• Dishank (7/5): Recommended if you value location more than comfort - Amazing location. All big stores and restaurants just a walk away. Station is at 5-7 minutes. Donki right next to it. Central location for easy access to most of Tokyo. The rooms were quite small. There seemed to be visible cost cutting measures and it felt a little less than what we paid for.

• timur (8/5): - Great location, just 5 minutes from the station. The beds were comfortable, the rum was spacious if you don't have a massage chair, and the street was very quiet. There’s a store and right below the hotel, which was super convenient. The room was clean. I definitely recommend visiting this area if you have the chance and if you love shopping. The massage chair in the room is unnecessary, and the windows cannot be opened. If there are two people in the room, proper ventilation is really needed. The room should have an air ventilation or air recovery system.

• Daniela (3/5): Health danger by ozone gas procedure next to my room - / The room directly next to my room was being ozonated while I was in my room. I noticed it when I left my room because there was a sign on the door of the neighboring room. I was able to smell the ozone in the hallway, this means the room was not sealed properly. Ozone is a toxic gas, dangerous for the eyes and the respiratory tract so it could have poisoned me if it got into my room, and also anyone staying nearby or being in the hallway. The personnel endangered my health. They have no idea what they are doing. One of the receptionists also smelled it and said its not a problem, which is dangerously untrue. I was able to move into another room, but only after insisting. Also, the receptionists service mentality was not Japanese standard - they refused to give me a 2nd key card for my room and acted unfriendly. Room was ok but not super clean, I found hairs and the wall was dusty.
• emtkr (9/5): Ottima scelta per visitare Tokyo. Ci siamo trovati benissimo! - camera confortevole, soprattutto per una città come tokyo. Personale disponibile e cortese. Posizione comoda per gli spostamenti: facile raggiungere altre destinazioni, oltre che visitare Ginza e dintorni. non ho ben capito la funzione dei banchi check in automatici visto che comunque, almeno nel nostro caso, ha fatto tutto il personale. La vista nella nostra stanza non era granché - un muro - ma capisco che non tutte le stanze possono avere una bella vista, considerando i grattacieli in zona. Le dimensioni della stanza sono buone per Tokyo, anche se per sfruttare al meglio la poltrona massaggiante, bisogna spostarla (altrimenti non si può reclinare).

• ARVIND KRISHNAMURTHY (5/5): Will not recommend or come again to this hotel on my next visit - Location Small room , staff very uncooperative charged me extra as we had booked 2 rooms with 2 adults in each but said only one was allowed so had to pay extra . All other hotels I booked made the changes in Japan but this hotel looking to make more money , they were others who had same problems also

Unable to hold a bag for me because I didn’t have a future reservation, but would have held in advance of reservation. Just a bit inconvenient because I return to Tokyo to fly out and just wanted to retrieve then.
• Nicole (7/5): Sehr empfehlenswert ! - Der Duschsessel inkl. Regendusche war nach 20.000 Schritten jeden Tag sehr angenehm. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und die Suppen die man sich zusätzlich aussuchen konnte waren alle sehr lecker ! Durch die Lage in Ginza nicht ganz so zentral am Geschehen, aber das muss einen bei der Buchung in dem Stadtteil sowieso bewusst sein.
• Juan (9/5): Excelente opción para alojarse en Tokio - Hotel muy bien ubicado a 2 cuadras de una avenida de negocios de alta gama con vidrieras que valen la pena verlas de noche, y también cerca de la estación Shimbashi. El check in y el check out se hace en el segundo piso y super rápido. En este piso se pueden sacar saquitos de te y café por si querés hacerte en la habitación. La habitación es un poco chica con todo lo necesario. Un día de lluvia nos facilitaron paraguas y por eso le subí un punto más al hotel. Me hubiese gustado que la habitación sea un poquito más grande para movilizarse mejor. En el baño encontramos pelos de otra persona al hacer el check in.
• Minh (10/5): Received 5 star service for 3 star prices. - This is my second time staying in the area and I'm glad I chose to set up base in the Shimbashi / Ginza area. Quick access to Shimbashi station and an endless amount of food options as this is a business area so you know all the salary men and women know where to eat and get the best bang for their buck (yen). This place is so walkable and there's a ton of high end shopping in the Ginza area as you're aware. The hotel itself is pretty classy without paying an exorbitant 5-star hotel money. The room came with a massage chair that I fully took advantage of. Free pajamas provided. Spacious room as well where you're not having to fight for space to lay out your luggage. The TV was pretty big as well! I really enjoyed the overall layout and design of the room. I've favorited this hotel for future considerations when staying in this area.

• Alexandra (10/5): Came for the great price, amenities, location and stayed for the later checkout and amazing buffet breakfast!! - We loved the extra touches and amenities such as the great breakfast, massage chair, and receiving facial masks when we arrived. Loved being able to check out at 12- was unable to do that for free at any other property during our 2 week trip in Japan. No complaints- good location in Ginza and reasonably close to Haneda airport in the morning.

La ubicación es muy buena, casi sobre la avenida principal de Ginza pero lejos del ruido de la ciudad, con un konbini y un don quijote prácticamente a lado del hotel. El personal es muy amable el desayuno es muy malo, muy poca variedad de alimentos. Repetiría el hotel pero sin el desayuno.

Le stanze, per essere a Tokio, hanno dimensioni decisamente generose se si considera il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Bagno enorme con zona doccia/vasca separate veramente eccezionale. Molto gradevole il pigiama fornito come biancheria quotidiana. L'hotel ha un ristorante vietnamita all'interno a cui si appoggia per la colazione, che finisce per essere non esattamente continentale. Comunque il buffet sa offrire una interessante varietà.

Chambre taille correct selon standard japonais. Très fonctionnelle. Personnel aimable et avenant Petit déjeuner très peu de choix western café horrible même pour standard japonais aucune variation quand vous restez 9 jours on en peut plus. Petit plus. Des fruits frais !
