• Poleg (9/5): Overall it is a nice place - The place is clean. The shower was great, the bed was comfy, and the room had space. Great location. Easy remote check in and check out. There is no big mirror for the body, only a face mirror in the bathroom. The elevator was uncomfortable when you check out.

Struttura molto pulita e confortevole, con camere curate nei minimi dettagli, anche per quanto riguarda i prodotti da bagno e doccia, di ottima qualità. La posizione è semplicemente perfetta, proprio nel cuore di via Toledo, ideale per esplorare la città a piedi (compreso deposito bagagli). Il palazzo è sicuro, con presenza di una guardia anche durante la notte, cosa che abbiamo molto apprezzato. Consigliatissimo!

• Kamila (10/5): The best accomodation in Naples - My stay in Toledo Relais Suites was absolutely amazing! The room was elegant, spacious, spotless clean, with a comfy bed and well equipped bathroom. Located in the heart of Naples, yet quiet and allowing a good rest. I highly recommend and would love to stay there again.

We were able to explore so much of the city on foot, and always felt safe coming back late at night. The room was clean and well-equipped. Great water pressure in the shower, strong Wi-Fi and a very comfortable, all the essentials were spot on. The host was incredibly helpful and welcoming, offering great local tips and quick communication throughout my stay. We really appreciated the attention to detail and hospitality.

The central location made it easy to explore the city on foot and fully enjoy the vibrant, authentic atmosphere. The room was spotless, well-kept, and very comfortable. A special thanks to the cleaning staff, who were always kind and helpful — you can really feel the care they put into making guests feel welcome and at ease. Naples truly stole our hearts with its beauty, energy, and warm people. Staying in this apartment definitely made the whole experience even more special. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience Naples up close, comfortably, and authentically. NOTHING

• Giovanni (10/5): Napoli è fantastica....qualcosa di unico - Tutto....posizione fantastica...a Napoli in quel weekend c'era veramente un caldo pazzesco, ma vista la posizione della camera siamo riuscite a far una doccia veloce ogni qualvolta lo volessimo. La camera il top, eravamo in 3 ma non ci sono stati assolutamente problemi di spazi, vi sono anche piccoli spazi di servizio molto utili. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura. A Napoli io torno spesso e questo sarà il posto dove cercherò in primis la camera. Nulla.

• Ines (9/5): Emplacement idéal, chambre cosy et très tranquille - Tout, excellent emplacement en plein centre, tout en étant très calme (aucune nuisances dans la chambre). Je recommande vivement L’ascenseur n’est disponible qu’avec la clé, du coup pour le dernier jour et à l’arrivée il a fallut monter à pied…. Comme c’était au 1er étage ça allait encore.

Si trova nel centro storico, a due passi dalla stazione della metro di Toledo, a 5 minuti a piedi dalla Galleria Umberto I, Duomo, piazza municipio, Palazzo Angioino, Piazza Plebiscito etc. La mia stanza era impeccabile, super pulita. Mi è piaciuto tutto!

• Ilaria (10/5): Soggiorno fantastico e impeccabile - Era la terza volta per noi a Napoli. È la struttura più bella in cui siamo stati. Ci ha accolto il proprietario un ragazzo gentilissimo. Le camere molto pulite, curate nei dettagli (che non è da poco sia per quanto riguarda i saponi nel bagno sia un bollitore con the e camomilla). Posizione ottima vicino alla metro, ai quartieri spagnoli e vicino ad altri monumenti da visitare. Inoltre molto silenziosa. Concludo dicendo che con mio marito ero in viaggio di nozze e all'arrivo mi hanno fatto trovare una sorpresa bellissima sul letto con tanto di vino. Vi ringrazio ancora per tutto sicuramente torneremo. Punti di forza: posizione, pulizia, silenziosa, gentilezza e disponibilità Niente. Una delle strutture migliori di Napoli per pulizia, posizione e qualità prezzo/servizio.

Lo consiglio vivamente a chi volesse passare un soggiorno a Napoli e di certo ci torneremo ❤️ Il dovere andare via😂😂😂

La posizione dell’appartamento é centrale il ché la rende molto comoda per visitare la città, a pochi passi si trova anche la metro.

Bar, ristoranti e negozi nei pressi. Unica pecca (per me molto importante perché mi trovavo a Napoli per lavoro e la sveglia ha suonato alle 7) la bassa insonorizzazione della camera. Tuttavia, ho avuto modo di parlare con il proprietario della struttura, il quale mi ha assicurato di essersi adoperato per la risoluzione della problematica. Anche questo dimostra l'attenzione per il cliente.
