However, it's quite a trip to Tokyo's sightseeings, usually it takes like 30-45mins. but overall i'm happy with my stay. Staff are very friendly and they speak good english. - NAKANO (3/5): - 駅前徒歩約4分程度と立地が良く、 周辺に商業施設も多い。 駅前立地で利便性は良かったが、部屋の設備で、 まずエアコンの音が何処か故障なのか、 うるさすぎて、夜中には喉が痛くなった。 掛ふとんの折り込みがきつすぎて、引っ張っても 出てこず、首元まで覆われなかった。 エレベーターも開閉ドアが擦れて、異音がしてた。

- riccardo loris (9/5): Vacanza a Tokyo - La posizione è eccellente, lo staff servizievole, in generale un ottima soluzione se si vuole usare l'hotel come base per le esigenze primaria, dormire e lavarsi, è comunque dotato di tutti le attrezzature necessarie, prezzo ottimo Purtroppo la. Mia stanza si trovava vicina alla stanza di servizio, al mattino il corridoio era occupato dal personale e materiale di servizio, ho dovuto scavalcare per accedere all'ascensore, il personale è stato comunque gentile nel gestire questo PICCOLO disagio!

- Rocío (6/5): Para dormir - El personal era agradable. Esta cerca de la estación, que está bastante bien, pero para ir a las ubicaciones importantes tardabas mucho en llegar. Había mucho polvo en nuestra habitación, sobre todo en el baño. Y manchas en el suelo.

- Didier (8/5): Belle vue de Ayase - Ma chambre était en hauteur avec une belle vue sur Tokyo Sky Tree. Ce qui est un point positif. La chambre était confortable et pratique et ne manquait de rien. Comme toujours pour cette chaine d'hôtel, les chambres sont petites donc plus adaptées à un séjour court.

- Adrian (4/5): Poor cleaning standards, loud drain/sewers that can be heard in your room, soft mattress though - Nice cafe place on the ground floor outside of the hotel, soft mattress Constant noise from the draining system that can be heard through the walls, unless you are on the highest floor. Had to change rooms twice because of this and also leaking fridge or AC that created a stench in the room, which would've been bareable if you could open the window but you are not allowed (for security reasons as informed by the staff?). Your last saviour is the AC, especially in hot weather, but that is also compromised, as it was supplying bad air quality, most likely overdue a maintenance cleanup.

- Sisido (4/5): - ４泊しましたが、出かける時にお掃除担当の人は、笑顔で親切でした フロントが上から目線でイラッとした。 ツインの部屋なのに、トイレとお風呂が別で脱衣室が無く、裸になる時に困った。 朝七時頃、フロントに洗剤を買いに行ったら、しばらく出て来なかった。ベッドが無駄に広いのに、物を置く台とか、使い勝手の悪い部屋だった。 バスマットはどこで使えばいいかな？もう絶対行かない
