• Amalia (4/5): Experiencia desagradable - La ubicación, tenía una parada de metro justo al lado. El apartamento estaba muy sucio. En los cajones de las mesitas de noche había pelos. En el plato de ducha había pegada una pestaña postiza.Todo el mobiliario muy viejo y roto. El sofá cama súper incómodo y los colchones de las habitaciones horribles. Para ir con niñ@s no es recomendable ya que no sabes lo que te puedes encontrar. Y lo más gracioso es que se quedan con una fianza por si rompes algo, pero que vas a romper si peor no puede estar. En definitiva, una experiencia muy desagradable.

• Kurek (8/5): Good location and large, safe, quiet place. - Very close to L1 Metro, shops, cheap restaurants. Quiet street, large shiny apartment on 3rd floor. Very comfortable for 5-6 persons: 3 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms :-) Some furniture slightly used, aged with visible signs.

• SIMONA (8/5): Quello che puoi aspettarti per un soggiorno senza sorprese - Non mancava nulla, appartamento con una temperatura buona, acqua sempre calda. Mobilio un po’ datato, ma non è un grosso problema, siamo stati a Barcellona per visitare la Città e non per fare i critici d’arte 😂

• Sergio (8/5): - La casa está muy bien y acogedora, tenía de todo y la verdad que la estancia fue muy buena. El trato con los arrendatarios era muy bueno, cualquier problema que tuviera siempre preguntabas y estaban para lo que necesitaras. A la hora de entrar el primer día preguntamos y nos facilitaron entrar antes sin ningún problema. Muy bien ubicado y con parada de metro al lado. Muy aconsejable.

Purtroppo ho trovato il phon rotto e mi sono dovuta aggiustare..il divano era un po' scomodo ,in compenso tutto il resto nulla da dire..

• julien (6/5): Séjour convenable à Barcelone - L'hébergement est très bien situé juste à côté d'une bouche de métro. Il y a deux salles de bain et de toilettes ce qui est confortable à 7 personnes. L'appartement ne ressemblait pas du tout aux photos aucune décoration, les murs étaient sales et pleins de traces. Aucune décoration. Et Les radiateurs étaient pleins de poussières.

• Dawid (3/5): Dobra lokalizacja, słaba organizacja. - Świetna lokalizacja - blisko sklepy, restauracje, Lidl, stacja metra. Bardzo łatwy dostęp do apartamentu. Obiekt pozwala robić rezerwację dla 7 osób lecz wyposażenie - ręczniki, pościel była dla 5. Nie chcieli uzupełnić w trakcie pobytu mimo zgłoszenia problemu. Kuchnia mogła by być lepiej wyposażona. Trochę zaniedbana część wspólna w salonie.

• Giorgia (8/5): It was nice and comfortable, the owner was very friendly and useful. - It’s near the subway station, it has anything you might need near by. The place isn’t really big but in seven people we fit comfortably for a few days. The dishes were dirty when we arrived and some of the towels and beddings weren’t perfectly clean.

• Mellositos (8/5): Great location and access to transport links! - Great location, close to Sant Andreu metro station, bus stops, grocery stores and some lovely neighbourhood restaurants. Spacious apartment that comfortably accommodated 4 persons for an 8 night stay in Barcelona. The virtual locks to enter the building and apartment were a bit challenging especially if we didn't have data or the wifi signal dropped. No body wash or hand soap in the bathrooms. Would have been nice if the TV had wifi/streaming capability but not the end of the world.

• Ingrid (5/5): I will mot stay here again - The balcony beds were not comfortable. I like when I go to places that have cleaning supplies, kitchen towels, laundry detergent etc. This place didn’t have any not even hand soap. Not enough towels or bathroom carpets

• Mičuchovci (4/5): Disappointing - The kitchen equipment was fine, we didn't miss anything. The location was nice. Everything was dirty and dusty, the walls worn, stained. There is mold in the shower. There were no sheets for the duvets, only a sheet. Some of the beds creaked when turned. The street is quite busy late into the night.
• Zsolt (8/5): It's a good accomodation for good price, in spite of the noise of the night. - The flat is perfect for 6 people, It is equipped with everythink you need to cook. There are more supermarkets and cofee shops within some 100 m. The solo bed creeks even for a little move. The sofa in the living room is large enogh, but is not too bequem. Trashbins on the street are emptied every dawn, and they are much too noisy operations. There is a restaurant under the flat, which closes at the night and their shutter is also noisy a bit when it is closing.
• Daniel (1/5): I do not recommend this apartment if you care about a successful trip - Location among local people Prices in the area lower than in the center Close to the subway - The three photos in the listing are completely of a different apartment which completely affects the appearance of this apartment in the booking listing. On the spot, the owner informed me that "the booking photos are only illustrations". This is unacceptable... The offer is misleading. The owner did not answer the phone or come to explain the situation. - One person did not get a towel despite assurances that there would be one for everyone, and then no willingness to provide it. - The couch in one of the rooms very uncomfortable and damaged. - Dirty apartment. Dust clouds, hair behind the couch, dirty refrigerator.
