The Janitors were very nice and helpful. The online service of the property did not answer when requesting a renewal and during the weekends. I have to ask many times to get an answer. On the renewal, I had to ask the new code. It was not provided.

Tuvimos un problema en Sao Paulo y mi vuelo salio 8hs mas tarde y me abrieron a la madrugada cuando tenia q llegar a las 9 de noche. El dpto esta bien equipado. A nuestro parecer le faltan arreglos y mantenimiento.

Token operated washer/dryer onsite makes doing laundry easy and convenient. I would definitely return!
- Leila (10/5): Great place to stay! - Carolina, the host, was really great. She answered all my questions and helped me with everything.. The apartment was spotless. Cotton Towels and bedsheets were white and quite new. Tv with flow, with q selection of HBOmax, Netflix, etc. Good wifi. The kitchen was equipped but with so many good places to eat around the area I didnt use it. Shower was really good; aircon functioned perfectly. The room also has a safety box, iron, hairdryer, and the great thing is it had black out curtains so I slept in everyday. Location is really good, subway and bustop 100 m. Away, plenty of taxis, atms and everything you might need. The neighbourhood is safe. There wasnt a thing I didnt like, but I would maybe add an electric ventilator in the bathroom as Buenos Aires is so humid. There is a window but it would make it better.
