• Gillian (10/5): Fantastic apartment in a beautiful city - Perfect apartment for us as a family of 4, double bed in one bedroom and 2 single beds in the other. Apartment was right across from a bus stop (line 3) so easy to get in and out of the old town and the port. Great communication from the host and prompt help when we couldn't get the TV to work. We loved our stay, thank you!! There was nothing to dislike, Dubrovnik is one of the most beautiful places I've ever visited and the view from the apartment was incredible, highly recommend this city and apartment to anyone!

I thought I booked a balcony with a view of the coastline which was the reason I booked this location and apparently the one I selected is not the one in the reviews. It’s not convenient to the town without walks up and down stairs so I ended up spending at least $500 in taxis. The agency they use to coordinate made things too complicated to check in requiring signing up for an account and clicking links / signing up for account to get basic info. Dominic was great once he was in contact.

• MiroBP (9/5): Pobyt był udany i spełnił nasze oczekiwania. - Dominik nas powitał oraz powiedział co i jak. Do starego miasta idzie się w dół, co jest przyjemne natomiast powrót jest pod górkę ale tu można skorzystać z linii autobusowej nr 3 (przystanek Magistrala 4). Trzeba mieć na uwadze, że autobus jedzie nie najkrótszą trasą i to trwa ok. 20-25 minut. Myślę, że jest to lepsze niż wchodzenie pod górkę, a przy wykupieniu karty Dubrownik Pass masz przejazdy za darmo (Ile tych przejazdów jest w cenie to do końca nie wiem. Ale kierowca tylko raz sczytywał mi QR kod, przeważnie tylko spojrzał i kazał przechodzić). W naszej kwaterze były dwie sypialne a w nich trzy bardzo wygodne łóżka (2+2+1, łoża małżeńskie bardzo duże). Apartament dobrze wyposażony do samodzielnego przygotowania posiłku od czasu do czasu. Wyposażenie się zgadzało z opisem dodatkowo było żelazko którego nie uwzględniono w opisie. Bojler jest włączany przyciskiem który znajduje się obok włącznika oświetlenia łazienki, trzeba uważać żeby nie wyłączyć bo komuś zabraknie ciepłej wody. Internet dawał radę przy oglądaniu Netflixa czy Canal + oraz przeglądania neta na telefonie. W łazience przydałoby się więcej wieszaczków oraz jakaś ścierka/szmata do podłogi bo niestety spod prysznica się chlapie. Raz robiłem pranie, pralka wydawała dziwne odgłosy ale wyprała. Mikrofalówka jest do wymiany (talerzyk zatrzymywał się po 2-4 obrotach). Co do hałasu od Jadranskiej Magistali to jest ale nam nie przeszkadzał większość czasu spędzaliśmy na mieście, ze spaniem nie było problemu. Natomiast miałbym obawy czy klima da radę schłodzić apartament w lipcu/sierpniu, my byliśmy w październiku i raczej używaliśmy do grzania.

Pour ceux qui ne souhaite pas marcher, bus à proximité et gratuit si vous prenez le Dubrovnik pass. Logement confortable très bien équipé avec terrasse extérieure. Agréable séjour.

• Katherine (9/5): - We really enjoyed our stay at the Guest House Kono. Though the host wasn't able to greet us in person, he answered all my questions promptly and the place was easy to find. Parking spot was easy to find and we didn't have many stairs to carry our luggage up/down to access the house. The house is a bit far from the old town if you are walking and a lot of stairs up/down to get there, about 20 min. We are a family of five with three children, ages 10-15, and we managed, but it was tough on a very hot day. With that said, it's hard to avoid stairs and walking in Dubrovnik. However, the house is easily accessible by bus and uber. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and well equipped. We did do a lot of our own cooking, we thought it had an oven, but it did not. I think when it said they had an oven, it meant microwave for us (canadian). It did have a stove top with pots and pans.

Para llegar al centro una media hora andando pero el bus número 3 para en la puerta La cantidad de escaleras que hay para ir al centro, pero eso ya lo sabia y que no tuviera cafetera, pero en este pais es extraño encontrar en los apartamentos

• stephane (9/5): Bien, et bon accueil. Appartement agréable… - L’espace et la taille des lits, plus la terrasse. Bruit de fond lié à la circulation le matin. Pas de cafetière….mais ça reste un détail.

L'appartement était très propre, spacieux et très fonctionnel. La terrasse propose une belle vue sur la terrasse. Place de parking. L'appartement se situe près d'une route très empruntée. Le bruit des voitures était permanent toute la nuit.

• Nejc (10/5): Excellent! - The parking is located directly by the property. The rooms are spacious and fully equipped. It also has a nice terrace with a great view of the sea. It is located a fajr distance from the old town, but there are Ubers and buses who can take you there for a fair price.

• Caroline (9/5): - Nous y avons passé deux nuits. La vue est exceptionnelle sur la ville et l'océan depuis la grande terrasse de l'appartement 2 chambres. Tout était très propre et les lits super confortables. Très appréciable le stationnement inclus. Arrêt d'autobus à 2 minutes, la 3 qui mène à la porte Pile en 20-30 minutes. On peut également se rendre à pied dans la vieille ville pour à peu près le même temps. Très beau séjour.

Al principio no lo aprecias pero es muy amplio. Aire acondicionado funciona muy bien. Todo muy limpio. Aparcamiento en la puerta y sin reservar, es lo más en la cuidad. Puedes bajar andando y si aprieta el calor volver en bus, te deja en la puerta. La cocina eléctrica funciona regular

• Kerstin (7/5): Schöne Lage, einiges ist reparaturbedürftig. - Die Lage ist einmalig schön und der Blick auf Dubrovnik atemberaubend. Es gibt einen Stellplatz für den PKW. Das Appartement ist auch eine gute Ausgangslage für Ausflüge rund um Dubrovnik. Zur Altstadt ist es ein schöner Spaziergang hinunter, zurück empfiehlt sich ein Bus. Leider war die Klimaanlage nur oberhalb der Haustür funktionsfähig, hat aber die komplette Wohnung nicht ausreichend klimatisiert. Die zweite Klimaanlage war kaputt! Aus den anderen Bewertungen wissen wir, das dies schon im April ein Problem war. Die beiden Herdplatten waren nur eingeschränkt nutzbar, wurden extrem langsam heiß. Auch dies war offensichtlich schon bei Vermietern der Fall. Besonders ärgerlich war, das wir ab dem dritten Tag nur noch kaltes Wasser in Dusche und Wasserhahn hatten.

Por lo cual no concuerdan con el apartamento en su totalidad. Hay muchas escaleras para llegar a la ciudad vieja. La nevera no enfría mucho y la cafetera no funcionaba y no nos lo solucionaron.

Tem tudo para poder cozinhar, lavar roupa, comodidades. Local um pouco longe da cidade velha, mas dá pra ir a pé até lá. Tivemos um problema com o ar e o proprietário foi imediatamente para resolver e nos presenteou com uma garrafa de vinho. Super recomendo o apartamento. • Michael Lee (8/5): - We stayed at Guest House Kono in May, 2025. The location is great, about a 20 minute walk to the Old Town. There are a lot of steps, all downhill on the way to Old Town. There is a reserved parking spot on the street just above the apartment. The kitchen is not well appointed, so I wouldn't plan on doing a lot of cooking during your stay. The apartment was clean, and comfortable for 4 people. There was a little deferred maintenance, e.g., a loose toilet seat and stopped up shower drain. Overall, I would recommend the apartment for the location, cleanliness and comfort if you are staying in Dubrovnik.

• Bernard (8/5): Notre séjour de 3 jours a été excellent - appartement n°2 avec sa terrasse attenante directement au séjour avec vue mer et la ville. Parking gratuit (sachant le coût d'un parking public à proximité de la vieille ville est de 10 euros l'heure). L'appartement est situé à 30 à 45 mn à pieds du centre historique (en forte descente par d'infini marches d'escaliers à l'aller, le retour très très sportif ! ). Les magnifiques couchers de soleil .Très bonne literie et propre. A notre arrivée , grande déception, on nous a proposé l'appartement n° 1 sans terrasse, ni vue . La terrasse est à l'extérieure en passant par un pallier collectif , en sus avec une vision d'une fenêtre voisine. Nous l'avons refusé. Et après maintes discutions , l'hôte nous a finalement installés sans supplément dans l'autre appartement n°2 vue mer et terrasse. (Avis aux futurs locataires : le site est trompeur , confusion avec les deux appartements 1 et 2 ) Une cafetière nous a énormément manqué Pour info, pas de lave vaisselle , pas de four .
• Barbara (8/5): Gute Unterkunft für eine Nacht in Dubrovnik - Die Lage der kleinen Wohnung ist perfekt für Menschen, die sich nach einer langen Autofahrt bewegen wollen, denn sie liegt recht hoch über der Altstadt. Die Treppe, die vom Parkplatz nur ein paar Stufen runter zum Wohnungseingang führt, geht weiter fast direkt in die City. Es gibt ein sehr bequemes Bett (gute Matratzen sind mir sehr wichtig!) und alles was man braucht in der Küche. Die Zudecke hat mich erstmal skeptisch gemacht, eine sehr große, kuschelige Decke mit einem Einschlaglaken. Ich wurde dann sehr beeindruckt wie gemütlich und warm sie sich herausgestellt hat. Wir haben die Wohnung mit der "Terrasse" ohne Blick nach sonst wo erhalten (breiter Zugang zur Wohnung nach allen Seiten zugebaut). Auf Nachfrage bekamen wir die Informatiuon, dass wir die billigste Kategorie gebucht hatten, das wäre es dann. Ich habe also gelernt, dass man auf die Bilder nichts geben kann, man muss die Beschreibung detailliert lesen!

• JOSE LUIS (9/5): Alojamiento cómodo con buenas vistas. - El apartamento es bastante agradable. Tanto la cama grande como el sofá-cama eran cómodos. Tiene lo necesario para estar a gusto unos días. El anfitrión fue muy amable y nos solucionó un pequeño problema con mucha eficacia. Está en una zona con muchas escaleras a unos 20 minutos del centro. Para volver hay un autobús que deja bastante cerca. Dispone de aparcamiento que es indispensable en Dubrovnik ya que hay muy poco sitio para aparcar y los aparcamientos privados son muy caros. Tiene una mesa exterior pero no está dentro del apartamento, hay que salir fuera. No es un gran problema pero no lo pone en la información del apartamento.
