• Steve (1/5): There should be rules about disturbing other guests! - The staff was very helpful and friendly. The other guests that stayed there as well was totally rude. They woke us up at 3am with laughing and singing. We asked them to tone it down and they just went on. It went on for about an hour.

Sad that yourl could not do anything on behalf of a client. It shows that Booking. Com just accepts whatever these owners say in response complaints. I have reported my issues and should be on record

When we arrived to check our rooms they were still renovating them. The owner was rude and did not refund us. Do not book this awful you will regret

The staff then offered a better room, which was cooler, still no Aircon or working space. The bed at least had clean sheets. The towels were clean but worn out. Plaster was coming off the walls. No soaps and shampoo in the bathroom. It is not the kind of place Booking.com normally includes in their offerings. Very disappointing

The back up generator assisted a lot during loadshedding. The lodge looked dull and neglected,The room was not tidy it had a lot of dust. I ended up cleaning the room myself. The TV had only three channels. I reported the matter, but no one helped me. The bedding and towels are old, and they need to be changed.

We booked for a weekend, rooms were not cleaned, didn't have bin in the room, side bed lamps had no globe and we were hearing everything that happening on the other rooms and that was not comforting at all😏. They had almost 3events on that Saturday I believe they were not suppose to accept us. Everything was about them we couldn't sit where we wanted due to the events they had. And the Shower too small and too high

Com it doesn't specify that you book a cottage or a room I didn't see that option it will be great if you can add it Mosquitos the rooms need to haveproductd misquitos, the staff has great customer service and you can also renovate the bar area and get a licence.

• Tinashe (8/5): Welcoming place to stay - Home away from home - What a welcoming place to stay at. After a long and trying day, my stay at Afropolitan felt like coming home - to peace, quiet and tranquility. Shower clean, linen clean too. Working TV and spacious room. Will definitely come back. Personal touch too, being welcomed at the parking lot.
