• Chiara (8/5): - I liked the room, staff and pool, everything was clean and modern. HOWEVER, in Singapur all the attractions are close to Mariana Bay. So it's not the BEST location. I would chose a hotel closer to Marina Bay as a tourist. a bit far away from Marina Bay where all the attractions are. It's good but not optimal place for tourists in my opinion.

• Varun (8/5): Great stay with small issues which are easily solvable - Loved price, and the simple yet modern design of the room Didn't like the motion control - sensor flow technology fitted to the air conditioners. This is frustrating, especially at night, when the system seems to require some movement from guests while they sleep, which if not received slows down the air conditioner. This got frustrating and one night I even had to turn on both air conditioners and sleep with the bedroom door open so it didn't get too warm. Also didn't like that requesting a queen bed was essentially two singles pushes together. Due to the break in the mattresses, it kills the ability to sleep in the centre of the bed, basically rendering it a single bed.

Super confortable, très bien isolé et la climatisation ne fait pas de bruit et est très bien placée. Le personnel nous a accueillir chaleureusement et a réussi à combler notre demande d’être placé le plus haut possible ! Merci beaucoup 🙏🏼

• Sophia (9/5): Ein schönes und sauberes Hotel, ein wenig weiter weg vom Zentrum. - Ein schönes Hotel mit einem kleinen Pool, einer tollen Aussicht und sehr nettem Personal. Die Sauberkeit war ebenfalls hervorzuheben. Die Ausstattung ist super und es gab sogar einen Kleiderschrank, was für Singapur nicht immer üblich ist. Die Lage war in Ordnung, da man mit dem Bus, der direkt vor der Tür abfährt, überall hingelangt. Allerdings braucht man zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten schon eine Weile (35-45min) und auch die nächste U-Bahn-Station ist ein ganzes Stück weit weg.

The hotel is located in a nice neighborhood with a 24-hour small supermarket on the ground floor, which was very convenient. The room was exactly the same as shown in the photos and felt very modern. The view during both day and night was amazing. The bed was comfortable and the Wi-Fi speed was excellent (300+ Mbps). The staff were friendly and provided all the necessary information. We also used the swimming pool. Since it was February, the water temperature was a bit cold, but still manageable. There is a bus stop just outside the building, making it easy to travel to many parts of the city. Another nice touch was the free filtered drinking water available on the first floor near the gym. The location is right beside the bus stop which makes travel around the city easy, A/C was very difficult to regulate. We needed to turn it on and off several times as it got too cold. Considering it is not right in the downtown core the rates were a bit high.

Met de ramen dicht is er geen vanzelfsprekende ventilatie. Vooral het gevoel van weinig zuurstof in de lucht. Enige beluchting in de hitte is dus airco aandoen. Of ramen open doen en de hitte accepteren. Airco was niet heel krachtig. En wat mij ook tegenviel was dat er bij mij aangebeld werd voor pestcontrol waarbij zij een 'goedje' wilde sprayen in mijn kamer terwijl de ventilatie er al zo slecht was. Lijkt mij niet helemaal gezond..

No MRTs super close to the property (bus stops right in front of the property though)…about 20 mins brisk walk to the closest MRT (Boon Keng, purple line).

Reasonable rates and nice size rooms for Singapore. We were on a high floor so had a open unobstructed view which was a bonus. The studios don't come with a washer while the other rooms do. I don't understand why it was so difficult to add one to the studio as well. There is plenty of room for that and it would have made it a much more attractive room even with a higher rate. Housekeeping only came once in our 3 days of stay and late in the afternoon - not really convenient for guests.

Everything was spotless and ready to use. I liked the location. There is Balestier Market 10 minutes from the hotel, where one can get very good meals, including duck, laksa, hainan chicken etc. Also, there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel connecting with all main attractions. It is always better to travel by bus as one can see the city. It takes just 20 - 30 minutes by bus to the city centre. Breakfast was not worth the price. It is better to eat outside or buy some stuff at the nearby shop. No complaints whatsoever. Everything was perfect. Just one warning - the reception is on the sixth floor which is not very intuitive. It took us a while to realize that there is no one at the ground floor to speak to us.

Nothing but patents did need to request a toaster, there isn’t automatically one in the room.

I faced a problem with my room key, it was not working and I had to wait till next day to reactive the key. But the security stuff helped to enter the room after called over phone. But the tourist may not have active phone!!! Every time. In that case, it can be a big problem.
