A bit more spacious than others, very friendly welcome by a domestic and reception staff. Clean. AHH free wine as well at the reception!! All good :)

• Larissa (7/5): - Localization was the best about staying there, and the staff was super nice all the time. They also knew English, which facilitated things. It was too small, 2 people would have had difficulty moving around together. It barely had space for me to open my luggage, if I had someone else I think I would go crazy. The bed was kinda hard as well.
• Katarzyna (9/5): Fantastyczna obsługa i wygodny pokój - Wspaniała obsługa, fantastyczni ludzie pomocni na każdym kroku, zdecydowanie najlepszy personel hotelu z jakim mieliśmy do czynienia w Japonii :) Na gości czekają szampan, ciastka i różne inne przekąski co jest mega miłą niespodzianką. Hotel jest jakąś minute od stacji Shinjuku Gyoenmae i parę minut od Sanchōme, więc jest to świetna baza wypadowa żeby zobaczyć resztę dzielnic Tokio. Okna się otwierają więc to ogromny plus, bo w Tokio to rzadkość, ale tutaj też odejmuję jedną gwiazdkę bo o ile cieszę się że mogłam otworzyć okno na całej długości, to było to bardzo niebezpieczne - za oknem 5 pięter w dół w przestrzeń między budynkami praktycznie bez wyjścia gdyby cokolwiek się stało, a okno było na wysokości łóżka więc odradzam spanie z otwartym :) Ogólnie bardzo miłe wrażenia i wygodny pokój, bardzo wygodne łóżko 💖✨ Niezabezpieczone okna na wysokości łóżka (okna otwierają się całkowicie i byłoby to ok gdyby nie fakt że nasze łóżko było tuż koło okna na tyle, że moznaby nawet wypaść pare pięter w dół)

• Panagiotis Papailias (5/5): Not recommended (especially for claustrophobic) - - Location and only - Toilet/bathroom was decent - Super tiny rooms - No fresh air and the only window of the room was 30x20cm and was looking at the wall of the neighbouring building that it was so close that if I would extend my arm out of the window I could catch the other building - that narrow - No daily room service - In fact we had to inform the reception every single time we were leaving the room about what time we would come back just so they can change the towels! In general, we paid over 110€ per night and the budget didn't reflect the value that we could have. In every European capital with less budget we could have way better accommodation

• Carl (10/5): My Tokyo Visit. - The location was great. The area had great shopping and restaurants. Public transportation was close by and easy to access. The hotel staff were friendly and provided assistance with recommendations of sites to visit

• z0neea (10/5): Divertido y cómodo - Me gustó mucho el trato recibido nada más llegar, con aperitivos y bebidas gratuitas. El personal ha sido un 10, súper amables y siempre atentos a cualquier petición. Habitación espaciosa, ordenada y muy limpia. Sin duda, si quieres estar en el ambiente de Shinjuku, Rocks es tu hotel. No es negativo y se comprende, pero el sistema de dejar la llave al salir, es un poco incómodo.
• Brielle (10/5): I never write reviews but my stay here was so lovely and the staff were so kind I had to! - The hotel was beautiful! You can tell it is most likely an undercover love hotel BUT that doesn't matter, the rooms are so clean and gorgeous! Every time you leave for the first time of the day they ask if you'd like your room cleaned and if you want new amenities! The bed was huge and super comfy, I also loved the adjustable lights. The staff were so kind and always greeted me whenever they saw me even if it was just housekeeping! Most of the staff speak fluent English as well, good for foreigners. The location is also very convenient, right next to a lot of station entrances and the walk to the station is about 8 minutes. If I ever come back to Tokyo I will 100% be staying here again! The only thing that was mediocre was just the wifi, it wasn't bad though. It would just be a little slow every once in a while. But was stable for the most part.

Bibite gratuite, anche alcolici, all'ingresso. Bagno estremamente piccolo e c'erano odori strani tipo chiuso/muffa nell'ascensore e nei corridoi.

• Romans (8/5): Fun stay in Nichome Shinjuku - Cool interior, clean, helpful staff, comfortable bed, large tv, convenient location. this was not a problem for me but the property also operates as a "love hotel" which can be rented for short term intervals for couples to spend some "quality" time together. Don't let that scare you. rooms are superclean and you can request cleaning services when you go out for the day at the front desk. also my room did not have a bidet toilet.

• Cristina (9/5): Experiencia en un hotel del amor de Shinjuku - Habitación doble en un hotel del amor de Shinjuku. Decoración peculiar, cómoda limpia y espaciosa. Puedes regalarte un momento de relax con la bañera y los productos de higiene y cosmética que te regalan. La señal de identidad de este barrio es su vida nocturna. Estuvimos un sábado y, aunque está muy bien insonorizado y estábamos en el sexto piso, se escucha gente gritando de madrugada. Eso depende más de educación de las personas, que de la responsabilidad del hotel.
• P (9/5): Good value - The staff were really nice and very polite. The price was good and the place was clean. The doors are thin so you can sometimes hear faint sounds of your neighbours hooking up if they are loud. But it's a love hotel, so it's to be expected.

• Geath (4/5): I feel bad to leave a negative review because the staffs were so nice! But I won't stay there again - the location is very convenient! Staffs are very nice and friendly! 1. The room was extremely small and has a moldy smell. 2. No windows that can look outside. 3. Extremely noisy from the outside and inside. The hallway plays music 24 hrs nonstop. And the doors are made of metal so we hear loud door slamming sound all night long! Could barely rest at night! 4. The bathroom looks very clean but has a very unpleasant stinky smell, it appeared 2 days after we checked in, it was so bad, like a dead rat rotting under the floor or above the ceiling, the odor was intolerable.

• Renee (1/5): We didnt stay. Left immediately after getting up to our room. UNSAFE - Nothing We booked for the night and did not end up staying. As soon as we got to our room we started looking for aomewhere esle to stay. As two women travelling alone we felt so unsafe. They then tried to stop us from leaving by holding my bag. We felt completely unsafe.

• Mahmoud (1/5): Worst place I have ever stayed - I like that is was a 15 minute walk to the main station. The main staff was nice and was just following policy. I didn’t like how this property Misrepresented price( posted price on site is way cheaper then website) almost 1/2 what I paid. They misrepresentation the hotel type ( it was a sleezy love motel). They rent rooms by the hour. How dirty it was and the fact you are treated like a kid and they will let not let you leave the property with the key you have to turn it in, even if you are going next door for coffee. The walls were super thin and you could hear people talking, watching TV, etc. huge gaps Beneath and above door. Extremely cramped bathrooms. Also nothing was provided, no water, no coffee, internet did not work.

Despite being so well-located, the prices are incredibly affordable, offering excellent value for money. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and the comfortable setup made it easy to relax after a day of sightseeing. I truly appreciate the attention to detail and the effort put into maintaining such a welcoming and cozy environment. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a combination of convenience, affordability, and comfort. I would definitely stay here again! There are a few areas that could use improvement. During weekends and late hours, the noise levels can be quite noticeable, which might disturb those looking for a quieter experience. Additionally, there was sometime a noticeable smell of smoke during the night, which was unpleasant. Another aspect to consider is the key system. The use of an old-style physical key that needs to be dropped off every time you leave can be inconvenient, especially for guests used to more modern access systems. • Mark (10/5): A great base for Tokyo and Shinjuku fun. - I loved my 5th floor room. The finishes were a bit over the top but the AC was great and the staff showed me how to use it. (Japanese language buttons) I had a window I could open, or close and cover which a door that blended in with the wall treatment. I had occasional friends stop in to visit and that seemed perfectly fine.
