• Norina (7/5): - La posizione: il centro è raggiungibile agevolmente a piedi oltre ad essere la struttura vicinissima a fermata della metro. Buona anche la colazione con prodotti freschi. Camera molto piccola al primo piano, probabilmente ricavata sfruttando l'altezza della stanza sottostante, soffitto basso e quasi priva di luce ed aria (l'unica finestra era con affaccio su un cortile interno molto stretto).

Indico e me hospedaria novamente. - A acomodação oferece excelente localização, conforto e segurança, temperatura adequada do quarto e o mais importante foi a companhia da dona Bárbara no café da manhã. Recomendo. Único ponto que achamos diferente foi a entrada da acomodação, que na primeira vez foi confuso achar.

Saimnieks Simone un viņa tante katru rītu mums gatavoja un pasniedza garšīgas un bagātīgas brokastis. Istaba bija tīra un ērta ar visu tūristam nepieciešamo. Atrašanās vieta ir ideāla. Lielākā daļa Romas apskates objektu atrodas visapkārt nedaudzu minūšu gājiena attālumā.

• Stefania (10/5): - Gazdele au fost primitoare, au avut grijă să nu ne lipsească nimic. Am putut lăsa bagajele la locație până la ora de check-in (3 p.m.). Micul dejun a fost delicios. Locație aproape de centru, la 15 min de mers pe jos, aproape de metrou și alte mijloace de transport.

• Hassan (9/5): - J’ai tout aimé à l’hôtel ! L’emplacement était idéal, proche des attractions principales, le personnel très accueillant, et la chambre confortable et propre. Une excellente expérience que je recommande vivement ! Le petit déjeuner était correct, mais comme le service était assuré par le personnel et que nous ne nous servions pas nous-mêmes, l’expérience ressemblait un peu à celle d’une cantine. Rien de négatif, mais ce n’était pas très convivial.

A tia dele é muito gentil. Dá pra fazer tudo à pé a partir da localização da acomodação. Super perto de todos os pontos de interesse. Foi maravilhosa a nossa estadia. Nota 10! É um charme o lugar! Não teve absolutamente nada de que eu não gostei. Gostei de tudo.

• Gustavo (9/5): Excelente, voltaria - O hotel fica numa localização excelente, muito próximo da estação Términi (15 min a pé), ao lado da Piazza Barberini (ponto de táxi para quem precisa sair), pouco tempo de caminhada para Fontana di Trevi, Panteon, Piazza dei Fiori, Di Spagna, etc. O pessoal da equipe (Simoni e sua tia), muito prestativos e atenciosos. O quarto é silencioso, mesmo ficando de frente pra rua, limpo, coube bem nossas malas (tem guarda roupas), frigobar, excelente banheiro, café da manhã simples, mas plenamente satisfatório, servido pelos anfitriões. Imprescindível viajar com plano de dados, visto o contado ser via whatsapp. O acesso a propriedade é feito por código para ambas as portas( 1 ao prédio, outra ao hotel - que é um espaço residencial adaptado ao hotel), mas muito simples. Wifi perfeito, sem problemas, tomadas novas, dispensando adaptadores aos brasileiros. A acomodação foi perfeita, pois é limpa, excelente banheiro e banho, perto de tudo, com uma lavanderia na mesma rua. Recomendo.

It was a little tricky to find/access, but Simone was punctual to respond on WhatsApp. We landed early in the morning and were able to store our bags there until our room was ready later. Room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was amazing! Thank you Simone and your aunt for the wonderful hospitality!

Ich hatte erwartet dass das Hamam in der Dusche inbegriffen ist - kostet aber 20€ extra pro Benutzung. Wir mussten uns wettertechnisch aber nur im Zimmer abkühlen und die A/C hat super funktioniert. Kaffe auf dem Zimmer kostet extra was ich bei über 200€/Nacht etwas unverschämt finde.

• bora (5/5): yetersiz, alınan ücrete göre hizmet yetersiz - kaldığımız oda güzel sayılırdı 1, biz burayı otel sanarak rezerve yaptırdık , bu bizim hatamız ancak bilgilerde açıkca yazılması gerekirdi buranın otel olmadığı, adam kendi evinin odalarını otel odasına çevirmiş, 3 oda yapmış ve kiraya veriyor, benim tercihim bu olmazdı bilseydim. 2, ilk otele ulaşım için , kolay bulabilmemiz için tesis sahibinden konum ve bilgi istedik ,konumu bulduk ancak attığı giriş yapısı resmi il bizim bulduğumuz kapılara birbirinden farklıydı, böyle olunca yalnış yerdeyiz diye 1 saat oraya gittik, buraya gittik, otel sahibini aradık ulaşamadık , çok ciddi sorun yaşadık ellerimizde bavullarla o sıcakta bulabilmek için çok yorulduk, yarım saat sonra tesis sahibi whatsaptan mesajla bize ulaştı , resmini çekip atttım bulunduğumuz yerin, '' doğru yerdesiniz, benim attığım resim eski resim '' dedi, sinirlerim zıpladı. niye eski resmi gönderiyon ? niye bizi yoruyorsun ? telefonla arıyorum telefonu da açmıyor, ne diyeceksen mesaj at diye yazmıs , çok entresan 3, zar zor binanın giriş yapısını bulduk, daire no : 1 diyor mesajda, yine bir sürü uğraştık, 1 nolu dairede garip insanlar kapıyı açtı, ingilizce bilmiyorlar, eee bizde italyanca bilmiyoruz , anlaşamadık. zar zor yarım saat sonra tesis sahibine mesaj yolu ile ulaşınca daire no 2 diye bir cevap verdi bana, ufacık hatalar yüzünden günüm resil oldu 4, saat sabah 11 den sonra hiçbir görevli yokmuş , bir sorun olursa ulaşabileceğiniz kimse yok 5, yorumlarda sabah kahvaltısı çok güzel- mükemmel yazıyordu, buna dikkat ederek rezerve yaptırmıştım, anack : asla güzel ve yeterli değil, incecik bir dilim ( madeni para kalınlığında peynir ) peynir, 1 dilim ekmek ısıtıyor ve bir dilim ekmeğin üzerine ufak ufak domates doğrayıp koymuş , yanında birer dilim kavun, tüm kahvaltı bu. asla incecik bir dilim yeterli değil, zeytin , yeşillik zaten yok , bal reçel vb. görmek imkansız. bu söylediğim kahvaltı nekadar güzelse , nekadar yeterliyse kahvaltı bu sadece.

• Amado (9/5): A Really Good Option in Rome. - This Place is a very good option if you want to see most attractions of Rome, it is well connected by Metro, Bus and Walking... Simone and Barbara were very helpful and friendly! Two things that are not major issues... for people with walking problems this property is challenging, there is some walking to get there and also the toilet was not working well.

A short walk and you were right in the middle of the buzz, yet no noise or commotion could be heard in the room. In the mornings, there was an excellent freshly prepared breakfast, and the rooms were spacious and clean. We were very satisfied!

• Cairo (10/5): Excellent place, would definitely come back! - Location was great! The property was very close to everything. It was a few minutes from Trevi Fountain. It was also close to Piazza Navona. We walked everywhere. We also walked a few minutes and made it to Piazza Spagna to see the Spanish Steps. Simone and his aunt were very attentive. Breakfast was served every morning, keyless entry made it easy to come and go. Simone left us clear instructions on how to get inside our first day. Overall, the stay was wonderful!
