Δημήτριος Π (9/5): Προσοχή στην λεπτομέρεια για να γίνει ακόμα καλύτερο - -Το ξενοδοχείο ήταν καθαρό, κάθε μέρα περνούσαν και καθάριζαν και άλλαζαν πετσέτες. -Σε κεντρική τοποθεσία -Τα κρεβάτια, αφού μας αναβάθμισαν στο τρίκλινο ήταν πολύ άνετα και το δωμάτιο ευρύχωρο. -Το προσωπικό πολύ καλό και προσπαθούσε να βοηθήσει. - Αν και στα δύο πρώτα δωμάτια το aircondition είχε κάποιο θέμα μας αναβάθμισαν ( το ένα χωρίς χρέωση, το άλλο με χρέωση) και όλα ήταν καλύτερα - Σε γενικές γραμμές είναι ένα ξενοδοχείο που αν προσέξει την λεπτομέρεια θα γίνει πολύ καλύτερο. -Το πρωινό είναι πολύ βασικό, χρειάζεται κάποιες μικρές αλλαγές και προσθήκες -Το deluxe room με τα μόνα κρεβάτια είναι πολύ μικρό, δεν είναι με τίποτα 30 τετραγωνικά μέτρα, ίσως 15 και τα κρεβάτια είναι μικρά ( προτίμησε το luxury triple)

Inchaallah L'ascenseur trop long à atteindre ! Et les oreilles trop épaisse j'ai eu un torticolis dommage qu'il n'y avait pas plusieurs choix de coussin oreilles disponible dans la chambre la poire de douche cassé !

Jose Rinaldo (8/5): Dias maravilhosos em Istambul - A localização é maravilhosa, numa rua principal com muitas bares, lojas, restaurantes, farmácias, mercados tudo pertinho … dá pra ir a pé pra todos os principais pontos turísticos de Istambul … o hotel é muito limpo, os funcionários são atenciosos e ajudam se você precisa de informações. Gostei muito. O elevador é minúsculo, só sobe 2 pessoas por vez. A recepção fica no segundo andar. Os quartos são bem bem pequenos, o que pra organizar malas é um problema. Mas é super limpo, camas super confortáveis e o banheiro é muito bom.

Ekaterina (7/5): Если вам нужен отель только для ночевок, то, учитывая цену за проживание - хороший вариант для недлительной поездки. - Идеальное расположение - все достопримечательности в пешей доступности, рядом метро, автобусы, паромы. Чистое постельное белье и полотенца (хотя и довольно уставшие). Приветливый персонал. Ежедневная уборка (но без смены постельного белья). Хороший напор воды (и холодной и горячей). Стабильный интернет. Слышимость между номерами. Шум с улицы неизбежен, учитывая расположение отеля - поэтому к этому пункту претензий быть не может, просто учитывайте это при выборе. Но слышно даже о чем разговаривают в соседних номерах. Отель уставший, все очень потрепанное и изношенное. Зеркала - все зеркала в номере были золотыми, поэтому девушкам рекомендую брать с собой зеркало для макияжа.

Закуската в хотела ни разочарова. Нямаше никакво разнообразие и не беше вкусна. Когато я видяхме предпочетохме да закусим някъде другаде извън хотела. Отделно би ми се искало да е малко по-чисто. Но като цяло смятам, че за тази цена хотелът е много добър!

I booked and stayed at Burj al Istanbul (not sure why the name of the hotel is different now). Rooms are extremely small. I paid extra to get the largest room (the suite) and it was the size of an average room in all the other hotels I stayed in. Rooms are seriously outdated. Need work asap. Furniture in stains. Appliances need repairs. The hotel is SMOKING. Even if you don’t smoke, other guests do and your room will be filled with smoke. Front desk allows smoking. I actually mentioned once and they said it’s ok. The housekeeping comes every day. Not sure whether they do anything but I know they fold your used towels. How do I know this? I stayed 10 nights and had a towel with holes the whole time. Not sure why do they need to be folded again and again. The service was not pleasant at all. The person at the Front desk talked like I am a charity case. Even “good morning” through teeth. Usually Turkey is known for customer service. Definitely not this hotel. Location is good, somewhat noisy but didn’t bother me. However, you will have to walk to or from the nearby road if you are coming by taxi.

Cristian Marinescu (9/5): Turcește! - Este situat chiar lângă Piața Taksim, la 5 minute de mers pe jos. Pentru cine merge cu Pegasus este ideal pentru că l lasă la maxim 10 minute de hotel Shuttle bus-ul, dacă merge pe jos lălăit . 9E de persoana fizica, puțin mai ieftin dacă plătești în monedă locală. Este renovat, s au ocupat de toate amănuntele legate de cazare. Camera mea a fost mică, dar am avut absolut tot ce mi a trebuit. Pentru seară ai toate terasele pe care ți le poți dori la 100 m distanță. Mic dejun de nota 10: În primul rând ambianța de pe terasă, apoi varietatea de produse; au avut până când și supă, să nu spun ce supă bună... În ciuda celor plăcute mai sus, este cam zgomot noaptea. Zici că ești la Olimp în anii '90.... Vorba regretatului Amza Pelea, Nea Mărin: jos iar nuntă, iar dans, iar zbânțuială.. Când căutați hotelul o să l găsiți în mijlocul unor terase pline de oameni... Așa e în Istanbul... Dar sunt foarte serioși!

Olga (9/5): - Находится на Истикляль, завтрак, довольно чисто. Если в Стамбуле нет плесени в душе - это уже успех. Тут ее не было. Окна номера выходят на шумный переулок: кафе, концертный бар, кальянная. Было очень шумно, заснуть не могла.
Кузнецова (9/5): Вцелом неплохо - Очень хорошее место размещения - центр, поэтому все очень близко. Номер чистый и каждый день делают уборку и смену полотенец. Завтраки скромные, номера небольшие, если ночью народ гуляет и веселится, то в номере все слышно

Дончевская (8/5): - Центр міста, номери маленькі але компактні. Все є необхідне. Рідке мило, шампунь в дозаторах, питна вода, капці, холодильник, чайник, кава чай, картонні стакани. Сніданки суп, варені яйця, овочі, фрукти, джеми, чай, кава. Рушники замінювали кожного дня і приносили 2 бутилки 0.5 питної води, прибрали.

The location was perfect with easy access to the city, the rooms were clean, and everything was neatly organized in its proper place. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the food was delicious and of high quality. I didn’t encounter anything that didn’t go well; everything was very well organized and ran smoothly throughout the entire stay. From arrival to departure, every detail was thoughtfully handled, creating a calm and very pleasant experience.
