• Glenys (5/5): Convient; but tiny! - Staff were welcoming & helpful. Location was convenient. Rooms were tiny, lower & upper rooms access is difficult due to narrow stairs. Very cramped room to move around in, open luggage in.

• Glenys (6/5): Convenient location, inconvenient facilities. - It was a convenient location. Staff were helpful and cooperative. Had to book in at The Beverley & then the location was a walk away. Difficult with luggage. Rooms are very, very small, minimal room to even open cases. Rooms could be located on upper or lower floors on narrow stair case. Heating didn't work. However staff were kind & helpful & allowed us to store luggage.

• Robert (2/5): A hotel of two halves, literally. - Not much, I suppose it was clean and tidy. The property is half a mile away from where you check in. And you don’t know about this until you get there. So you arrive at the address given to see a sign that says ‘please walk to our sister hotel at [address] to check in and get your key card’. So you need to go there - with your luggage - check in, and then walk all the way back. I did this on a very hot day and resulted in me being late for a meeting. What if it was a woman on her own late at night who found this out at the last minute.
• Budleigh (8/5): Clean, comfy room in good location. - Good location, an easy walk from the coach station. Spotlessly clean room, comfy bed, good shower. The TV reception was patchy on Saturday night, and the wifi was slow. Also, it was a 4-minute walk to pick up the key. Key pickup could have been closer...

• John (7/5): Great location; bare bones stay. - The location can't be beat! A short walk to Buckingham Palace; several pubs and restaurants in the area; easy walk to the hop-on, hop-off bus stop. We loved the area! The room was fully updated, with a decent shower and built-in charging ports. The room, while modern, was simple to the point of being spartan: No drawers, no wardrobe, no storage in the bathroom. Fortunately, we only stayed two nights, so living out of packing cubes wasn't a huge issue. Check-in is at a different property, about a block-and-a-half away, so you have to walk on the street with your luggage. Lastly, be aware that there are two floors above street level, and one below, which are only accessed via a narrow spiral staircase; there is no lift. Carrying luggage up these stairs was a bit of a challenge for us seniors. In the end, I would stay again, if for a short stay, but would request a ground floor room.
• Strelau (9/5): Bardzo udany pobyt, przyjechaliśmy zwiedzać i to się udało - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko do metra, 20 min pieszo do Big Bena i Pałacu Buckingham. Do zwiedzania to idealna miejscówka. Pokoik mały ale czysty, jest łazienka wyposażona we wszystko co potrzeba, ekspres do kawy, czajnik. Brak jest stolika, krzeseł, jakiejś półki na ubrania ale ogranicza to wielkość pokoju.

• amy (9/5): Lovely little find - Excellent location to victoria station and Apollo Victoria theatre, clean, comfy bed, great facilities in room, hot powerful shower, fluffy towels, decent size tv and coffee maker, excellent value for money, lovely modern decor. Asked for extra milk and the housekeeper got them immediately for us. Easy check in process Nothing we didnt like at all, one bedside lamp did not work

• Ricky (8/5): If I'd been ok, we would of had a great stay in a great location. - Very clean up to date room, with everything in it you could wish for. Good location to Victoria Station. Once I arrived for 3 nights I was ill and never left my room. It was awful and I needed new bed sheets. The housekeeping team could not of been more helpful in changing the sheets etc. Even though I was with my partner, they checked again to make sure I was ok and if we needed anything. Couldn't ask for more. Just the room was slightly bigger. A large suitcase is difficult. But wouldn't put us off.

The small staircase can be a challenge if you are big or have large suitcases, no elevator. Reception area a few streets away from the room

• Michael (9/5): A good deal - Located near a subway. Within walking distance of restaurants, Buckingham and Big Ben. A 15-20 minute walk gets you to most everything you want to see. The neighborhood was quiet. You have to walk to a different hotel a couple blocks away to get the key. Dragging luggage back and forth around the neighborhood isn’t ideal.

• Karin (8/5): Wir würden nochmals dieses Hotel buchen. - Das Hotel ist super gelegen. Das Zimmer war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Kaffeebar wurde täglich aufgefüllt. Unser Sonderwunsch, den wir vor der Ankunft mitgeteilt hatten, wurde zu unserer vollen Zufriedenheit ausgeführt.

• Mikael122 (10/5): Fint rum, skön säng och väldigt bra läge - Väldigt bra läge, några minuters promenad från Victora station. Nära till bra restauranger. Rummet ganska litet, men helt ok. Rent, fint och fräscht. Sängen skön och bekväm. Tyst och inte lyhört. Rummet var lite varmt, men det finns en kylanläggning/värmepump att använda. Lite smal trappa upp som kan vara lite besvärligt om man har en tung väska.

• hannah (10/5): Great location, spacious rooms and very very good staff. - Very spacious room, newly decorated (i think) with a super comfortable large bed. The staff went out of their way to ensure there was a room inside the main check in building (there are 2 buildings) so I did not have to walk alone late at night. It is only a short walk, but this was a very appreciated gesture. Its a few minutes walk to Victoria but the road was quiet at night. Top value for a central location. Nothing, it was one of the best value stays I have experienced in London in the last few years.

• Álvaro (10/5): - La ubicación es excelente, a solo 5-10 minutos a pie de la estación de metro/trenes Victoria, cerca del parque St. James y a unos 25 minutos caminando del Big Ben. La habitación tenía aire acondicionado y todo estaba muy limpio. El personal fue muy atento y amable con nuestras necesidades. Hubiera sido útil tener un minibar o refrigerador pequeño en la habitación para almacenar alimentos. Además, tener que recoger las llaves en una ubicación distinta al alojamiento fue algo agotador con todo el equipaje que llevábamos.

• Camila (7/5): Buena ubicación - La ubicación era increíble, buen acceso a la estación Victoria y cercano a distintos puntos turísticos de la ciudad. La habitación era limpia y cómoda. Al ser un edificio más antiguo, los sonidos de la calle y personas pasando por ahí en barrio donde hay distintos pubs y restaurantes se sintieron durante gran parte de la noche. Además se escuchaba todo lo que ocurría en el pasillo y piezas cercanas.

• anna (8/5): Buona sistemazione per visitare Londra - La posizione è ottima, vicino alle attrazioni principali, victoria station, victoria coach, stanza carina e le cialde del caffè Borbone con macchinetta del caffè un tocco davvero apprezzabile per chi ama prendere il caffè espresso di mattina. Il ceck in è in un altro edificio, mi aspettavo parlassero italiano (da quanto scritto su booking) e invece no solo inglese, almeno la persona che abbiamo trovato noi.
