• David (5/5): Security deposit not returned. Overpriced for what you get - but the shuttle service was excellent. - Bed was comfortable. The bathroom was quite dated and the shower was too low for me (6ft) The hotel hasn't returned my security deposit despite a month passing and me leaving the room as I found it. It's been impossible to contact/hear back from anyone. The staff member at the front desk who checked me in also acted somewhat bizarrely. She spoke like a character from a Manga cartoon reading off a script - totally disingenuous and robotic.

• Patrick (10/5): Overall, the stay was very convenient and comfortable, with great airport access, reliable shuttle s - The stay was very convenient due to its close proximity to the airport, which made everything much easier for us after our flight was canceled. We ended up staying for two days, and the experience was smooth and comfortable the entire time. The airport shuttle service was excellent—reliable, quick, and made transportation to and from the airport completely stress-free. Another big advantage was the location; it was also very close to SoFi Stadium, so we were able to easily get an Uber from the hotel and spend our extra time exploring the area. Overall, the convenience of the location and transportation options really made the unexpected extra stay enjoyable and hassle-free. The main thing we didn’t like was the stress and inconvenience caused by our flight being canceled, which is what led to us needing a last-minute two-night stay. While this wasn’t the hotel’s fault, it did create an unexpected situation that we had to adjust to quickly. At times, it felt a bit hectic dealing with rebooking plans and changing our travel schedule on short notice. Other than that, there wasn’t much to complain about regarding the property itself. The hotel actually made things easier once we arrived, especially with the reliable shuttle service and convenient location, which helped reduce some of the stress from the travel disruption.

• L (10/5): - Et virkelig pænt sted, vi kom sent og tog afsted næste morgen, så vi brugte ikke rigtig hotellet. Men førstehåndsindtryket var virkelig godt og personalet meget søde. Det lå tæt på lufthavnen, så vi kunne sagtens gå fra lufthavnen til hotellet

• Nicholas (10/5): Great short stay - Beds were comfortable. Staff was lovely. The GM actually helped us bring our bags to our rooms as she saw we were struggling. The room was basic but not bad. Shower could use an improvement.

Al momento de retirarnos del establecimiento, se nos cobraron dos días de estacionamiento, a pesar de que solo utilizamos el servicio durante un día. Informé esta situación al personal, indicando claramente el uso real, pero aun así se procedió a cobrar por dos noches. Adicionalmente, se nos volvieron a cobrar impuestos que ya habían sido previamente pagados a través de Booking. Debido a la urgencia por tomar el shuttle al aeropuerto, no tuve la oportunidad de revisar detalladamente la factura en el momento. Sin embargo, durante el trayecto me comuniqué de inmediato con el hotel para informar lo ocurrido, sin obtener respuesta. Posteriormente, desde Booking me indicaron que se gestionaría el reembolso. Hasta la fecha, he completado en tres ocasiones el formulario correspondiente para solicitar la devolución de este cobro indebido, sin recibir respuesta alguna. Considero que toda esta situación se podría haber evitado si el personal de recepción hubiera atendido adecuadamente mis observaciones en el momento, en lugar de desestimarlas.

Personnel très aimable, big UP pour le personnel du restaurant présents au petit déj (FIRMIN et JORGE). On était pourtant juste à coté de l'aeroport mais ce n'était pas trop bruyant, je n'ai pas beaucoup entendu les avions. La salle de bain était un peu "passée". Elle était propre mais les installations étaient vieillottes. Et les vitres de ma chambre étaient tellement sales que je croyait que c'était du verre "fumé'.

• Duncan (9/5): LAX stay 2026 - Great location, very handy for the airport, surprisingly quiet considering the location. Staff on the desks and restaurant are very helpful, this is our 6th/7th visit here but still our LAX go to. A pleasant, convenient and comfortable stay. Rooms are now getting a bit outdated.
• Hernan (8/5): - Charging US14,95 daily for wifi is a ripoff. That´s what I pay monthly at home. Nowadays seldom hotels charge for this service, specially at an airport, where many foreign travelers stay at airports for connections r¿to other detinations.
• Emily (1/5): Not worth the visit. - The room was clean. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone traveling. I booked my room months in advance and requested an early check in time with no responses via messages or phone, the days before I would be getting there I was told they saw my request but said nothing because they were booked fully. I get there and they apologize and say they will send a bellhop to retrieve our bags and put it in our room and that they would call us when it was ready. We waited for 3 HOURS, with no calls, texts, anything. It wasn't until my boyfriend asked in which they said our room was ready AN HOUR AGO!!! We made our way to our room to find our bags weren't there, they were sitting in a cleaners closet. We brought the bags up ourselves to our room and the room was nice. The only bad thing was that there was no air conditioning and the windows were bolted shut. I've been at many hotels where they allow you to open it but small enough to where no one could fit through, so when they tried to say it was for safety it seemed like total BS to me. The room heated up fast and we constantly had to be walking in and out of our rooms just to cool off. This place was ridiculous and not worth my money. Oh, and they also charge $15 for wifi per device.

• Around (7/5): - The room and the view They attempted to rip me off 529.00 dollars claiming I ate 250.00 dollars of merch at the restaurant with the shiti3ss menu in the western hemisphere I ended up doing Uber eats and thank GAWD it was an Olive garden nearby I can barely finish a child's cheeseburger at Wendy's and when people especially black people see a black person of wealth and status they will do everything to rip you off that happened to me at this hotel and the frigging elevators malfunctioned

• Mark (1/5): I would not repeat due to unjustified charges. - Whilst the hotel and the staff are good beware of extra charges. I elected to have a late check out which was noted as $50 on the TV in the room but at the reception they charged me $80. I also drank a bottle of water that was noted as $6 but charged more than double on my credit card. At checkout I was told I would be emailed a copy of my receipt/invoice which never happened despite me following up a number of times. All quite fishy.

• Craig (2/5): The Only plus: staff are courteous. - 1/ Hotel's website stipulates Parking is provided at $67 per night. However, the hotel rents its parking spaces to a Park-N-Fly firm, which leads to 99% of the spaces being occupied.  Therefore, hotel guests are Forced to utilize Valet parking at $70 plus tipping.   This is Misrepresentation in my book.  2/ There's only 1 tiny restaurant on site, and the food selection is limited and the quality is a disgrace to the Renaissance/Marriott brand. 3/ My bathroom had a Foul smell.

• Maximilian (8/5): Für 1-2 Nächte bestimmt eine sehr gute Wahl um in der Nähe von LAX zu bleiben. - In meinem Fall traf ich auf freundliches Personal an der Rezeption und am Eingang, einigermaßen saubere Zimmer, und die Betten waren für mich bequem. Das Hotel hat dazu noch eine ansprechende, eigene Optik und gutes Design, und das Gym ist, dafür, dass es ein Hotelgym absolut in Ordnung. Kostenloser und regelmäßiger shuttle service zum Flughafen. Dusche in der Badewanne, WIFI kostet

Transfer to the airport was well organized and on time. I could not manage to open the shower tap. Maybe have instructions in the bathroom???
