- Julie (9/5): Fabulous! Great base to explore from. Would stay again. - Location was fantastic to go see Split Enz at ICC. The room was lovely and absolutely soundproof with a partial view of Darling Harbour. Loved the breakfast buffet - special shout out to the omelette man for his work! Only minor things. The beds were very comfortable but the pillows were too soft for us. Room service food was quick but not very tasty.

- Emma (3/5): Disappointing - Glad to see a water fountain on our floor! I was accidentally overcharged for my room by $54 and told on the day that a refund would be processed that day. I called reception 2 days later and was advised that the refund would take up to 14 days to process and was also told that the $50 deposit for bond could also take 5-7 days to be returned to me - I have never waited that long for returns of funds and think it is absolutely ridiculous. I will definitely not be staying there again based mostly off that alone as I have never had issues with bond returns and the lengthy time wait. The room was dark and for the price I feel that the standard of the rooms are very poor. Our room had multiple scuff marks and in desperate need of a face lift.

We managed to visit many places without using any form of transport, and there are several restaurants just a few metres away. The breakfast is truly exceptional. Finally, it is worth noting that the entire staff was extremely polite and attentive. I didn't give a score of 10 just because I think that, considering the daily rate, parking should be included. I understand that the space is limited, but this was a factor that led me to reduce the score.

- Janet (7/5): Adequate, very pricey for the standard offered - Location is good with regards to vicinity to the train station and also reasonably close to Darling Harbour restaurants Booked and paid extra for three in the room but no extra towels supplied. They were sent to the room when requested but when the room was made up the next day again they only left towels for two. Pillows were too soft, flattened immediately. The alternative offered when asked was too firm.
