Travelwolf51 (8/5): Unterm Strich war es in Ordnung, tolle Lage des Hotels und sehr ruhig. Vielleicht arbeitet man an Kl - Super Frühstück, war hervorragend wie immer schon ! Schönes ruhiges Zimmer und bequeme Betten. Das Zimmer war sauber und die Reinigung funktionierte sehr gut. Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal ! Das Zimmer war diesmal eine halbe Weltreise vom Aufzug entfernt, obwohl ich nach der Buchung in einem Gespräch mit der Rezeption erwähnt hatte, dass meine Frau kürzlich erst eine neue Hüfte bekommen hatte und ich auch nicht so fit bin. Kleinigkeiten im Zimmer, auf die man hätte achten sollen. Shampoo war nicht aufgefüllt, so dass wir uns welches bei der Reinigungskräften selbst besorgen mussten und die Halterung für das Shampoo war nicht in Ordnung, dass es erst gar nicht funktionierte.

Clean and tidy Great location Very helpful staff Balcony Underground secure parking The gentleman on check in even gave us a room upgrade ! No English television (I’m scraping the barrel for a negative to be honest) The bar food was expensive for poor quality how ever they did pre-warn me that the full kitchen wasn’t open before hand and were more than happy to facility uber eats later on.

Wolfgang (8/5): Gutes Hotel als Ausgangspunkt für eine Stadtbesichtigung - Gute Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zur U-Bahn und nur 5 Stationen bis zum Marienplatz. Mit dem Auto von der Autobahn schnell zu erreichen. Unübersichtliche Parkplatzsituation in der Tiefgarage, da viele Parkplätze vermietet sind und dadurch nur relativ wenige Parkplätze für Hotelgäste vorhanden sind. Frühstücksraum zu klein und deshalb oft überfüllt.

Susanne (7/5): Das Pullmann schickte Emails, ob man Sonderwünsche hätte. Reagiert dann aber nicht darauf. Schade! - Zimmer war ok. Sehr ruhig. Lage ideal, um schnell ins Zentrum zu kommen. Schön ist auch der Garten mit den Strandkörben und der Wellnessbereich. Der Frühstücksraum war total überfüllt und glücklicherweise hat uns das Personal in einen angrenzenden Raum geführt, sonst hätten wir das Frühstück mit ins ZImmer genommen. Total laut, total eng. Wir haben uns vermutlich durch den zwangsläufig sehr engen Kontakt mit Hotelgästen aus der ganzen Welt am Frühstücksbuffet ein Bakterium eingefangen, weil wir beide zwei Tag nach dem Aufenthalt krank geworden sind und inzwischen Antibiotikum einnehmen müssen. Das Frühstück-Gewusel im Pullmann ist eher abschreckend!

Dr. med Jens (6/5): - Gute Lage und moderne Ausstattung. Nettes Personal im Restaurant. Leider war das Bad bei Bezug völlig verdreckt und es wurde erst nach der zweiten Aufforderung gereinigt. Die Dame an der Rezeption schien eher genervt von der Beschwerde. Eine Entschuldigung gab es nicht.

Plenty of places to eat within 20mins walk Airport bus stops near to hotel Bed and pillows were comfy Can rent large umbrellas for 2 euros from reception for 48hours Had an iron and ironing board which you rarely get in hotel rooms these days You could choose by scanning a QR code whether you wanted your room cleaned or not Free sparkling water by the bottle in reception Balcony was basically a glass box with a small window rather than a balcony and the view from the balcony isn't nice

Adi (10/5): מלון מעולה לשהייה במינכן למי שלא חייב להיות במרכז - המלון ממוקם ממש על תחנת מטרו ותוך עשר דקות אפשר להיות במרכז העיר. האזור מאד נעים. החדרים מצויינים, מאובזרים ונוחים מאד. חנייה מתחת למלון בתשלום נוסף. המלון ממוקם חצי שעה נסיעה משדה התעופה.

KATERINA SOLOMOU (8/5): Guests should receive the type of room they originally booked. - It was the third time that I stayed in this hotel which in general I like. None of the previous times I have experienced any problem but this time, although I have booked two superior rooms with balconies they gave me other rooms without balconies. Eventually, after considerable insistence on my part, they changed our rooms. I was even forced to explain that I was accompanying a gentleman with sleep apnea who needed access to a balcony in order to receive oxygen some times. However, the new room’s balcony was unsuitable because it was exposed to the rain and was not a covered balcony like the ones I was familiar with. I dint say anything at all. I believe that guests should receive the type of room they originally booked, superior with balcony, and that it is unacceptable for a staff member to respond that this is not possible due to overbooking.

Kurt (6/5): Angenehm und gut für einen Wochenendtrip - Zentrale Lage und ruhig im Quartier Reinigung nur auf Bestellung. Zimmer im untersten Stock oberhalb Eingang und zu hinterst im Hotel. Preis ist zwar gut aber das Zimmer war nicht Premium wie verkauft, sondern Standard.

Michaela (9/5): WIR KOMMEN WIEDER ! - Wir waren eine Gruppe von 13 Personen und ich hatte bezüglich der Zimmerlage Wünsche die ich vorab nochmals per Mail kommuniziert habe ... und trotz unserer wirklich späten Ankunft kurz vor Mitternacht hat ALLES perfekt geklappt (sogar das gewünschte Zimmer mit Verbindungstür war hinterlegt und vorhanden) und der Herr an der Rezeption war überaus freundlich, kompetent und schnell ! Dafür gibt es 10++ von uns ! Auch die Bardame war am ersten Abend ein absolutes Highlight - perfekte Cocktails und FREUNDLICHSTE Bedienung durch sie und ihren Kollegen bis weit nach der Sperrstunde - Danke dafür ! Die Zimmer im Pullman sind sowieso wirklich in Ordnung und auf 4-Sterne-Niveau und haben auch allen meinen Freunden, die im Gegensatz zu mir zum ersten Mal in diesem Haus waren, sehr gut gefallen. Hier stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis wirklich (im Gegensatz zu Häusern die im Zentrum liegen). Deshalb ist das Pullman mein Stammhotel bei allen meinen München-Aufenthalten (auch wegen Tiefgarage und der Möglichkeit mit der U-Bahn in 8 Minuten mitten im Zentrum zu sein, denn die Station liegt direkt beim Hotel) Das mit der Zimmerreinigung, die man selbst mit Scan "organisieren" muss ist sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig (das Schild dafür liegt beim Zimmerbezug am Bett) und klappt leider nicht immer so perfekt. Diesmal sind auch die Kaffee-Tabs für die Zimmer ausgegangen ... aber hier muss man dem Hotel zu Gute halten, dass sofort angeboten wurde jederzeit den Kaffeeautomaten unten bei der Rezeption nutzen zu können.

Stefan (8/5): Perfekt!!! - Die Lage ist top! Direkt (50m) an der U-Bahn-Station. Man ist schnell überall, wo man hin will. Das Hotel ist sauber und aufgeräumt. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Zimmer und Bad sind sauber und haben eine ausreichende Größe. Wir hatten ein Zimmer in der 5. Etage, also muss man in der 4. Etage umsteigen. Der Weg von einem Fahrstuhl zum anderen ist sehr weit.
Irene (7/5): Immer wieder gerne. - Die Lage des Hotels ist gut. Die U-Bahn-Station ist praktisch vor der Tür und man erreicht die Innenstadt in kürzester Zeit. Eine Flasche Wasser im Zimmer wäre schön. Neuerdings muss man das Wasser selbst abzapfen am Empfang. Die Parkgebühren sind stattlich.

Heike (5/5): Lage war top - Die Lage und Ruhe. Und die Betten. Wir haben wunderbar geschlafen! Es ist alles ziemlich verwohnt und in den Details nicht sauber! Das Personal bei der Ankunft könnte aufmerksamer sein und erklären, wie die Fahrstühle funktionieren, wie die Reinigung der Zimmer funktionieren usw…Aber die waren alle sehr freundlich!
