It didn’t have a common area and only had 1 study chair. 4 of us had to share 1 bathroom. We didn’t have any mugs in the room. It was not very functional for 4 pax. Hence it was not very comfortable.

- bansal (1/5): Far from a genuine 5-star experience, with outdated rooms, maintenance issues, and disappointing service throughout the - Great location The property is old and rundown and nowhere near the 5-star standard it advertises. The rooms were tiny, and the shower/toilet area was so cramped you could barely move around comfortably. Cleanliness was also disappointing, with dirty shower tiles and cobwebs in the room. On top of that, the air conditioning wasn’t working properly, the wash basin wouldn’t drain, and features like Apple AirPlay and Chromecast on the TV didn’t work either. Overall, it felt more like a 3.5–4 star hotel charging full 5-star prices.

It was within walking distance to Pavilion and a longer walk to TRX (about 10 mins), very convenient if you want accessibility. The hotel was tucked away and generally quiet, good for unwinding after a day of walking and shopping. The room was spacious and clean.

We were sad we never had any windows with views at all. The bar on the ground floor was disappointing. We ordered night cap drinks because there were lounge singers, but the bar staff service was poor. I ordered a gin with lemonade and what arrived was a tonic. I asked for a new one with Lemonade and they said they don't know what that is and proceeded to tell me it was my fault for saying tonic. I explained i don't like tonic. When they came back with a new one it was the same drink with a squueze of lemon. We thought perhaps we would give them another go on night two and this time I ordered soda water lime and gin and I got flat water and gin and I was told soda water doesn't have bubbles. Rather than stay for another drink we went to another place close by. The staff attitude towards customers was poor, and given you weren't busy, you may want to rethink that going forward. You could really improve sales if staff listened to the customer.

Un grand merci à tout le personnel de l’hôtel, particulièrement à Safayet et Ozmul, qui ont été serviables et toujours souriants. Leur accueil a vraiment fait la différence durant notre séjour. En revanche, l’expérience à la réception a été plus mitigée. À notre arrivée, après plus de 28 heures de voyage avec un bébé de 2 ans, la dame présente (dont je n’ai malheureusement pas le nom) n’a pas été très cordiale ni compréhensive. Nous espérions pouvoir bénéficier d’un check-in anticipé, d’autant plus que ce service est proposé par l’hôtel. Malgré notre fatigue évidente. La solution qui nous a été proposée a été un check-in 3h après notre arrivée, soit 1h30 avant l’horaire normal. Nous avons donc dû attendre et dormir dans le hall, ce qui a été particulièrement difficile dans ces conditions. Cela dit, cet incident à l’accueil ne remet absolument pas en cause mon avis très positif sur l’hôtel dans son ensemble. L’hôtel est propre et bien entretenu. Le petit-déjeuner est excellent, avec un large choix. La piscine est également très agréable, d’autant plus qu’elle est partiellement ombragée, ce qui permet d’en profiter sans être exposé en plein soleil. Enfin, le cadre est parfaitement adapté aux familles. Dans l’ensemble, un très bon séjour que je recommande. Le petit incident à l’accueil

- Christopher (7/5): Schönes Hotel wenn der Lärm nicht wäre - Wir hatten das Familienzimmer mit Hochbett und unseren Kindern hat das sehr gut gefallen. Die Betten und Kopfkissen empfanden wir als sehr bequem. Die Zimmer waren großzügig, alles war soweit sauber und das Hotel insgesamt schön gestaltet. Das Personal war besonders freundlich und höflich. Süß war der Empfang mit einem Schokobrownie und einer Schokoladeneule. Die hat leider nur nicht lange überlebt :). Das Hotel ist an einer großen Kreuzung gelegen und daher empfanden wir es sehr laut. Vor allem wenn nachts die lauten Motorräder oder Spritautos vorbeifuhren. Desweiteren empfanden wir das Doppelbett mit ca 140cm als zu klein. Meine Frau und ich hatten leider Magen Darm Probleme nach dem Essen im Restaurant am Abend.

Highly recommended - Refurbished new and chic room , wish they could have Nespresso it will be prefect The location and building design are lovely, with a green planter box. However, one day, a worker came to cut down the tree and plant. Also, last night, above my room guest kept banging on the floor non-stop.

- Aiman (8/5): Great location and friendly staff, but some maintenance improvements are needed. - The location was excellent — everything was within walking distance to popular places. The room was clean, cool, and comfortable, although not very spacious. The staff were friendly and they give me a late check-out. The room shower drainage was not good — the water would quickly overflow after a short shower. I also wished the window was in the room instead of the bathroom. The hotel could use some maintenance.

- Fenella (9/5): Best buffet breakfast ever! - Fantastic location - walking distance to all your needs. Pool was lovely and gym was very well equipped. And the best buffet breakfast I think I’ve ever had! Lots of noise from the room next door. First time was cleaners, second time was the family staying there. Perhaps not very sound proof.
- Michael (10/5): A good choice in the heart of Bukit Bintang. - The hotel is located in Bukit Bintang with shops and restaurants all close by. The room was well-equipped and updated. The breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. The staff were very helpful and friendly. It was also good value for money.
