Muy cerca del metro y al lado del hospital si vuestra visita es por motivos médicos... no tengo ninguna pega... Si tengo que poner pega, el parking algo estrecho pero nada loco, se puede aparcar perfectamente....

- christine (6/5): A cheap stay for 6 people and adequate for two days - Convenient for getting to the hospital for an operation. The decor, impractical coffee table, faulty corkscrew destroyed the cork and the wine bottle could not be opened, no basic welcome pack. No instructions for air-con or appliances. In addition to Booking.com I had to complete the letting agents online contract which was in Spanish (I am English) . Not well equipped with cutlery and glassware for a flat for 6 people although as I was alone it was adequate.

Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war hervorragend – immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für uns junge Leute war die Unterkunft insgesamt völlig ausreichend. Die Sauberkeit und der allgemeine Zustand der Unterkunft waren etwas dürftig. Die Tiefgarage ist extrem eng und daher zum Parkieren kaum geeignet.

- Rachel (1/5): Disgusted by state of apartment, filthy and run down - Nothing En-suite shower door lower hinge is broken. Floods floor when showering. Toilet cistern keeps running after flush, keeping you awake at night. Lid on bin is broken and falls off when opening. Main bathroom when showering floods into hallway- swollen bottom of door shows water damage this must have been a longterm issue. Sofa arm falls off, it’s not fixed my grandson fell off twice as when you lean to rest arm it falls. Cleaning fee of £75 !! But it was filthy. See photos. Filthy everywhere. Bathrooms mouldy and dirty. Floor dirty around edges. Walks marked by handprints etc. Grease running from extractor Mice droppings under the sink. No chopping board No oven shelves 4 forks 6 knives Blunt cooking knives. Kettle was melted. Sink drained as plug broken missing the rubber flange. So wasted water and couldn’t wash up. Appalling apartment for the money it cost. Front door doesn’t lock unsafe as apartment block can be entered by anyone and once inside access individual apartments. No blanket or pillows for sofa bed which was requested to be used. No quilts but other apartment has them. It was very cold and only 1 thin small blanket between 3 beds. Parking underground is very very tight and difficult to park in and took 5 turns to get out as the garage door and curve are so tight. Garage door kept closing so someone had to stay outside the car to press button to reopen. We only had a regular sized car, Ford focus. De rate property
- Javier Fernandez (5/5): Sin dudas no repetiremos. - Que tuviera 2 habitaciones y 2 baños. Y la terraza. El baño de la habitación principal olía muy mal, y si bien cuando se lo dijimos al anfitrión fue a limpiar, al día siguiente ya seguí oliendo mal, al punto de llegar el olor a la habitación. Bastante desagradable. La mampara del baño se nota que es vieja y necesita un cambio, si te duchas el agua sale por debajo de la puerta y por uno de los laterales. Las toallas son de MUY MALA calidad. El secador de pelo no funcionaba. La tabla de planchar estaba rota y no había un solo cuchillo que corte. Si vas de vacaciones la ubicación no es nada buena.

- Angelo (7/5): Good - Clear and easy check-in instruction. Good location, nearby supermarkets, easy and fast access to center via nearby metro station. Overall,good for the price. Terrace and living room floor were dirty, too little kitchen equipment and dishes, baby chair advertised on their website but once there, we've been informed that there's no baby chair. They have great automatic bot customer service channel via whatsapp but when asked two time to get a new set of clean towels, I highly doubt a physical human is reviewing the request. Towels were promised by the bot 2 times with poly apologised but eventually were never delivered.

The team were friendly and helpful and available with any questions when we couldn’t get the hot water to work it was dealt with in minutes over WhatsApp.they also helped to add more days and move apartments easily. - Shlomit (9/5): A nice apartment, close to the hospital - We needed a place close to the hospital, the apartment is very close, around 3 minutes walk. 20 by bus to city center. There's a supermarket very close and some shops and restaurants. It's big, has two bedrooms, two baths and a kitchen and living room. A nice porch. The pool is small, but nice. The host was helpful. Over all, it's good value for money. There was a problem with the electricity in the kitchen, but it was fixed. The pool can be cleaner.
- Mazafar (6/5): Pleasant - Location, and amenities Room was dirty upon arrival and we had to spend a couple of hours to clean the kitchen area and oven. Staff were very responsive and they replaced the washing machine with a brand new one the following day. Both shower doors were leaking water onto bathroom floor. The sofa bed has a used dirty sheet with dirt and hair. Oh and an old sock was lying under the dining table when we arrived. The staff were apologetic and did their best. After the nightmare first day, the rest of the stay was fine.

- Lorraine (1/5): Bad - Location, light airy, good price, clean. The main bedroom is right next to the front door (huge glass and metal). You will hear it slam every time someone goes in and out. Then you will hear the lift ping and go up and down. Your doorbell is next to the front door, so every time someone goes in and out, they will press your doorbell to what they think will open the front door! = constantly disturbed! Day and night, exhausting and frustrating! A sign would help stop this. Be very careful of your deposit you pay. Problem with blind in front room. Deposit taken without informing me, then when questioned said they were making their mind up to charge me or not (their reason for not informing me that they are keeping WHOLE deposit!) When I complained they gave me 140 back straight away lol! Charged me 100 for dodgy blind but was unable to provide a photo of the bill as proof. Constant chasing about deposit. Blocked in end.

Location is slightly away from the main tourist attractions however we used the e bikes located around the city which made the journey very easy and affordable Issue with the toilet drains, after a few days they began to smell which wasn't pleasant especially when 1 bedroom is right next to it

- Daniele (1/5): Very very very very bad. - After you book it, the give wrong phone number on booking website/app , I had to look for the correct one on Google otherwise you can't enter the apartment for check in, the host answer is veeeery slow on booking(a day later), the whatsapp support it's not good enough, they give you a wrong link to pay for the deposit fee and they don't answer you have to manually adjust it in the browser, the room was not clean, dirty floor at entry, old wifi password setup on the table (they gift you the correct one trough whatsap) we didn't see any cleaning to the swimming pool the days you stay at, and they don't check if other people that rent the apartment are making loud at night, at some point the cleaning stuff member opened my door because the owner gave her wrong checkout date and we were inside the apartment when she entered, although was not her fault she didn't excuse for it(she literally said to the owner at the phone don't complain with me if you get bad review about that, here you are!) , but I recommend it for family that want make noise and don't get any trouble as the host don't check and don't care of anything

Then the cleaning service for check-out the girl came an hour early and felt rush to check-out. We tried to show her check-out was at 1100 but she persisted we said 1000.

- Julian (8/5): Very good— but the two things I mention need urgent attention. - It is quiet and secure. This next is a really important thing: If you need to have an apartment because you have to visit in the hospital, then it is exactly what you would want. I was in Apartment 3. The toilet in the en-suite is not firmly attached to the floor. This is dangerous. The doors to the balcony are inexcusable. They click closed, so if you are in the apartment on your own and you are outside because you want to keep the heat in the apartment and you close the door, you could easily trap yourself and then have to rely on shouting to anyone who can hear and giving then the three codes that would be needed to come and rescue you. This is unacceptable. The least that should happen is that there are warning notices. It’s secure, sure, but it’s also dangerous.
- Anna (8/5): To sum up it is nice apartment with good location. - The apartment is located in quiet street, which is bonus. Close to public transport, shops and restaurant. The walk to the centre is about 20min, which we didn’t mind. In order to get code to apartment, the deposit must be paid, which I didn’t know. I wanted to pay deposit when I get there. Also there should be information that there is no one to meet. The apartment is in a block of, I think 8 and unfortunately, we were unlucky as there were people who party all night, so it was really loud in the night. There was even complaints from neighbours, the host did not verify which apartment and send us messages asking to be quiet. When I replay that it wasn’t us, they didn’t even bother to apologise.

Appalling customer service, with a delayed response of about over 48hrs (unhelpful when you're only meant to be there for 3 days!). We didn't actually stay one night due to the cleanliness issue and contacted booking.com and the owners to complain. We didn't think the room or facilities were acceptable with our small baby.

- Craig (9/5): Great flat with a lovely pool - Great little flat 30 minutes walk from the old town and shops close by. We also used the pool everyday and our daughter loved it. The pillows and duvets didn't have covers.
- Mestrom (8/5): nice - very nice en modern, beautiful swimmingpool, 2 bathrooms and nice bedrooms with airconditioning the balcony wasnt clean
