir waren mit unserem kleinen Hund da und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt – das Team ist sehr tierlieb und freundlich. Insgesamt waren wir zufrieden.

Stanza con nessun piano di appoggio ( se avessi fatto colazione in camera anziche' nella "sala per la colazione" mangiavo a letto ???). Servizio alla colazione da migliorare : una sola persona non puo' fare tutto, accoglienza, check in/out, pagamenti, servizio al tavolo colazioni... Qualche persona in piu' alla reception ed in struttura magari aiuterebbe a dare un servizio migliore ed efficiente. Uso disinvolto della AI per il servizio telefonico ( che poi funziona anche male ). Nel complesso soggiorno troppo caro per il servizio dato, in una citta' oramai stravolta come offerta e come prezzi dall'invasione di frotte di turisti stranieri che pero' accettano qualsiasi cosa.

Sabine (8/5): Gut aber nicht sehr gut. Preis/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht. - Qualität des Frühstücks und die gute Lage. Man musste alles mit dem Handy machen: Check-in mit Eingangscode und die Bestellung des Frühstücks (was man essen möchte und ein Zeitfenster buchen). Finde ich zu kompliziert. Außerdem finde ich es enttäuschend, dass man offiziell erst ab 7:45 Uhr frühstücken kann. Wir mussten zum Flughafen und um 7 Uhr frühstücken. Das muss man vorher sagen und besprechen, was es dann zu essen gibt ( um diese Zeit bekommt man nicht alles, z.b nichts warmes). Das finde ich schwach bei dem Preis.
Sabrina (8/5): Excellent emplacement, chmbre propre et spacieuse mais services un peu limités - Chambre spacieuse et agréable, lit confortable et emplacement parfait pour se déplacer facilement dans l'hypercentre de Florence. Propreté et calme. Le service du petit déjeuner et les informations concernant les services, le B&B, le lieu, la ville pourraient être améliorés. Nous ne savions pas où était situé la réception à notre arrivée car nous n'avions pas reçu l'information. Les produits du petit déjeuner étaient plus basiques qu'attendus et nous aurions apprécié un service un peu plus attentionné et moins rapide/expéditif

mark (7/5): Full of promise but a few disappointments - Room was spacious and modern and it felt safe. Location was also good A few problems with facilities including unusable safe and a shower head which didnt work. Also there was mould on the shower tray. We raised the first two issues with staff and felt that we were being an inconvenience to them. We were told another guest had taken the safe key and we were informed someone would be over to look at the shower but no one attended. Breakfast was ok but the ordering process was difficult online

Vi valgte en med terrasse ud mod vejen. Super venligt personale.

Would absolutely stay here again and recommend to friends. - The room was exactly as was shown and the directions to enter the property were clear and easy to follow. With the exception of some construction happening next door, the neighborhood was quiet, which we liked. There was good access to public transportation, and it was only a 15 minute walk to most tourist sites. I wish I had asked sooner about breakfast. The instructions came via WhatsApp, which is less commonly used in the States and I missed them. It wasn’t until the last day that I found the ordering link so we had a very American brunch before leaving Florence. It might good to send that via email and/or Booking.com as well as WhatsApp. Our brunch was delicious!

Cenk (8/5): Ufak bir detay hariç her şey iyiydi… - Oda gayet temiz, ferah. Sessiz. Çok huzurlu. Kahvaltı ideal, ne eksik ne fazla. Otele girişte hiçbir personelle temas etmeden odanızı bir puzzle’ı keşfeder gibi buluyorsunuz. Normal bir konutun, bir kaç katında otel odaları mevcut. Yani klasik otellerden değil. Günlerce hiçbir personelle temasınız olmuyor. Bu aslında iyi bir şey gibi görünüyor. Ancak son günümde odadan çıktıktan sonra, binanın bir katında bekleyen bir resepsiyon görevlisi olduğu ve ona şehir vergisini ödemem gerektiği konusunda bir whatsapp mesajı gönderildi. Mesaj geldiğinde şehirden ayrılmak üzere tren istasyonundaydım bile. Bu konuda önceden bir mesaj gönderilseydi ödememi yapardım. Ancak çok geç gelen bilgi mesajı nedeniyle ödemeyi ancak swift yöntemiyle yapabildim. Bu sebeple yaklaşık 20 euro civarında swift ücreti ödemem gerekti.

Purtroppo la mattina al mio risveglio mi sono ritrovato le mani e la fronte con diverse punture di insetto. Inoltre il cuscino, a mio gusto personale, era troppo rigido. Infine il servizio clienti con la voce registrata non è dei migliori. Ho avuto difficoltà con il trovare la strada per poter parcheggiare essendo inoltre la struttura in ZTL. Probabilmente la mia dimestichezza non è stata delle migliori, tuttavia avrei preferito di gran lunga avere un supporto di una persona fisica e non di una voce registrata che in auto nel traffico della città non è la cosa più agevole. Il servizio chiamata di whatsapp indicato nelle informazioni non funzionava.

Нам отправили ссылку для заказа завтрака, попросили выбрать еду заранее, но в итоге сайт выдавал ошибку — пришлось заказывать с утра самим у работника. Также в номере не было одеяла, мы замерзли ночью. И еще не очень понравилась ванная комната. Ограничительная стенка очень короткая, не перекрывает ванную полностью, поэтому мыться неудобно, вода разлетается. Душевой кабины тоже нет.

Tiene justo al lado una parada de metro lo cual nos facilito el ir yvolver al aeropuerto con las maletas. Y andando está a unos 10 minutos de todo lo que queríamos ver. Lo único de vez en cuando se oye un ligero pasar de los tranvías, no es algo que fuera un problema para nosotros pero si se nota un poco. La estancia fue muy buena.

Breakfast was decent for Italy — more on the European side, nothing particularly outstanding 😉. A comfortable bathtub was definitely a plus. private parking. Despite the ZTL zone, you can drive in and park — the host will register your vehicle. The extra bed was very uncomfortable.

Raphaele (8/5): Établissement très bien situé avec personnel très accueillant que nous remercions pour leur sympathie et pour rendre le - La situation : on rejoint en moins de 10min à pied le Duomo puis une 20aine de min le Ponté Vecchio ou la Santa Croce! Le personnel hyper agréable. Le parking pour 25€/nuit. La décoration de l’appartement. Le petit déjeuner. La douche: très mauvais écoulement et à 2doigts de déborder. Il fallait arrêter l’eau régulièrement pour laisser le temps à l’eau de se vider. Nous avons peut être pas eu de chance également mais il y a eu de gros travaux dès 6h30 le matin ce qui n’a pas aidé pour la fin de nuit.

Barbara (8/5): Good location in Florence - The breakfast was pretty good though the bread on the first day was reheated and not fresh. This BB is worth it for the location as it's walking distance from Duomo and on the tram line to the train station. The noise in the room was very disturbing, both coming from inside (other clients) and from outside. This is despite having ear plugs. Also the wardrobe had some hairs in the drawer and the duvet looked a bit old and not very clean. I don't feel the pictures actually matched the room and expected more for the price.

The location is perfect, in a quiet area, only 5 min from Galeria del Academia and 10 min from the Dome. The shower was a bit of an issue. The water splashes out and floods the area immediately.

The staff from reception communicate with your through whatsapp but don`t tell you information about check out and where to actually find the reception. You have to order breakfast in advance. Also the tram noise from the street was annoying.

Marina (8/5): - Sehr gute Lage, nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß ins Zentrum. Nettes Personal! Wir durften netterweise unsere Sachen im Zimmer lassen, obwohl wir zu früh da waren. Gemütliche Einrichtung. Zimmer sind leider sehr hellhörig. Man hat insbesondere in der Früh den Tram gehört und alles, was draußen passiert. Frühstück lohnt sich nicht, da leider nicht besonders lecker.
