• Maksim (9/5): We truly enjoyed our stay and felt very comfortable throughout the entire visit - We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were very comfortable, with large and cozy beds, and everything was very clean. Fresh towels and clean bed linen were always provided, and the housekeeping staff cleaned the room daily and changed the towels every day, which made our stay especially comfortable. We also really appreciated that drinking water was provided every day. The room was equipped with a good hairdryer and a kettle, which was very convenient during our stay. The staff were extremely friendly and always tried to help in any situation, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The location of the hotel is excellent - right in the city center, with everything within walking distance and very convenient access to transportation. The entrance is located through a quiet courtyard, although there is currently some construction work going on there, so it can occasionally be noisy during the daytime. However, mornings and evenings were peaceful and nothing disturbed us. One thing to keep in mind is that the hotel does not have an elevator and is located on the fourth floor, which may be difficult for elderly guests or for those traveling with heavy luggage. Also, we would like to mention that despite information saying breakfast could be purchased separately, the hotel currently does not offer breakfast. However, this was not a problem at all because there are many great cafés and restaurants nearby where you can easily have breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The only thing we would suggest improving is the information about breakfast on Booking.com. Currently, it mentions that breakfast can be purchased separately, but in reality, breakfast is not available at the hotel. It would be better either to remove this information from the listing or, if possible, to introduce a breakfast option in the future, as the current description can be a bit misleading for guests.

Ресепшн готов помочь со всем, подсказать места и дать полезные контакты. При уборке поменяли полностью постельное, когда был на это запрос, т.ч. вообще все отлично. Когда заехала в номере было много плесени в углу на стене, которую непонятно почему не убрали. Попросила об уборке -на следующий день ее устранили, но хотелось бы чуть больше сразу внимания к номерам. У меня в номере также немного шумел холодильник, т.ч. спала в берушах.

• cornix (9/5): - spacious and clean room with comfy beds and a huge walk-in shower, and they even provided slippers. on the first night of my stay, I was given a room without a balcony, even though I had booked one. however, they changed it the next day.

Персонал был очень вежливый Мы знали из отзывов что попадать на этаж надо по большой лестнице, но для нас это не проблема. Единственное что было из негативного - где-то над отелем клуб и в ночь с субботы на воскресенье был рейв до 4 утра. Во все остальные дни музыку выключали до 12

Abbiamo sempre fatto colazioni in caffetterie diverse, perchè ce ne sono davvero tante nei dintorni. Personale super disponibile e premuroso. Ruben e Marian sono stati molto premurosi sia prima del nostro arrivo sia durante il nostro soggiorno. Se i 4 piani a piedi non sono un problema, consiglio al 100%

• Natalia (10/5): Meine Unterkunft in Jerewan - Ein kleines, gemütliches Hotel mit sehr freundlichem und hilfsbereitem Personal. Es liegt im Herzen von Jerewan, nur wenige Gehminuten von den wichtigsten kulturellen Sehenswürdigkeiten entfernt. Alles, was man braucht, ist bequem erreichbar.

Все достопримечательности в шаговой доступности. Очень отзывчивый и добродушный персонал, ежедневная уборка номера и белоснежное постельное белье создали атмосферу уюта и комфорта. Заселение произошло быстро и очень удобно. Mariam подсказала где можно отведать прекрасную местную кухню, и ее рекомендации были изумительными. Если представится возможность посетить Ереван еще раз, то только с остановкой в этом прекрасном отеле.

As an Armenian visiting my own country for the first time. The hospitality off personnel made me feel at home, in a country i never was able to feel at home before. A special shout out to Ruben from the reception. He made our stay extra special by giving us tips. Which helped greatly!!. 10/10 would visit this hotel again whenever im returning X

• Arti (8/5): Good value, good location, clean rooms - Central location, room was very clean, staff was friendly and accommodating The check-in process was a bit of a pain considering the lobby is a whole block away from the rooms and there's no elevator. I had to go up and down several times, sometimes with luggage, due to an issue i had with the keys (though it got resolved). Also the bathroom, while clean, had a bit of a bad smell, especially noticeable on the first day.

• Alexander (9/5): Cosy place in citiy centre. - It was quite good. The hotel near city centre, comfortable and so nice. You should try local food and I think you’ll like it) For me it wasn’t problem, but it is fourth floor without elevator. Think you should know it.

They say they have breakfast and they include a picture of breakfast on booking.com but there is no breakfast available. They advertise an airport shuttle then tell you there's no airport shuttle. God knows where these 9 and 10 review scores have come from.

The street is a bit noisy in the late hours. It is not suitable for people with mobility difficulties as it is located on the fourth floor and there is no elevator.

However its difficult to go to your room as you have to the steep stairs its challenging specially if your room is on the 3rd floor.

Hotel is on very good location, in the heart of Yerevan, you can walk to every atraction. Room was clean, everything is new. We had shower gel, bottled water, towels, slippers, hairdryer. We even got put in a bigger and more comfortable room to the one we originally booked for no extra charge. He always made side we’re were happy and comfortable, and to be honest I have no complaints. Everywhere was clean, they were helpful with recommendations and always responded quickly via WhatsApp. I would only mention the accessibility. We had to go round the back, and there are only stairs which does make things a bit difficult with suitcases.

Although the entrance to the building is not encouraging, the rooms and cleaning service is good, spacious and clean room. If you plan to use a car, you have included access to open air parking space in front of the entrance.

• Elvis (9/5): A Great stay - Shout out to the staffs! They were very nice and kind. Their recommendations made my trip easier. The hotel is very close to Yerevan's city centre shopping street so everything is easy to reach. The stairs, nothing else.
• Milana (10/5): Perfect value for money and a great place to stay - We really liked the hotel, it’s located in the very heart of the city and so close to everything. People working there are very friendly and welcoming and there’s a good option to hire a driver at the hotel to get you to some of the sights. The room and bathroom are extremely clean and spacious too. Confusing name - couldn’t find the hotel from the first try :D apart from that - everything was great.

It was not possible to park next to the hotel, because there were road works. So this was not the fault of the hotel. The adress of the hotel was around the corner, so it was a bit difficult to find it.
