- Nadia (1/5): - This was one of the worst stays I’ve ever had. The apartment was in shockingly bad condition. I experienced what appeared to be bed bugs,Which affected my sister's eye، and the hygiene throughout the property was unacceptable. There was no shampoo, soap, or toilet paper in the bathroom. The kitchen had no basic cleaning supplies, the cups were filthy, and both the microwave and cooker looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The pillows were in terrible shape, and the entire place had a strong, unpleasant smell.
What made it even worse was the host’s attitude. When I reached out for help, I was completely ignored. No assistance, no apology nothing. The lack of responsibility and professionalism was appalling.from 26th of November not sorted yet with the host or Booking.com
I strongly advise avoiding this property. It needs serious cleaning, maintenance, and a host who actually cares about guests.
- Roux (1/5): Supprimer ce logement - Rien La personne pas aimable du tout me préviens à 15h30 soit 10min avant d’arriver sur place qu’on ne pourra pas entrer avant 20h alors quel était au courant qu’on arriverait à cette heure sachant qu’on venait de Bretagne et pourquoi parce que le logement infester de punaise de lit partout c’était sale fin un carnage donc je demande remboursement et on me demande de payer en plus n’importe quoi donc obliger d’aller beaucoup plus loin pour avoir un remboursement
- Dany (1/5): Mauvaise appartement il faut tout nettoyer et faire des travaux svp - Bonjour, donc j’ai vraiment beaucoup de regrets parce que il y avait des insectes dans la maison mais on a pas qu’un seul nuit donc essaye un peu d’aller faire un tour dans cette maison vous allez voir donc si vous voulez, je peux vous envoyer même des vidéos que j’avais fait même des photos dans cet immeuble-là. Donc si vous me permettez envoyez-moi les liens, je vous envoie les photos et les vidéos dans cet immeuble-là donc vous avez pas le droit de mettre encore quelqu’un là-bas parce qu’il sera de quoi, il y a des insectes partout dans la maison, donc c’est vraiment regrettable quoi donc ça m’a vraiment déçu. Donc Durand j’ai commencé à réserver chez vous, c’est la première fois que je sois vraiment décidé dans ce niveau-là. Non regrettable jamais de ma vie jetait vraiment déçu ils y’a des et punaise dans cette maison
- Maritess (1/5): A disaster experienced. - Theres nothing to be like in this place except for the location. Nothing. From getting the keys up until midnight, it was a disaster. The heater and shower were too hot. The whole place was not cleaned, furnitures was too old especially the bed in upstairs ,had some insects /bedbags. It was really a disaster experienced for us. Due to bad experiences, we didn't stay our 2 nights. There's no way we're booking here again.

- Derek (1/5): Ruined Wimbledon tennis day. - Nothing One hour before we arrived, we were contacted by the property, and they cancelled our booking, leaving us with a massive problem because we were there for wimbledon tennis and had no were to stay. They replied to our first text saying they would refund us but then did not respond to any further texts. We had to contact our credit card company and go through the complaint procedure before getting our money back 3 weeks later.

- Sampath (1/5): Unsatisfied - We booked 3 bed rooms house (Check in -24.12.2023 and check out - 26.12.2023), but at the last moment they changed it to 2 bed rooms house promising a 15% discount. They have not refunded even that 15% as yet. One family had to sleep on a sofa bed.

- Elizabeth (3/5): Terrible stay you get what you pay for just read the reviews carefully before booking this property - Approximately 6-7 mins walk to tube station This property was in very bad repair, broken handles, wallpaper peeling off, faulty light fittings, broken towel rails, blinds broken and not working. All taps in the house were leaking and when it rained one night water poured in through the bedroom and down into the lounge. The area was average and really do not have many positive things to say about the property. To top all that off there was construction in the adjoining house and also the house across the road and at the back of the property. It was very noisy from 6am in the morning except Sunday morning. The pipes also made a terrible groaning sound during the night and we had to get up 4 times to turn on the taps to relieve the pressure and stop the noise!!

- Lewente (7/5): Decent valu for your money - OK chocie for a London tour, ideal for 3 or 4 persons - All in all, the apartment delivered what we expected: nice place to sleep ad possibility to cook for the family and also easy to reach the City. Unfortunately we didn't go to Tooting House, instead we were in Marble Apartments Tooting Broadway - due to plumbing issues. Nevertheless the rearrangement went smoothly. The apartment ha two bedrooms, the beds are comfortable, and also there is an additional bed option made from the sofa in the living room. The kitchen has the necessary equipment (cooker, micro, fridge) so we could cook for ourselves. The front- and backyard wasn't nicely maintained, a renovation is really high time. Also true for the bathroom. Water from sink and tub flows directly out to the backyard, the tub is very slippery, there is no mirror in the bathroom and the shower holder is broken, also the bathtub screen is old. So is the kitchen. Everything can be used bt it is not even close to the one attached to the apartment description - kitchen cunter is scrtachy, puffed up in some places , the furniture is at least 15 years old, as are the sink and the kitchen accessories. It could be used but I couldn't forget that it is not even close to what I saw on the pictures and it is disappointing. Also several power sockets were out of order which was also unconvinient.
On the othe rhand, the host was kind to provide us 20% refund via Booking.
- James (4/5): Avoid the Bait and Switch. Stay somewhere else. - Tooting is a lovely area, with quality restaurants and pubs (Antelope and Selkirk Arms especially). Fast and straightforward Underground service to Central London. Tooting has a fun undercover market and many fresh food outlets, and a large Sainsbury's for groceries. In flight we are told the house we booked (GBP 124 per night) was no longer available. Could they move us to another address/ apartment while the boiler was being fixed? The online price for this apartment was GBP92 per night. We were offered a 15% discount to switch.
So, snow in London. 15 hour flight. We tried the door code of the new address. No luck. Eventually, having been assured the code was right, we queried the address. Oh (you know what's coming!!) they texted the wrong address.
Nothing was then heard for the remainder of our stay, so presumably the boiler in our nice apartment never got fixed. So we were charged a premium 3 bed rate for a 2 bed apartment of a poor standard.
When we queried this we were told that we had agreed to the 15% discount, so that was that. Nevermind that the tariff was 30 GBP less per night.

- Maisie (4/5): - We were told the toilet flush didn’t work which we were fine with, however when we arrived at the property there was an awful smell in the bathroom and when we opened the cupboard there was a poo wrapped in toilet paper in there.
