It had moldy ceilings, it was rundown, the rooms were disgusting. There was hair everywhere and unidentified fluids on the ground.

Pictures on the homepage definitely look better than the acrual condition of the room; only one window and therefore a bit dark in the room.Towels did not smell fresh. The two chairs in the room did have staines on it (you dont want to sit down there). To leave your luggage at the hotel after check out you need to pay a fee (only cash accepted)
- Aurélie (8/5): - Un bon compromis, très bon emplacement à seulement 15 min à pied de Times square. La literie est très confortable, et l'hôtel est calme. Les lits étaient refaits tous les jours. Pour le prix intéressant, ça fait le job. La salle de douche est vraiment petite, avec toilettes. La douche est mal entretenue, les joints étaient sales, notre flexible de douche fuyait et l'eau chaude au lavabo coulait en micro filet. Concernant la vue ... dégagée mais aucune vue réelle.

- Verena (8/5): - Top Lage um New York zu erkunden Der Fernseher hat so gut wie nie funktioniert. Der Techniker konnte ihn zwar richten, aber am nächsten Tag bestand wieder das selbe Problem. Es stehen generell nur sehr wenige und sehr alte Sender zur Verfügung und das Signal ist sehr schlecht.

We stayed in a One-bed suite which had a living area with a pull-out sofa bed for our son. The lounge also had a large TV, small sink, refrigerator & microwave and a small bathroom (toilet & washbasin). The main bedroom also had a large TV and access to the main bathroom (toilet, washbasin & shower) We had an issue with the hot water supply to the bathrooms, however the hotel staff attended to this very quickly

La ventana no cerraba bien y no había cortinas. El suelo de la ducha es terrible, viejo y desgastado, si no tienes cuidado te haces daño en los pies. Se supone que tiene terraza en la azotea pero me dijeron que está cerrada y ya no pertenece al hotel. Nos quedamos con las ganas de subir.

- Kayla (10/5): Beautiful clean hotel amazing staff can’t wait to return - This was literally 10 mins walk from Times Square location was perfect had loads of restaurants and other things outside the door supermarkets etc perfect location we couldn’t of asked for anything for more staff were so friendly from the reception to the cleaners.. first day we arrive we was given a voucher for the 3 of our family for a fast food restaurant just up the road for a free meal which was so lovely after such a long day, all the reception staff and Jessie was amazing helping us with directions and questions everyday. Our hotel room was cleaned every day to a high standard and the cleaning staff were so lovely one day we wanted a lil later day to leave and she came back later on to Make sure our room was cleaned that day for us that day thank you everyone There was nothing I didn’t like about This hotel

À notre arrivée malheureusement notre chambre a eu un soucis avec la salle de bain mais le lendemain matin tout a était résolu avec l’efficacité du personnel. Mais petit inconvénient notre chambre donnait sur le petit déjeuner donc le réveil n’était pas très sympathique avec le bruit.

- Rafael (6/5): Ruidosa - La ubicación es sin duda lo único destacable. Escuchas todo lo que pasa en las habitaciones contiguas y especialmente las obras que hay pegadas al hotel tanto de día como de noche, es difícil descansar si eres de sueño ligero.
- Laura (10/5): Un hotel de 10 - La ubicación es excepcional, en 10 mins estás en Times Square y la habitación es enorme y muy cómoda con el microondas y la mini nevera para guardar el desayuno. La cama es muy grande y cómoda que también es importante. En los alrededores hay comercios y supermercados. Volveré seguro! Hay un poco de ruido pero es lo normal al ser una ciudad ruidosa.

- Ranuhandoko (10/5): great stay - it's a truly NYC living experience, the room is neat and tidy, water pressure, hot water was great, location is on point gor laundromat 3 doors down and places to eat nearby. the gym is 24hrs, got everything that you need for a workout on holiday tbh nothing, I know the hotel looks bit old but it's clean and exceeds my expectation

- Marten (7/5): Zentrale Lage mit fairen Preisen für NYC! - Die Lage war sehr gut! Die Größe des Zimmers, sowie das gesamte Badezimmer. Auch das Bett war super! Wir hätten gedacht, dass das Zimmer bzw. das Hotel insgesamt lauter wäre, als es tatsächlich war, wenn man die Lage berücksichtigt. Leider wurde unser Mülleimer erst am 3. Tag geleert. Außerdem hatten wir insgesamt das Gefühl, das der Zimmerservice stark nachließ (vielleicht weil Trinkgeld erwartet wurde?). Darüber hinaus empfanden wir es als lächerlich, dass für die Aufbewahrung unserer Taschen eine Gebühr i.H.v. $2 pro Gepäckstück berechnet wurde, die nur mittels Cash beglichen werden konnte.
- Sadbh (10/5): - The staff made the stay 100000% times better. I have never experienced such amazing people who without fail made us feel comfortable and at home every single day. It was a joy to walk into reception every morning and every time coming back to the hotel. Every single staff member was a delight and went out of their way to make everything better for us when we experienced many trials and tribulations on our trip!!!!! Water was not hot enough in the shower is the only complaint, every other thing was perfect.
