Although we didn't require anything during our stay it would have been nice to see someone at reception especially at night.

• Boz (10/5): - Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt im Levni Plus Hotel sehr zufrieden. Besonders möchten wir uns bei Hanifi Bey für seine Aufmerksamkeit und Gastfreundschaft bedanken. Er war immer hilfsbereit und hat sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert. Das Hotel war insgesamt sehr sauber, die Zimmer wurden regelmäßig und sorgfältig gereinigt. Das war uns sehr wichtig und ist wirklich positiv aufgefallen. Außerdem waren wir zwei Frauen und haben uns jederzeit sehr sicher gefühlt. Hanifi Bey hat auch in dieser Hinsicht sehr gut auf uns geachtet und alles dafür getan, dass wir uns wohlfühlen. Wir können das Hotel mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Hanifi gave us perfect recommendations around the area and places/restaurants to visit, he even booked us a reservation for a sunset tour! The hospitality and sincerity was really appreciated and we will definitely visit again in the future!

Ideal für einen Städtetrip nach - Das Hotel hat insgesamt einen sehr guten Eindruck hinterlassen. Besonders die Lage ist unschlagbar sowie die Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel ist hervorragend. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und stets bemüht, den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Der Check-in verlief reibungslos, und auch bei Fragen oder Anliegen wurde schnell reagiert. Die Zimmer waren sauber und ordentlich. Besonders positiv fiel die tägliche Reinigung auf. Insgesamt ist das Hotel eine klare Empfehlung für alle, die eine zentrale Unterkunft in Istanbul suchen und Wert auf ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis legen.

• Nisa (1/5): Teleurstellend - Locatie was top, je was binnen enkele minuten bij SultanAhmet, Hagia Sophia, sirkeci, eminönü Teleurstellende ervaring – geen service en slechte hygiëne Wij kwamen met ons gezin aan bij het hotel, maar er was niemand bij de receptie. We hebben zeker een kwartier buiten moeten wachten voordat er iemand kwam om de deur open te doen. De persoon die uiteindelijk verscheen, kwam met allerlei smoesjes in plaats van gewoon excuses aan te bieden. Tijdens ons verblijf was er geen ontbijt beschikbaar en er kwam niemand naar ons toe om te vragen hoe ons verblijf was. Het personeel was erg afstandelijk en onpersoonlijk. Er stond vrijwel nooit iemand bij de receptie; voor alles moest je bellen, wat erg onhandig was. De kamers zagen er op het eerste gezicht luxe uit, maar waren absoluut niet schoon. Er lag stof overal, en er lag zelfs een haartje op mijn bed toen we aankwamen. De wasbak werd niet schoongemaakt nadat hij vies was geworden. De housekeeping vroeg voortdurend of hij iets moest schoonmaken, maar onze kamer werd uiteindelijk helemaal niet schoongemaakt, ondanks dat ik het bordje “Maak schoon” had opgehangen. Al met al een erg teleurstellende ervaring. Er is duidelijk weinig aandacht voor hygiëne en gastvrijheid. Geen aanrader, zeker niet voor gezinnen die service en netheid belangrijk vinden.

• Natalie G. (8/5): Lage & Sauberkeit top! Zimmer sehr klein - Die Lage ist top! Es sind alle Touristenattraktionen fußläufig zu erreichen und auch die Anreise mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel von SAW Flughafen war gegeben. Das Zimmer und Badezimmer waren sehr sauber. Leider war das Zimmer extrem klein obwohl wir eine bessere Kategorie gebucht hatten. Somit sind wir mit Preis Leistung nicht sehr zufrieden. Das Zimmerfenster war in einen kleinen Innenhof gerichtet und darunterliegend ein Restaurant. Leider war der Abzug auch in der Nacht recht laut und es hat immer wieder nach Essen gerochen. Für unsere Bedürfnisse war das Zimmer genau richtig! Vorallem die Lage ist too u d es war alles sehr sauber und das Bett sehr bequem!

• Alfredo (10/5): Perfect location for tourists, nice area (Sirkeci) full of shops and restaurants, friendly staff. - Location is excellent, very well connected with metro, ferries, tram, buses. This is fundamental if you want to visit Istanbul in all its greatness. The hotel is at walking distance from every tourist location you might want to visit in the city (Sultanhamet, Galata, Bosfor, Bazars), plenty of nice typical restaurants. Staff was superb, in particular Abdullah very professional, friendly and polite. We celebrated a birthday there and when we came back to the room, we found a delicious cake with a warm message form the hotel: very appreciated detail that means they care about guests. Our room was very nice and was cleaned every day, even if sometimes we were going out at noon. Also, you can use swimming pool, sauna and turkish bath at the Hotel Levni, 2 min walk form the Levni Plus. We basically liked everything and enjoyed our 8-nights stay! We did not choose to have breakfast because in our opinion the additional price was too expensive, but in the area we found a lot of nice spots to have breakfast. Apart from this, nothing to report.

• Himanshu K (6/5): - The rooms for us and kids were good though disconnected. Kids room was a bit smaller and had frequent issues with bathroom being locked and AC shutoff automatically. There was no one at reception either but there is a person on whatsapp who would always call and respond. There were no utensils or food services on the site as well.

Restaurants, public transport, historical sites etc Nicely decorated rooms, comfortable and also clean There isn’t anyone at reception so we did have to wait a while for someone to check us in. They leave a WhatsApp contact number for you to call but no WiFi password so that number isn’t useful in contacting anyone before connecting. However, we did see the housekeeper regularly and she was always friendly. And when we needed the aircon fixing they sent a technician quickly.
• Pamela (4/5): A disappointing property. - The facilities and storage in the room were adequate. The surrounding noise from the trams (50mtrs away) which ran from 0600 to midnight, the excessive noise from the Pub on the next corner which ran from 2100 - 0100 with loud music, cheering and clapping. The soundproofing for the room was totally ineffective. The property is small. The 'lobby' is a desk and a couple of chairs and is entered via a bar & restaurant which does not belong to the Hotel. There is a sister property the Levni Spa 5 mins away which is a much better property.

• Keng (10/5): Fantastic value for a luxury room - Our breath was taken away at the first luxury appearance of our room in Levni Plus, which we obtained at a great value price. Located in a very central area between Eminönü and Sultanahmet, it is ideal for sightseeing all the top sights. The decor befitted that of a suite in a branded hotel, and the bed was comfortable to sleep in. A good family restaurant, Ti Amo, is on the ground floor, where we had our dinner twice. Not the hotel's fault, but Istanbul transport has made the journey from the airport to this central area a true pain, involving at least 3 metro lines. This branch of Levni also has virtually no hotel facade, or is difficult to make out from street level, so was difficult to find at first, but we do want it to our insider secret, don't we? 😊

• Feezou (1/5): You should find elsewhere unless you can sleep with noise and no air - The only good thing about this hotel is the location Dilek from housekeeping was very helpful and friendly We were upgraded for two nights but this compensation was not enough as our experience was still horrible (sleepless nights) First of all there was no receptionist present on place when we do the check in. We had to call them. Once in the room, it was too small (the photos are not as it seems) the television does not work, the room was noisy because there is a ventilation next to the room, there is no air conditioner you cannot breath at night so you need to open the window and the noise is non-stop because of the ventilation beside it and pigeons. I work in hotel myself and honestly my expectation was not met, very disappointing so I will not recommend.

• Salah (4/5): Disappointing - The reception staff's treatment was very bad. I had a problem at the beginning of my arrival. They changed my hotel on the first day of arrival without my request, under the pretext that the first hotel was full. Then I told them that I would extend my stay, and after four days of my arrival, they told me that I had to leave. Their treatment was very, very bad.
• Syeda (9/5): Amazing 100% recommend - An amazing location. Super clean, friendly staff, modern room with modern amenities. I would 100% recommend to anyone staying in Istanbul to stay here. The location itself is reason alone for coming here. Everything else is a happy bonus. Technically I don’t think I stayed in the “plus” hotel. Upon arrival we found out there’s 3 hotels? The plus one is under maintenance so we actually had to move to their “Hotel &Spa” branch. Would have been great to have known about the upgrade/change beforehand because would have bought some spa clothes to make full use of their facilities. But this isn’t a complaint - everything else was still perfect.

• Khandakar (5/5): Not staying there again. Only good thing was the convenient location. - clean bathroom Whenever we went to reception, there was no staff. We always had to wait for ages for someone to show up. There is no bell to ring for attention at the reception either. The room has no air conditioner. The temp was set at a fixed temp and it was too warm for us, could not change the temp on thermostat. So rang the reception at night for assistance and there was no answer. The room was absolutely tiny! There was hardly any space for 2 people to move comfortably in that room.

Everything you “must see” in Istanbul is within walking distance, approximately 10-15 minutes. You don’t have to take a taxi or any other means of transportation, even the most distant (touristic parts of Istanbul) parts are a 45-minute easy walk. The neighborhood and street itself are safe, unlike some other parts of Istanbul. All around are shops and restaurants and it’s really lively street. Rooms are great, spacious. Bed is comfortable and pillows are veery good. You have everything you need inside. The prices at the restaurant below, which is connected to the hotel, are a bit expensive but we ate once and it was ok. The service is friendly. Our flight was canceled for another day. When we sent an email, no one answered us. We tried to call the number offered by booking, but the person on the other side sounded like a hot line. It seemed that number was not connected to the hotel at all. “She” asked very strange questions and until the last moment we didn't know what would happen with the reservation even though it was paid in advance. When we arrived at the reception, we were greeted by the receptionist who "couldn't find our reservation" even though I showed the reservation confirmation and payment 4 months in advance. Hr asked us to pay for one night in cash, and that the manager would come tomorrow, check our payment and give our money back. I refused, insisting that they show me the reservations in computer, where of course we found my reservation, but a day earlier. It is important to note that I told him earlier that the reservation was not that day but the day before... I don't know if there was a misunderstanding or if it was an attempted fraud…
