• Marco (10/5): The best concierge in town - Two main highlights: the location and the staff. The location is absolutely brilliant. You are never more than 15 minutes away from any of the major landmarks and attractions. Lots of great restaurants are a stone's throw from the property. The staff is outstanding. They are always available, offering support and suggestions for things to eat and do. We had a super early check out, and they offered to prepare an early breakfast for us. The evening before leaving, not only did they book a taxi for us, they texted me to remind me that I should book a taxi! They even helped me organise a surprise for my partner. Very rarely have I found this level of service in my travels

• Saina (9/5): - Nice hotel with big rooms in a great location. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is simple and good quality. The rooms toward the street can be noisy at night so bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper.

They offered wine from their winery in the evening and they keep out sweet treats all day. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Room we stayed in was very large. The beds could have been a bit more plush. It was a pretty hard bed which is fine but not like a typical plush hotel bed. We had the room next to the breakfast area so it was loud in the morning, starting as early as 7am.

• sarah (10/5): Great stay in a great location - Apartment had everything you needed. Great space and facilities. Bed was a little on the firm side. We unfortunately managed to get a mossie in the bedroom and had quite a few bites. The common area on the 2nd floor was great and the buffet breakfast was very good, beware of the jug of the orange juice, lift the lid off as 2 sets of guests managed to get it all over them as the lid came off when pouring. The coffee was great and pastries fantastic. Staff were lovely and gave us brilliant restaurant recommendations. Overall a fantastic stage in a fab location. Would only say the bed as it was a little firm for us.

Colazione buona e genuina da noi consumata last-minute, anche oltre l'orario, grazie alla disponibilità di Katia che prepara un'ottima colazione "tropicale" per la presenza di frutti esotici, da noi apprezzata. Posizione ottima e camera molto spaziosa, dotata di tutti i comfort del caso. Piccola pecca il cortile interno, per meglio corte, che abbiamo trovato trascurato e non in linea con gli standard molto alti della struttura. Non che si debba fare chissachè essendo uno spazio "chiuso" di passaggio, ma quantomeno renderlo gradevole con un sistema di verde consono, non con qualche vaso qua e là.

• Zoe (9/5): A characterful accommodation in the heart of Florence - We based ourselves here during our Florence trip. The location was super convenient and no more than 10 minutes walk from all major sights in Florence’s Historic Centre. We loved the spacious suite (Bianca) which had a generous bedroom, sitting room and spacious bathroom. The decor was very tasteful and it was a joy to wake up in a room with high ceiling and windows looking out onto the piazza below. It was also nice to have a communal kitchen with tea/coffee on tap and freshly baked cake! The staff, Kaia in particular, couldn’t be more helpful. Highly recommended!

The apartment was in a quiet location, yet very close to the main attractions. We had everything we needed during our stay. The breakfast was a well-prepared buffet-style breakfast. The lady in the kitchen was very warm and helpful. Simple note for those planning to stay at Oscar Apartment: there is no need to carry your luggage upstairs for check-in. You can leave it in the building downstairs, as the apartment is located on the ground floor. Nothing at all.

• Achim (10/5): Peruzzi Urban Residences ist eine hervorragende Hotelperle in Florenz! - Diese Unterkunft hat eine 12 verdient! Zuallererst ist das Personal mit seiner äußerst freundlichen, zuvorkommenden und kompetenten Art hervorzuheben! Insbesondere R. hat sich in unbeschreiblich empathischer Weise um uns gekümmert! Sie hat stets alles getan, dass wir uns in der Suite der Residence jederzeit wohlfühlen! Ansonsten ist die Lage hervorragend. Die Residence liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Und dennoch erreicht man in weniger als 10 Minuten zu Fuß jede der großen Sehenswürdigkeiten in Florenz. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, abwechslungsreich und immer frisch. Es gäbe noch soviel Positives zu berichten. Für uns steht fest, sollten wir wieder mal nach Florenz reisen, werden wir auf jeden Fall eine Suite in dieser fantastischen Residence buchen! Die Matratzen sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, und sollten bei Gelegenheit mal getauscht werden.

Staff creates an immediate sense of community with their residence - offering always available coffee, fruit, water and a great breakfast Residence has old world charm with modern amenities - five star service at a competitive price -where the staff goes the extra mile and is always accessible! Great for couples , solo travelers , families - great for all . You feel safe relaxed and welcome. My son is setting abroad in Florence and I will be back! Likely multiple times! I didn’t like that I had to leave!!

Llaria and Roberta have been incredibly informative and helpful. Their warm hospitality made me feel cared for not just by the hotel, but by the genuine people who truly value their guests.

I was given lots of recommendations for things to do/places to eat. The room and common areas were nicely decorated and very clean. Breakfast was very nice- lovely fresh orange juice. There was 24 hour access to snacks, mineral water, tea/coffee in the communal kitchen. The room was surprisingly warm in winter for an ancient tower! It was a very memorable stay. I would definitely come back! The bathroom could be updated a bit. Would be nice to have a bath.

Scaffolding was erected around the front of the building and, for one night of our stay, work took place early in the morning, disturbing us.

The tea and cakes available at all times were a lovely touch, and so was the fridge with a compartment for each room. We travelled with a baby and felt very welcome too.

• Cara (9/5): Peruzzi is Lovely :) - The staff were so welcoming and kind. The facilities were well equipped and clean. The location was fabulous. The Vittoria room is off the breakfast room so there is some (we understand (!) unavoidable) noise early in the morning. The lift is interesting!
• Marcelle Olivier (8/5): Great location and spacious room, but it could be better. - The location is excellent, in the historic center and close to everything. The hotel is on the 2nd floor of an old building, full of charm, with a very spacious bedroom and bathroom. The breakfast was very good! Roberta and Nathalie were very attentive and kind. We had problems with the air conditioning in the room (the temperature was always between 24-24°C, very hot). In addition, our bathroom had a problem with the water heater - the hot water only lasted 2-3 minutes and then only cold water came out. Every day we finish the bath with cold water. Another negative point is the noise of the room - impossible to open the window at night and even closed there is a lot of noise coming from the street. The heat in the room and the cold water in the bathroom made us very upset, after all it was included in the daily rate.
• Fang (8/5): Beautiful boutique hotel with great customer service - Small cozy boutique hotel in a historic building. Very nicely renovated and decorated. Good location too. The best part is the staff. Roberta and Ilaria were so eager to help us with any questions from restaurant choices to local attractions to wine selectiobs. Nataly the breakfast lady was also very nice and attentive. You can sit and relax in the large shared living area and there is always snack to grab in the kitchen. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Ik zat in een appartement aan de binnenplaats waardoor ik heerlijk het raam open kon doen. Ontbijt in een van de statige kamers was heerlijk en de aanbeveling van Roberta van het restaurant waar zij ook graag komt, Antico Noe, was subliem.

Staff were incredibly helpful, nothing was too much trouble (thank you in particular to Roberta and Natalie). Our room was enormous, much larger than we expected. Photos didn’t do it justice. It was overwhelming trying to choose somewhere to stay in Florence, but feel we absolutely hit the jackpot with Peruzzi Residences, thanks for looking after us so well. I would definitely highly recommend this accommodation to everyone - 10/10⭐️ Nothing!

• Alexandra (10/5): - Peruzzi Urban Residences in Florence was the perfect hotel for us. Great location near city center. Reasonable room rates. Attentive concierge willing to assist with whatever we needed. Daily breakfast included. There was a common area/lounge/living room we used throughout our stay which came in handy since we had 4 separate rooms filled w/ family members. After checking out, luggage was stored for free and we still had access to the common area. We'll def stay here again!
• Wen Yi (10/5): Great location, friendly staff, comfortable room - Location was great, very central and walkable to main sights, but just off the main road so wasn’t noisy at all. Roberta was so sweet and helpful, the staff at breakfast were also super friendly. Having a small breakfast laid out in the morning was a delight as well. Room was large, lovely decor, lots of space to lay everything out, everything was very clean. Shower temperature was a little bit finicky, you’d have to monitor the tap pretty closely to get your ideal temperature throughout. Not a deal breaker though and you’d ultimately still get a hot/warm shower.

Iliana was wonderful and great communication, making arrive and departure very easy. The little touches, arrive drinks, biscuits In the rooms, slippers, air conditioning was a plus and the mosquito plugs. The breakfast was plentiful. Thank you to The housekeep who greeted us in the morning and kindly made us coffee. Our room/apartment ‘Oscar’ had its own entrance through a cute little court yard. The apartment was equipped with a kitchen and lounge. It was quiet! being off the many street and not in the main house. In no way a complaint, but may the bathroom/shower could use updating, the grout and silicone alittle tired

• Graeme (10/5): A truly amazing and wonderful stay. Wish we had longer. - This home away from home was an amazing experience. All the staff from the front desk to the hospitality staff to the cleaners are all so impressive, warm & welcoming. The place itself is huge and covered in history. The staff are a credit to the owner. We definitely have to come back to this place. There was nothing that we didn’t like.

• Yuyin (10/5): Highly recommend and I would stay here the next time I'm in Florence - Everything. We stayed in the Bianca Suite and the room was so nice and big with high ceilings. The main thing is that it was really clean. For me cleanliness is really important. I requested a cot and the sofa bed set up for my kids. Both were ready on our arrival. The cot was set up really nicely. They also have a living room area and kitchen that is for communal use with leftover pastries, cake, and fruit from breakfast. There is also tea, coffee and water you can help yourself to. The location is great. The staff is great. I'd stay here again! Just the elevator. The property is on the 2nd floor but because each level is quite high, the flights of stairs are quite high. The elevator is quite old and the doors aren't that wide. We couldn't get our pram in it. We have cybex priam.
• Vera (10/5): Superb property, highly recommended - Very nicely decorated, clean, inviting, perfect location. The staff is superb, very attentive , perfectly organized. Breakfasts are great too. I loved to have a glass of vine one afternoon with Roberta, the manager. It was fascinating to hear about the history of the building and the owners. I highly recommend these beautiful apartments.

From the minute we arrived, the staff were so welcoming and even though we were just dropping off our Luggage offered us coffee and refreshments. Roberta was exceptionally helpful, recommending an excellent restaurant for dinner and organising an early morning Taxi at 4:30 am.! and they were so kind and insistent on leaving us a selection of pastries so that we didn’t miss out on breakfast when we were leaving so early I would prefer a walk in shower as it is a bit of a challenge climbing into a roll top bath if you are not tall.!!

• Jillian (9/5): Warm, welcomed stay in Florance. - Loved the location. It was walking distance to everything. The breakfast was excellent with eggs, meats and delicious fresh bread. It was nice having access to the kitchen and coffee. Staff was super friendly and helpful. They offered great suggestions for restaurants and sites. Our room was very spacious. The bed was comfortable. The air conditioning is was not great. It was a bit warm in our room but that’s standard in Europe.

• tylert356 (10/5): We're glad we stayed at Peruzzi and will happily return - Our stay at the Peruzzi Residences was fantastic. We enjoyed the attentive service of Roberta who provided great suggestions for food / directions / sites to see during our stay. We also appreciated the breakfast spread prepped by Natalie (if I recall the name correctly) each morning -- she provided excellent service and was in a cheerful mood -- and during a hot day, she provided our room with a tower fan that made a nice difference. The location is incredible and is located a few blocks away from many popular sites, but it's just far enough away from the crowds to provide a little space and quiet. The building was once an old watchtower, which adds to the ambiance of stay. Communicating through WhatsApp was straightforward. They provide check-in directions and the key code to the two sets of doors that you need to pass through. Very smooth experience all around, and the room was spacious and comfortable. We would happily come back another time.
