- Edith (8/5): Lo consiglio per la comodissima posizione e il collegamento tram per il centro storico ! - la posizione vicino al tram - 5 fermate per il centro Letti super comodi ! Appartamento carino e pulito con qualche piccola macchia di cafè sulla parete nel angolo colazione. Le tende oscuranti troppo chiare - entra luce troppo presto al mattino.
- Diogo (9/5): Estadia ótima. - O apartamento corresponde ao que está descrito no site. Ele é amplo, limpo e confortável. A localização é boa, mas é um bairro residencial e não turístico. Há estações de tram na esquina (não de metrô). Há uma excelente padaria na esquina (da rede Der Mann) e um supermercado também (Spar, fecha às 19h30). As instruções para check-in e check-out são bem transmitidas e recebemos mensagens para checar se está tudo ok. Não lidamos em nenhum momento pessoalmente com funcionários. O principal problema é a rede wi-fi, muito instável e que cai constantemente. Também o horário do check-out é cedo, às 10h. Creio que seria melhor se pudesse ser às 11h ou até 12h.
- Andrea Lucio (10/5): Ottimo e buona posizione - La struttura è posizionata molto bene, ci sono più linee tram che passano proprio sotto casa, quindi comodissime per arrivare ovunque. C’è un supermercato a due passi dal portone di ingresso. Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Consiglio di fermarvi in questa struttura. Più che altro non avere persiane/serrande ha come contro che il sole arriva alle 5/6 la mattina dritto addosso e la sera si sentono macchine e tram (per me non è un problema perché comunque andavamo a dormire più tardi), ma se si ha il sonno leggero può dare fastidio.

- Miller (8/5): Good spot to stay but a little too small. - The property was more than adequate but I should had paid more attention to the photos associated with the actual room I booked. I was expecting a bigger room but that was my mistake. Looking at the listing again I should had new able to figure that out, live and learn. The room had a single window that opened into a small shaft like area with now view of anything and little air flow. When window was open and we were just talking at night a neighbour hollered at us to be quiet.
- Jenny (10/5): Very pleased with our stay. Would stay there again. - Exceptionally neat, clean and good water pressure in the shower. Instructions I received to get from the train to the accommodation as well as the door code worked well. Any questions I had were answered promptly by the association. The room was too warm (24 C). I used the instructions to make the temperature cooler, but it didn't work. That was the only negative against the accommodation. The other was it wasn't very close to city center.

- Marina (10/5): - The residence was excellent! Very spacious comfortable clean and with many usefull facilities (ex dishwasher, washing machine, iron etc). I think I would have selected an area closer to the city center only for convenience. The building had a tram stop right underneath the road which could take you either to the city center or the nearest Praterstern train station which is very big and central. The Augarten park right behind the appartment building is a must-see headen secret! We had a lovely long walk inside this magnificent park which is actually pretty big! The only disadvantage I have to mention for the actual appartment is that the curtains - although very pretty- were not blackout curtains and therefore they were not completely blocking the sunlight in the morning and we would wake up from 6 am in the morning from the light coming in. Otherwise it was very big, very pretty and comfortable appartment.

De plus une supérette à proximité permettant les achats divers et variés. L'appartement est neuf ainsi que le mobilier Si vous comptez dormir tard pas de volets et des rideaux non occultants pour un réveil au première lueur du jour

The apartment was right next to Straßenbahn stations and an U-Bahn station in walking distance. Very impressed with the place. Had all the amenities one could think of, a well equipped kitchen, a spacious room, even a wardrobe. Not really a problem for me, but there was no natural light coming into the room. The window opened into a VERY narrow yard between buildings, so if you want views, they're not guaranteed.

- Anastasiia (9/5): - I really enjoyed my stay. The location has excellent transport connections, making it very easy to reach the city center. There are tram stops and a supermarket nearby, which is very convenient. The apartment was clean and well-equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. I would be happy to stay here again in the future.

Butas buvo pilnai aprūpintas technika ir kitais reikalingais įrenginiais (lygintuvas, TV, kavos aparatas it t.t.). Kadangi šalia yra tramvajus linija, šiek tiek jautiesi vibracija (gyvenau pirmam aukšte) pravažiojant tramvajui.

- Susanne (8/5): - Gute Verbindung Es war alles vorhanden, schön dass ein paar Kaffee Kapseln bzw Tee da sind Vielleicht sollte man an der Haupteingangstür einen Arm oben befestigen, damit die Türe nicht nur so einem Knall zufällt.
- Oliver (9/5): Wir werden wiederkommen. - Es war sehr unproblematisch einzuchecken und die Information, dass ein Parkplatz für 8,- € pro Tag in der Nähe ist, war sehr hilfreich. Die Lage war klasse und die Straßenbahnhaltestellen der Linie 5 und 2 ermöglichten ein schnelles vorankommen in jede wichtige Richtung. Schlafzimmer , Bad und Küche waren hervorragend. Die ruhige Lage hat uns sehr gut schlafen lassen. Der Komfort im Wohnzimmer und Essbereich war durch die etwas unbequemen Sitzmöglichkeiten nicht ganz erstklassig. Der Fernseher war für uns nicht ganz so einfach zu bedienen.

- Juliane (7/5): super Apartment für einen Kurztrip in Wien - super Lage, sehr schnell mit Bahn/ Bus am gewünschten Ziel (Stadtzentrum); einfacher Check-In; Ausstattung wie beschrieben die Sauberkeit war leider nur mäßig, teilweise waren Müllreste unter dem Bett oder in den Schränken; Geruch in der Wohnung bzw in der Toilette
- Kateryna (10/5): - Great location, the apartment is right next to the bus stop, less than a two-minute walk away. Clean and spacious. Everything you need is there. There is no elevator in the building, so you will have to carry your luggage up the stairs, but this is not a problem as there are only three floors.
- Estin (9/5): - Asukoht oli väga hea, kesksed vaatamisväärsused olid pooletunnise jalutuskäigu kaugusel, ühistranspordiga sai eriti kiiresti kohale igale poole. Ümbruskond tundus väga normaalne, turvaline. Ööbimine oli väga kena ja puhas. Majutus oli väga sõbralik ning abivalmis ja vastas väga ruttu probleemi korral, olen väga tänulik!

- ELIZABETH (10/5): Súper recomendable y bien comunicado. - Todo estaba genial. Ubicación perfecta, súper comunicado con toda la ciudad. Quizás que el estractor no fuera más potente porque al abrir el horno salió humo y empezó a sonar la alarma. Pero todo fue perfecto.
- Isabel (7/5): Apartamento bien equipado. - Apartamento completo. Cocina bien equipada. Tiene buena ubicación con tranvía, del centro a 20 minutos. Supermercado a 2 minutos andando, panadería cruzando la calle, restaurantes a 5 minutos andando. Almohadas muy blandas.

- Simone (8/5): Will book again - The apartment was in a very accessible area and also extremely quiet. We didn't have any noise from the street and it felt very cozy. The kitchen was full equipped and easy to use The couch in the kitchen was very hard and uncomfortable, so not very pleasant to sit in.

Wohnung: Räume parfümiert/chemisch beduftet. Wohn-/Essbereich nicht sehr gemütlich.

Mein Mann und ich haben von 30.12.25 bis 01.01.26 gebucht auf Grund von Booking.com Rezensionen die dort leider sehr positiv sind! Wir hatten das Apartment 3 im Erdgeschoss gebucht, und wir waren zutiefst enttäuscht von der Sauberkeit und Hygiene! Was auf den Bildern nicht zu sehen ist dass im der Toilette ein starke Urin Geruch ist, wie auf einer Raststätte auf der Autobahn ! Auf gar keinen Fall mit weißen Socken dort laufen... Die werden schwarz (siehe Bilder) Wir haben uns entschieden am 31.12 morgens, also nach einer Nacht obwohl wir zwei Nächte gebucht haben den Unterkunft zu verlassen! (siehe Bilder) Ich würde auf gar keinen Fall empfehlen hier zur Übernachten. Total verdreckt

- Alessandra (10/5): - appartamento ottimo stato e pulitissimo. Forniscono un codice per l'accesso all'appartamento. Purtroppo essendo italiani siamo abituati ad avere il bidet vicino al wc e/o comunque una doccia nella stesso bagno. Loro hanno il wc dentro una stanza e in tutt'altra stanza hanno la doccia con il lavandino. Rimane pertanto scomodo dopo aver usato il wc recarsi nell'altro bagno per potersi lavare. Questo pero' fa parte delle loro abitudini nel senso che gli appartamenti sono fatti tutti cosi.

Зрозуміла інструкція для входу в помешкання, власники постійно на зв’язку Із посуду для приготування їжі була лише одна маленька каструля, не вистачило сковорідки
