It is one of our favorite hotels in Singapore because the service is so excellent and proximity to so many great places. Our kids like Porroro Park and Kiztopia located nearby. The Executive Lounge is always a great experience. Especially Mark in the executive lounge made our experience with a young child so exceptional. I was delighted to find upon our return, that he remembered us and even asked about our child. Truly exceptional service that makes every stay here a great memory.

As a Diamond member, I truly appreciated the seamless welcome and the upgrade to the Executive Room. The Executive Lounge Team: The service here was exceptional. It was impressive how the staff remembered our names and preferences in such a short time. My sincere thanks to Mark, Benjamin, Jane, Ghazia, Hafez, Abigail, Shinfang, Irfaan, and Bernice. You all took such wonderful care of us. Culinary Excellence & Care: As a Celiac who requires Gluten-Free Vegetarian meals, I am often anxious about dining while traveling. Your chefs went above and beyond to ensure every meal was safe and delicious. I was particularly moved when the chef prepared a Gluten-Free Vegetarian sandwich for my flight, knowing that airlines often lack this specific combination. This level of foresight is rare and deeply appreciated. Dining at Oscar’s: We enjoyed breakfast at Oscar’s for three days. The variety and quality of the Asian Vegetarian options were exceptional, and my daughter thoroughly enjoyed every meal. Housekeeping: My thanks also go to the staff responsible for our room. The cleanliness and the effort put into the nightly turndown service did not go unnoticed. The personal attention we received made this one of the best hotel experiences we have had. - Jenette (4/5): Not a comfort zone - The location - close to the station, close to everything. The property was great in a great location, though the facilities and the staff were hostile. Stayed for 3 nights. Our booking, did the booking from last year to the Marina Bay branch - put the deposit in 2025, then woll pay the rest closer to our trip as per the payment attached in booking.com, however, we were travelling from island to island in the Philippines for 5 days before the SG trip. Hence, the reception was really bad. We're flying and travelling a lot, so we're tight on our schedule. I went to booking.com to confirm the payment since we are flying to SG the next day, but it failed. I have tried to process it, but it's not going through. I have contacted the property, but there has been no response all day. So we did another booking at Conrad, and we are paying at the property, we are hineslt rushing as we need a place to stay. The Staff, we arrived at SG roughly 6:00 PM. Hence, we tried to check in around 7:00 PM, and at the counter, we were assisted by the staff member named Yu Zhen. She asked for the booking reference, and I explained that I had made another booking. The day before, no one was responding, so I showed her the confirmation via the app. She said it's the Conrad Orchard branch. I asked how far Orchard is from Marina Bay. She answered in 45 minutes and said she is happy to call a cab for us. And I have asked: it's far, and we are exhausted. Do you have any rooms available for us? She said no. I have asked 3 times, and her answer was no every time. SHE DID NOT EVEN LOOK AT HER COMPUTER TO CHECK OR EVEN PRETEND TO CHECK IF THERE WAS ANY. So what I did was go to booking.com and booked through there, and voila, there's still a lot of room available! Though Lee Eunbhin helped us check in, I cancelled the Orchard and mentioned I'm staying in Marina Bay. She even apologised on behalf of her colleague.

The location is very convenient, with easy access to central attractions as well as nearby MRT/LRT stations. Each day, we enjoyed outstanding cocktails, along with the invaluable support of the staff, who were consistently attentive, knowledgeable, and eager to assist with anything we needed. Thank you - Axel, Vanessa, Desiree and Dominic!! Also the whole lobby bar team,. Breakfast was equally impressive, offering a wide selection of both Western and local dishes. We found ourselves dining in every morning because of the quality and variety. What truly sets this place apart, however, is the team. Their warmth and dedication made our stay especially memorable.

- chimmac (10/5): Home away from home in Singapore - We stayed at the Conrad Singapore Marina Bay hotel from Sunday to Friday. we came to visit my daughter who is studying abroad for this semester. I came with my younger daughter and we had such a great time. The staff at the hotel was amazing. They were kind they remembered us every time we came in. It was Home away from Home. We had been blessed to stay at the executive level and access to lounge. The staff in the lounge were amazing. They always remembered my name and my children’s name and they were very kind. The food in the lounge was a great spread as well the food in Oscars restaurant …the breakfast in Oscar’s had more options but both was very good.I would definitely recommend to stay at this hotel. It was very clean very luxury and friendly we definitely had a fantastic time.
- ElleIndeed (10/5): Excellent Stay at the Conrad Singapore Marina! - We visited Singapore for spring break, traveling from Dallas with plans to explore the city before boarding the Disney Adventure cruise for four nights. I’ve stayed at several Conrad properties, and they’re usually consistent—beautiful, clean, and high-level service. Conrad Singapore Marina Bay definitely lived up to that standard. After a long 24+ hour journey (DFW → Hong Kong → Singapore), we took a taxi to the hotel and were immediately welcomed by Junior at the front door, who quickly became best friends with my 11-year-old son. That kind of warm, personal service set the tone right away. Our room was ready when we arrived, which was a huge win after such a long trip. The room itself was beautiful, very clean, well-appointed, and felt luxurious. We had twin beds (which honestly worked perfectly so I didn’t have to share a bed with my son 😄). The bedding was high quality, smooth, plush, and comfortable. The beds were slightly firm, which seems common across Asia. One of the cutest surprises was the Conrad duck waiting in the bathtub. My son collects ducks from different countries and islands we visit, so this was such a thoughtful touch. We also had Singapore style cookies and bottled water in the room, which was a nice welcome after travel. As a Hilton Diamond member, we had access to the executive lounge. It felt more elevated than most lounges where the staff seat you at a table and check you in, almost like a light restaurant experience. It wasn’t crowded the times I visited m, and service was very attentive. The first evening I had fried wings, mac and cheese, fried rice, and a glass of wine which were all really good. I really didn’t need a meal that night because it was very filling and quite delicious. We ended up going out to one of the Hawker centers but really were not that hungry. We didn’t make it to the pool due to our schedule, but everything else about the property easily felt 4–5 star. Breakfast was included, and you could choose between the executive lounge or the main restaurant (Oscar’s). The buffet at Oscar’s was excellent. They had an omelet station, eggs, pastries, breads, juices, coffee, plus a variety of Asian dishes. Service there was also very warm and attentive. Getting around was easy from the hotel. The staff would call taxis and give us a card with the taxi number each time. There’s also a mall nearby, which was perfect for grabbing a more casual meal (especially helpful with a picky 11-year-old). We did walk back one evening from the marina where the Merlion was located. This was a little bit of a walk, but appreciated after eating food at dinner. Overall, this was a fantastic stay. It was clean, quiet, not overcrowded, and consistently great service. Exactly what I look for in a luxury hotel, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again when visiting Singapore.

- acctim (10/5): Amazing hotel. - Stayed in the lovely hotel for three nights post cruise. On check in we were asked if we would like to upgrade to the Executive experience and we are glad we did. We had a room on the 30th floor and the view was amazing. The room itself was well appointed and spacious and the attention to detail with all the little extras was lovely. We then availed ourselves of the Executive Lounge on the 31st floor and the staff were so accommodating. We had breakfast, afternoon tea, evening treats, and a Cocktail hour - well, it was two where we could have any drinks, including alcohol. Definitely well worth the extra money. In particular I would like to mention Denry, he was really helpful, polite and courteous and certainly does look after you. He told us about some of the attractions we should visit and he was very knowledgeable in this regard. All the concierge and reception staff were great too. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff. We used the gym showers on the last day to change ready for our flight and can say the facilities there were good to. Don't forget to take your duck home! If you know, you know!

What made me write this review was how wonderful the staff were, especially Vanessa who was able to make our stay even better every time we saw her. Even my children commented on how helpful and kind Vanessa and others were and we have stayed at many hotels. If you are choosing between the Conrad and another location in this area, I’m sure you won’t be disappointed with the Conrad.

- AZReza-M (10/5): My stay at Conrad in Singapore - I stayed at the hotel for three nights. My room and bathroom were great. Very roomy, clean and modern. The personnel, front desk, restaurant staff, concierge…..all were great. The location is great, only 15 minute walk from cloud forest. Two issues: the internet in the lobby area and all the restaurants are spotty at best. It disconnects and reconnects constantly. Frankly it is useless. Even though in my room, it was on all the time. The second issue is breakfast. The area that they serve breakfast is too small for such a hotel. Usually, there is line to get a table and the wait could be 10-15 minutes. Also, the breakfast itself was somewhat limited. One would expect more from the breakfast selection of such a hotel. For these reasons, I would give it 4.5 stars.

- WorknForVacation (10/5): Repeat Visit - This was a repeat visit. Tried the strawberry tea at the lounge which was very nice but refills for tea/coffee were slow. Executive lounge is a nice perk to have but one staff member made us to feel unwelcome a bit. Everyone else was very pleasant. We were given rooms on the same level as the lounge and I would prefer in the future to be on a different level at this particular hotel as we were constantly greeted every time we got off the elevator which would be nice when visiting the lounge but a little annoying when just heading into and out of the room. That’s just a personal preference for this specific hotel as we enjoyed being on the executive level at other hotels where the lounge check in desk was further from the elevator. Gym is open 24 hours and stocked with water which I enjoyed. Overall, a pretty good experience and we will return. Hope the feedback helps the hotel see where improvements can be made.

Made our arrival so easy and very grateful. Then Wow, from the First Greeting from Junior, as you arrive at the Front Door The Conrad Marina Bay and all of its Staff ,is nothing but Class, Professionalism and Fabulous Service until your Personal Goodbye from Junior to wave you off. Beds were great, rooms clean, Housekeeping comes twice a day so you want for nothing. If you request something it is dealt with in minutes. All Staff from the Door Man, Reception, Kitchen, Restaurant, Room Service, Housekeeping and Pool Staff are so Friendly, always polite and professional. We have never eaten so much food in all of our travels. We will be back again, we loved it so much.

Check in from the front entrance to getting to out rooms was a pleasure and everyone was so nice and accommodating. Room was very nice and luxurious. Headed out to see the town and arrived back at hotel late. Here where the problem lies. I have hearing aids and I snore, so my wife brings her noise machine everywhere we go. So now I'm trying to sleep, no hearing aids and noise machine on and all I hear are the elevators all night. Took me forever to fall asleep. Upon checkout in the morning the women at the desk asked how out stay was and I told her everything was A+ except the noise from the elevator kept me up. She said she was sorry then disappeared, came back and said "we marked your profile that you prefer a room away from the elevator". I felt they could have comped the night. We were in 10 Other hotels on our trip and although we had no other complaints I feel if we had it would be handled better. Well We travel for another 4 weeks in Aug and two months next Jan and will avoid Conrad and Hilton!

We have a King room on the Executive Lounge floor and our view is breathtaking. We cannot say enough about how fabulous, attentive and professional all of the staff are! Veronika at the front desk made our check in fast and seamless. Benjamin, Micah and Jane all made the experience in the Executive Lounge simply amazing. They were so pleasant and professional. They knew what we wanted before we did! The food and drinks the Lounge were exceptional. We cannot wait to return!

Akbar, pool bar man, nothing was too much trouble and brought drinks all day long. This is my second stay here and hope it won’t be my last. Oscars restaurant caters for all nationalities and has buffet or al a carte at dinner.

Junior of your staff proved extremely helpful in recommending locations to find “American sized” pants. They fit great and helped me to avoid a very uncomfortable trip. Facilities are clean and suitable for guests, but the staff are exemplary. Every member of staff, from the welcoming reception to the waiters and restaurant hosts, to the cleaners, is professional, efficient and friendly. We were lucky to stay in an executive room, which allowed us access to the Executive Lounge. The staff members there are at a different level of attentiveness. Caring, friendly, remembering past orders - just superb. A great stay largely because of the staff. Highly recommended.

- RS Kiel (8/5): Gute Qualität zu angemessenem Preis - Wie bisher bei allen meinen Aufenthalten im CONRAD, war auch diesmal das Personal überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Zimmerausstattung sehr gut, die Betten bequem, die Sauberkeit perfekt. Man ist aber gut beraten, ein Zimmer zu verlangen, welches etwas von den Aufzügen entfernt ist, und wo man nicht ständig das Ping-Ping der Aufzüge hört. Dass die Aussicht vom Zimmer gegenüber früher etwas eingeschränkt ist, ist der regen Bautätigkeit (Hochhhäuser) geschuldet. Das Frühstücksbuffet hat ein sehr breites Angebot für jeden Geschmack und ist qualitativ sehr gut, und auch die Speisen im Restaurant Oscars sind sehr gut und preislich angemessen. Das Hotel-WiFi ist ganz passabel. Praktisch ist die nur ca 5 Min zu Fuß erreichbare MRT-Station Promenade, von der aus man mit der Circle Line oder der Downtown Line Ziele wie Orchard Road, Chinatown, Little India, oder auch Botanic Gardens einfach erreichen kann, und in der gegenüber liegenden Mall (Suntec City) gibt es auch für kleinere, spontane Besorgungen Shops wie 7-eleven. Ein Wermutstropfen ergab sich daraus, dass das Hotel während unseres gesamten Aufenthaltes offenbar komplett ausgebucht war - was womöglich auch mit dem Chinesischen Neujahrsfest zusammenhing. Sowohl beim Frühstücksbuffet wie auch bei den Aufzügen ergaben sich in der Zeit zwischen 8 Uhr und 11 Uhr sowie am späteren Nachmittag (Check-In Phase) zum Teil recht lange Wartezeiten, und es dauerte auch recht lange, bis die Wassertemperatur der Dusche das gewünschte Niveau erreichte. Größter Nachteil der hohen Auslastung war, dass man keinen Late Check-Out (natürlich gegen Aufpreis) buchen konnte, sodaß man für eine Dusche kurz vor dem Spätabend-Rückflug auf die Lounge der Airline angewiesen war und daher etwas früher zum Airport aufbrechen musste.

The lobby smelled really nice. The check-in processed was very easy thanks to Victoria. She explained to us what was covered in our stay. Once you arrived in your room, the room was super clean and roomy with a very comfortable beds and pillows with nice amenities (we wish though that they will go back in giving free shampoo and conditioner in its own portable bottle since we would love to take home that luxury feeling at our own bathroom once in a while🤣😂🤣). Having access to the executive floor was a plus. The service that they provided was excellent. Benjamin was very friendly and attentive in providing us with our drinks and snacks. We liked going there to relax and unwind after along day of activities.

- Maps50844144032 (8/5): Good for business trips - It’s perhaps the underdog hotel not far from the CBD. You can easily walk over to Raffles City and have access to most MRT lines. Rooms are nice and bright, housekeeping good. Amenities wise not quite as up there as the rivals nearby, spa is an afterthought, gym and pool not huge and the lobby is starting to look a bit dated. If you’re looking for a Hilton brand hotel for business it perfectly does the job.

- Baru239 (10/5): A Conrad with a big heart for their guests! - I had an electric fire at home v late one night and I was alone at home. I ran out of my house and called for help from my neighbours. The firemen came and extinguished the fire. I was so grateful for them and my neighbours. But the house had acrid burning smells that lingered for days. That early morning I was at the end of my tethers, the first time I thought of was to call Conrad Marina Bay to ask if I rush there to take a shower and rest. This was 4 am. I cried as I spoke to the Duty Manager who was so kind and sympathetic. I stumbled into the hotel at 4.30 am, checked in totally drained. I showered and slept till noon and then properly realised I was sleeping at the hotel! Conrad Marina Bay is top notch with its guests and this is why I continue to a regular there for my staycays! Thank you Conrad for giving me a place to stay when I most needed - comforting and familiar place

We. travelled with our 10 year old who was made to feel very welcome with a small robe and slippers and neat little bed made up on the room sofa. We stayed in an Executive room and made full use of the facilities and service that comes with this. The late check out on the last day was particularly appreciated as was having a room ready for us on arrival from the UK. Benjamin and all his colleagues in the Club Lounge were top of their game in hospitality. We would definitely stay here again when next passing through Singapore.

We chose the Conrad for great location and great reviews, I have to say I am a Lifetime Diamond member so the benefits were also attractive! I had to say the whole experience was first class!! I had extensive communication in advance of arriving wanting advice and guidance… the hotel responded with great courtesy and efficiency. Out check in was seamless, very helpful and informative. Our experience of the executive lounge was outstanding! Great service and a warm friendly greeting every time. Our room was fabulous, everything you could ask for and a great view from the 31st floor. Highy recommend and would love to return with no hesitation.
- svitsas (10/5): Great family holiday - We have had a wonderful time staying in the family 2 bedroom suite. It is the perfect size for a family of 2 adults and 2 children, as we each had our own space plus a spacious lounge area to share. We all loved the little gifts left each day such as pandan scented chocolates, Singapore themed coasters and shortbread cookies. Also, a big thank you to Risa for a wonderful experience at the executive lounge! She was wonderfully friendly, and spent time giving us great suggestions for places to visit. Our family has had a wonderful stay, and look forward to coming back in the future!

- DRSRG (8/5): Wonderful location and even wonderfull staff - This hotel by the location is by far the best in business A bit old in terms of design but the upkeep is very good. Staff is super accommodating in terms of an early check in or any other requests to make your stay comfortable. My stay was very short but I felt that these guys have learnt hospitality the right way.

- christmm (10/5): Exceptional Stay at the Conrad - The Conrad is a beautiful property located in the Marina Bay District. While the hotel is lovely and in the rooms are elegant and spacious, the real outstanding aspect of the property is the incredible service provided by all the staff. We were simply overwhelmed with the attention given to us by front desk staff, housekeeping, lounge staff, and more. It really was a special experience.

She brings such a calm but super positive energy and is always so cheerful and easy to talk to—it instantly makes everything smoother. What really blows my mind is how insanely knowledgeable she is about Singapore. She seriously knows the place inside out, down to the smallest details, and explains things with total confidence. It’s honestly amazing how well she understands Singapore despite being Filipino—her knowledge feels 100% local. You can really see the passion, dedication, and effort she puts into everything she does. Desiree is an absolute rockstar and such a pleasure to work with!

The rooms are spacious & very comfortable & service of these above & beyond. Breakfast was a feast with great variety, fabulous coffee & excellent service. The breakfast restaurant was very popular so it did get busy & noisy but the service did everything possible to look after every guest. Start your day early on the weekends. Nurisa at the executive lounge was so helpful in recommending shopping and restaurant sites in addition to welcoming us and remembering our names just after one meeting. The breakfast buffet gave ample choices and gave us a good head start to our days. The central location in Marina Bay and proximity to the MRT station made it very easy to explore Singapore. Turndown service was a nice touch as well. Overall, a great stay!

- danuta (10/5): - Sehr nettes Personal. Due Lounge ist zwar klein aber immer war ein Platz für 2 Person vorhanden. Am Pool war lange sonnig. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Hotel ist gut gelegen um die Stadt zu erkunden. MRT Station ganz in der Nähe. Auch zu Fuß ist man ganz schnell bei Merlion Alles perfekt
