• Anna (5/5): Apartament còmode, però poc funcional. - La ubicació del lloc, i en general bastant comfortable tenint en compte el llit i el lavabo. La cuina no ens ha servit per a res, es notava que era una habitació i no un apartament. Per fer una torrada de pa, vam tardar uns 40 min, no vam poder bullir aigua ni fregir ceba. En general, faltava potència en els fogons i no ens van poder ajudar. El wifi no funcionava, la propietària era molt amable, però li fèiem preguntes de llocs per visitar i no sabia respondre'ns, no ens va ajudar a trobar llocs bonics de la zona.

Рядом остановки автобусов,хороший мясной магазин,другие мини-маркеты. Хозяйка всегда на связи,сразу отвечает. Вид с балкона очень красивый,видно море и горы.Очень тихо,несмотря на то,что рядом дорога.Роллеты придают темноту для удобного сна.Вобщем квартира удобна,кухня есть дополнением. Мелочи,ведь очень красиво в Дубровнике,но! Необходимо заменить смесители,особенно на кухне. Уделить больше времени для уборки,плесень и жир. Наличие утюга необходимо! Мы проживали неделю. Не было одеял,это тоже необходимо предоставить,ведь на улице уже было 12 град ночью.
• Tokuwa (10/5): Comfortable stay - Tidy room with good view from balcony. Owner is nice and shows care to us. Easy to go to different tourist spot while the apartment is located at a quiet place. Overall very good!

Do starego miasta piechotą to około 25 minut pieszo a naprzeciwko znajduje się przystanek autobusowy z którego autobus nr 4 dowiezie was w samo centrum! Bajeczna plaża Belevue około 10 minut spokojnym spacerkiem. Gospodyni apartamentu bardzo miła i przyjazna. Warunki poza małymi niedociągnięciami ogólnie oceniam na plus.👍🏼 Brak kołdry

• Anton (10/5): - Rust en lekker relaxen op het kleine balkonnetje. Hier heel goed geregeld eigen parkeerplaats. Alles was prima voorzien. Prima schone badkamer. Het adres was moeilijk te vinden. Niet goed aangegeven van hoofdweg. Bij aankomst geen receptie dus telefonisch kontakt.

• Dalibor (10/5): Great place with even better host - Everything went really smooth from the first contact. Iva waited for us at the apartment, explained everything, and waited until we settled. Today, almost everyone just leaves you a key, and you need to figure out everything by yourself. This was a detail that always helps and is well appreciated. She explained the details of the beach, store, how to get to the old town... Big plus is private parking. Otherwise, you can spend a fortune for parking spots. Thank you, Iva, for being a great host, and I would definitely recommend this place.
• Alina (10/5): - Everything was excellent! It’s super close (10min walk) to a gorgeous beach, and right across the street there’s a bus stop that takes you into old town (or a 30min walk). Would come back again, it was super clean and the amenities were great.

Parking costs in Dubrovnik are amazingly high and goes ballistic during the season Nice garden - very cozy Small things - but can help the rating to increase: - small bed lights - nothing expensive - but it can increase the comfort and stay experience - be mindful of maintenance (the tap or faucet - it was released - just mount it) Otherwise perfect!
• Anna (9/5): Superb - Beautiful sea view to Lokrum island and Lapad area. Walking distance to everything - 30 minutes to the Pile gate, 15 minutes to Grawe bus stop for the airport shuffle bus. Bus stop just next to the appartment - bus nr 4 to the old town. Important in Dubrovnik not on a hill so you don't need to climb up the street or steep stairs to get there. All you need for a short stay, little kitchen area, balcony, bathroom with a shower. All well equiped with essentials. Bed mattress was a liitle too soft for me.

• Iryna (8/5): Ville magnifique - Studio est grand et bien situé. Il était assez propre à nôtre arrivée (coin cuisine pas top, miettes dans les tiroirs). Il y a un minimum nécessaire pour passer quelques jours. Liquide vaisselle, torchon de cuisine, étendoir à linge, ainsi qu'un pods pour lave-linge sont fournis. Prévoir vos propres gel douche et shampoing. Literie correcte. Installations récentes, dommage que les finitions ne sont pas nickel (plinte déjà décollé, branchement de la colonne de douche ne permet pas l'ouverture complète du robinet). J'ai eu qques soucis avec l'utilisation de la plaque de cuisson - la propriétaire a intervenu très rapidement pour tout régler. Dans l'ensemble nous avons passé un bon séjour. Parking pratique si vous avez une voiture (pas nous). Attention, pas de consigne ou de possibilité de laisser le bagage le jour du départ. Nous avons demandé et reçu la confirmation par message que celà sera possible et qu'on peut laisser nos valises dans l'entrée (porte ouverte en permanence) jusqu'au départ de notre bus à 14h. Nous avons libéré notre logement à 10h et sommes revenu une heure plus tard (il a commencé de pleuvoir). En nous voyant, la propriétaire nous a prié de dégager vite fait avec tous nos bagages, en arguant qu'elle doit fermer à clé la porte extérieure (ouverte durant quatre jours qu'on était là et dont les voyageurs ne reçoivent pas de clés car elle reste toujours ouverte!). Nous nous sommes posé la question : que serait-il passé, si nous ne serions pas repassé?...

• Isabelle (9/5): Excellent location and good facilities! - The apartment has a good size for a couple and it’s fully equipped. The location is excellent, many buses at the door to old town and Lapad but also many restaurants, drug stores and supermarkets around. The mattress and bed sheets are not comfortable. Additionally, it would be great to have a second mirror apart from the one in the bathroom.

Spacious room with a kitchenette and a small balcony with a glimpse of sea in the distance. Bathroom shower has seen better days. No place to hang the towels in the bathroom.

De ligging was goed, precies tussen alles in en de bushalte is bijna voor je neus als je het hotel uitloopt. Het hotel zag er netjes en verzorgd uit! • Natalia_iv (9/5): Superb - Bovolini Place is apartments in a private house run by an owner. There's everything in the room for the nice stay — kitchen with microwave, electrical stove and mini fridge, crockery and cutlery; in the bathroom — towels and hairdryer (mind there's neither shampoo, nor shower gel). Apartments with balcony have an amazing view toward the sea. Location is good. About 20 mins walk to Old City, and 20 mins walk to Lapad natural park. Right next to the house is the hotel with Taj Mahal restaurant (Bosnian cuisine), Studenac is 10 mins walk. Belview beach — 10-15 mins walk. Apartment faces the road. For a sensitive person might be too loudy to sleep with open windows. Pillows were extra slim, so i guess it's better to ask for new ones.

• Georgiana (7/5): Good - The property was OK, but not great. You have almost every thing you need, but things can surely improve. The parking spot is a certain plus. The apartment is very close to a bus station, but we preferred to walk to the city center considering the traffic in full season. The beach is not very far and it was also very nice one. The property is managed by a firm that doesn't communicate very good with the actual owner and didn't inform him of our coming. The things were sorted out eventually. The apartment could use more kitchen appliances, dishes and everything you would need to cook.
• Wai (9/5): Overall a pleasant and nice stay! - nice and friendly host! I feel like I was at home:) and the bed is soft and huge enough for 3 ppl to sleep. Everything was tidy and the room was bright, just like the pictures! I also love that they have a kitchen and washing machine. The location is not bad too, just 20-25 min to old town. views from the balcony are stunning! Some facilities like the kettle and kitchen utensils are quite dirty to use:(

It was very clean and the host was hospitable and gave great recommendations for what to do and where to eat in Dubrovnik Personally, the bed was too soft for me and I had trouble sleeping because of it. Again, I'm used to harder mattresses so it's just a personal preference. Other than that everything was great.

It’s just a 15 min walk to the old town and y’all can enjoy the view of the sea on your way or grab a bus in front of the property and it’s a 3 min ride. Recommend highly!

Iva greeted me and was really helpful and friendly making me feel welcome to Dubrovnik. The location was perfect as it was on central to everything (e.g 15min walk to the old city).
