• Angela (8/5): - Quarto espaçoso, camas confortáveis e café da manhã muito bom. Possui depósito de bagagem. Também tem café e chocolate quente disponível o dia todo. Próximo a uma estação de metrô. Mercado e restaurantes próximos. O único porém foi o quarto que nos deram no segundo período de estadia: o chuveiro não tinha box (só cortina), e o banheiro ficava todo molhado.
• Sharad (8/5): - The hotel is in a quiet residential area with the metro right across the street and grocery stores nearby. My room had a small bedroom and a sofa bed separated by a partition, along with a functional kitchenette stocked with enough utensils and cutlery. Amenities were basic but fair for the price. The lounge offers free coffee and tea, and the staff were helpful — they even arranged a taxi to the station at checkout.
• camila (10/5): - Quarto muito bom e banheiros limpos! O café da manhã era caro mas era permitido pegar café, café com leite, cappuccino e água com gás sem custo adicional. Com mercado próximo , foi uma ótima oportunidade. Recomendo a estadia. Bem próximo do metrô , um grande e importante detalhe para fixar em Paris.

• Irina (8/5): Gute Verkehrsanbindung, abends Ruhe - Hotel ist außerhalb gelegen im 12.Arrondissement, bis zur nächsten Metro-Station (Daumesnil) ca. 5 Min. zu Fuß, Appartement hatte voll ausgestattete Küche, was uns gut gefallen hat, da wir nach anstrengenden Sightseeingtagen nicht abends noch ein Restaurant suchen wollten. In unmittelbarer Nähe zur Metrostation gibt es 2 Supermärkte und 2 Bäckereien. Das Frühstück ist mit 19€ / Person echt überteuert, da das Angebot sehr übersichtlich ist, Eierspeisen müssen an einer kleinen Mittelinsel selbst zubereitet werden= viel Gedränge um die 2 Kochstellen, das Nachlegen klappte nur schleppend, oft auf Nachfrage. Die Zimmerreinigung findet erstmalig nach 8 Tagen Aufenthalt statt, der Küchenmüll muss spätestens bei Abreise zu einer Müllstation im Haus gebracht werden.

Allerdings war das Frühstücksbuffet am Wochenende fast durchgängig nicht aufgefüllt, Gläser, Tassen und grundlegende Frühstücksinhalte wurden nur sehr sehr träge nachgefüllt. Innerhalb der Woche war es top!

• Olga (2/5): - They put the same pictures for all types of rooms on Expedia (and I am sure everywhere else). So, what you see is NOT what you get. This is a DECEIVING practice. When I tried to fix the problem, they assured me that Expedia does not let them choose proper pictures (which is total BS!) When I asked what the manager’s name was, so I’d like to talk to them, the staff member Fabrice wouldn’t give me their name and kept saying that they were busy. I spent probably 2 hours trying to fix this issue with them and Expedia. I ended up moving to a higher-level apartment and paid $180 more for it, which was a rip-off. If I hadn’t just come from a long flight, I’d have just cancelled them (Expedia was kind enough to offer that option to me) and gone to a different place. On top of it, they charged me twice as much for the city taxes! The only friendly person there was Ajmeer, who tried to help, but it still didn’t work out well for me. So, I would recommend staying away from this chain as far as possible! Overall, I had a horrible experience with them.

De plus, pour un séjour de 3 semaines nous avons eut la plus petite des chambres (même si les appartements ont la même surface, la taille de la chambre était vraiment + petite) malgré la demande de changement mais, à priori "trop compliqué"! Dommage !

Asunto oli siisti, ja hyvässä kunnossa joskin keittiöön ilmestyi sokerimuurahaisia aika runsaasti. Pyydettäessä tulivat myrkyttämään, mutta ongelma ei silti poistunut kokonaan. Vetosivat siihen, että meillä oli ruokaa keittiössä, joka houkutteli niitä. Aamiainen oli hieman pettymys, ei mielestäni vastannut hotelliaamiaisen tasoa, sillä kuitenkin pärjäsi lounaaseen saakka. Asiakaspalvelu oli ystävällistä sanallisesti mutta ilmeet ja eleet olivat ristiriitaisia. Meillä myös loppui vessapaperi kesken, joten pyysimme lisää ja siitä tuli olo kuin olisimme olleet pyytämässä kuuta taivaalta. Saimme yhden rullan henkilökunnan pitkän keskinäisen neuvottelun päätteeksi, mutta meiltä vielä kysyttiin emmekö olleet juuri kysyneet lisää paperia. No emme todellakaan olleet. Asunto oli hyvä, mutta 1300 eurolla odottaisin parempaa palvelua.
• William (6/5): - Budget traveler's paradise - not deluxe, and not my favorite hotel. The room itself was fine and spacious -- albeit with quirks. The hallways were basic and blah. Security staff seemed to do little except scowl and lounge around in the main area. Front porch was nice as was free coffee. We paid extra for a hotel with a gym only to find a treadmill, and ecliptical machine, and four 5 kg weights.

Selbst wenn man kein Frühstück gebucht hat, kann man sich Kaffee, Tee und Wasser holen. Wir waren schon das zweite Mal dort. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (auch bio)

• Miyuki (10/5): - 入り口は日本式2階ですがエレベーターがありホテル内もエレベーターが2機あるので荷物を運ぶ際も移動の際も楽でした。 1人で6泊しましたが部屋も広々としていて大きめの冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、湯沸かしポット、壁についていないタイプのドライヤーなど使いやすかったです。 硬水のせいかタオルがやや黒ずんでいたのが気になりましたが次回もぜひ利用したいです。

Geladeira, micro-ondas, fogão, todos os utensílios necessários. O atendimento é cordial. Quarto com tamanho muito bom. Cama e lençóis excelentes.

• Shaun (10/5): Great place to stay, 2 stops from Accor arena - Great hotel, very close to metro. Nice area seemed to be quiet & more local people rather than tourists when walking around. For Paris the rooms are very generous in size! Nice bathroom which good kitchen area, big fridge! Beds not the best, but everything else was great & very secure. Loved the free coffee machine on ground floor. Also there is a great little shop right outside which had cheap wine.

• Frédéric (8/5): Un Appart hotel dans une rue calme - Séjour avec un enfant de 5 nuits. Surprise, c’était un canapé lit au lieu d’un lit en tant que tel, matelas peu confortable et placé dans le salon-cuisine donc bruit du frigo. Le matelas du lit était lui très confortable. Ensemble propre et très calme à deux pas de la station Daumesnil, plein de possibilités de restauration à proximité. Personnel disponible et serviable au top.

• Andrew (8/5): A true 4 star property. Clean, modern rooms. - A true 4 star property. Stayed for 8 nights and was told my room would be only cleaned/serviced once, mid-week…however, it was never cleaned for the entire 8 nights. Towels were flimsy and this was made obvious compared to the rest of the finishes which reflected a true 4 star quality. Room had a kitchen with dish soap/sponges/dishes/pots/utensils/dish washer/etc. No paper towels were provided. Staff was friendly and I was able to secure an early checkin for an additional fee. Luggage storage is available at no charge. Small gym. Breakfast available for a fee. Free filtered water, hot chocolate, and coffee available in the dining room. 2 washers and 2 dryers were available for use on the lobby level for a fee. Very convenient location a 3 minute walk to the closest metro station. Safe neighborhood. A supermarket was a 5 minute walk and there were more markets a short walk of about 20 minutes away. It was nice to return to a quiet space after long, busy days of crowds and sightseeing. Gate, building and elevators all require a keycard to enter. Stayed in late November and neither the heat, nor a/c control worked. However, the room was comfortable with the window cracked as needed. Windows are secured by a short, 5” cable which limits the ability to open it any wider than than about 5”. Comfy beds, nice shower, no tub, modern bathrooms, 2 extra pillows in the closet. In room safe available for valuables. Hair dryer available as well. This is a great place to stay!

Impeccable cleanliness, a delightful breakfast experience, all-day coffee availability, and a superb multilingual reception, Fredrique, made this hotel a memorable stay in the City. Fredrique provided valuable information about sightseeing, dining, and shopping spots, and offered guidance on public transportation, helping us find the quickest routes. Fredrique was always ready to assist with any other questions or needs we had during our stay. I hope this review helps travelers to Paris.

• Lynda Maeve (10/5): Lots of info - This Aparthotel is quite lovely; it’s quiet, clean and the layout works well. Particularly liked that you can get coffee or tea all day long and sit in the common area or outside on the terrace. The transit connections r great, the # 29 goes to the Marais and close to Gare de Lyon, & right there on the way back. And there’s a metro station too ( I don’t use the metro because of the stairs, besides the bus is way nicer) In the studio suite the kitchen is separate, with a dishwasher & lots of pots & dishes. Great walk-in shower. Laundry is super easy and cheap.Wifi is fast. Extremely helpful staff, special thanks to Frederique (who taught us how to use the stovetop) Rachel and the breakfast chef Fatmat. The breakfast is very good, sausages, bacon & eggs plus great bread, cheeses and cold cuts. Very good fruit salad & yogurt too.The grocery store Auchan is close by, it has a huge inventory, but I never saw so many loss prevention staffers in a store before. Very strange. Don’t go on Saturday, it’s crazy busy. Oh and you have to weigh and code your fruits and veggies yourself. And it’s impossible to find fresh milk.The bakery on the left of Rue Lambardlie is great, but it’s always super busy : you put your money in a tray and get change from the other, What a great idea.
• Nazeef (10/5): - This was a great place for a family of 2 adults and 2 kids. The one bedroom apartment had a separate bedroom and the sofabed was large enough for two adults. The kitchenette has a fridge/freezer, dishwasher (dishashing tablets are provided), sink (with dishawashing liquid and sponge), a nespresso machine, microwave, hob and kettle. There's plenty of utensils and plates etc. Everything you need for a home away from home. The underground parking is also a bonus as there aren't many places available with parking. The local area is quiet but vibrant. A decent amount of places to eat as well as two supermarkets within a 5 minute walk. Daumesnil metro is a 3 minute walk, while Bel Air metro is just 5 minutes. 25 minutes to Bir Hakeim (for Eiffel Tower). Would happily stay here again. Highly recommended.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Ekstremt god opplevelse på familietur - Vi reiste med datteren vår på 4 år, og bodde i en leilighet med adskilt soverom, i seks dager. Leiligheten var fresh, helt ren og ryddig da vi sjekket inn, og føltes som en blanding mellom et lite hjem og en halv-luksuriøs opplevelse. Akkurat passe utstyrt kjøkken, gode senger, store vinduer med utsikt ut mot gata. Perfekt for vårt opphold! Vennlig og hjelpsomt personale i resepsjonen. Rengjøring følger ikke med i opphold på under 7-8 dager, men dette visste vi om før vi dro. Kan kjøpes for en liten sum. Feiekost på rommet gjør det enkelt å ta "det verste". Ekstra pluss for oppvaskmaskin! Området hotellet ligger i (12. arrondissement) var helt perfekt for oss som reiste med barn. Stille og rolig, matbutikker og apotek i umiddelbar nærhet, samt bistroer, metro og buss like rundt hjørnet. Gata hotellet ligger i lagde ikke en lyd gjennom natta, så vi sov veldig godt i de gode sengene. Anbefaler Adagio Paris Nation på det varmeste!
• Matthias (8/5): - Wir waren 5 Nächte dort. Hat soweit alles gepasst. Die Betten waren bequem. In der Küche waren alle Utensilien vorhanden, jedoch keine Gewürze, Salz, Öl etc. Sehr gut war - Kaffee, Tee und Wasser gab es ganztägig umsonst. Die Umgebung war ruhig. Metro und Bushaltestellen waren um die Ecke.
• NELSON LUIS (10/5): Otima escolha... - Recepção bastante acolhedora. Quarto espaçoso, bem iluminado, muita claridade de fora também, cama confortável. Cozinha bastante completa, banheiro grande e ducha excelente. Tudo muito bem conservado. Bairro tranquilo e com tudo o que precisar.

The room was VERY tight, it was in winter so we couldnt turn up the heating temperature which was annoying. Overall wasnt worth the money we paid. Ashame

La stanza che ci è stata assegnata aveva un problema con l’aria condizionata che funzionava nonostante venisse spenta, quindi ce ne hanno assegnata un’altra che era molto più piccola, ma era l’unica disponibile. Per soggiorni di meno di 7 giorni non è contemplata la pulizia della camera se non a richiesta e pagamento. Sarebbe una buona cosa attrezzate le camere con una scopa o aspirapolvere. Nel complesso siamo stati bene, non è proprio in centro ma con una mezz’ora di metro (che è a due passi) o con Uber si arriva bel luoghi di interesse della città.
• Dragan (2/5): - Von Anfang war der Aufenthalt ein totaler Reinfall. Nach einer 14-stündigen Autofahrt, wollten wir nur ruhen, aber der Check-in Prozess hat über eine Stunde gedauert. Zuerst konnte die Garage nicht geöffnet werden, Mitarbeiter kannte sich nicht aus. Danach war das Bett für uns Kind nicht vorbereitet und total verschmutzt. Es fehlte der Polster, die Decke und die Bettwäsche. Nach Aufforderung in der Rezeption erhielten wir alles, jedoch mit der Info, dass wir uns selbst die Bettwäsche überziehen sollen. Ebenso wurden die Handtücher nicht erneuert. Des Weiteren war keine Seife oder ein Shampoo für‘s Duschen vorhanden. Alles im Allen ist dieses Hotel bei aller Liebe nicht zu empfehlen, unabhängig zu welchem Preis gebucht wird. So erwartet man sich definitiv keinen Start in einen Urlaub!

• PATRICK (10/5): - Le métro Daumesnil est vraiment tout près et le temps pour accéder à n’importe quel endroit touristique est très raisonnable. Quartier tranquille et propre avec des commerces de proximité. Beaucoup d’espace de rangement dans l’appartement. Nous y étions très bien.
• PASCALE (4/5): NO VIP ACCESS..................................... - La réalité ne correspond pas aux photos présentées!.Dommage.. Hôtel vieillissant, pas accueillant au niveau du style et de l'organisation. Appartement mal isolé, nous avons dû supporter une partie des nuits les pas des voisins du dessus.. Rien à redire sur le personnel De plus, cet hôtel est présenté comme adhérent du VIP ACCESS alors que ce n'est pas le cas, le réceptionniste ne savait absolument pas de quoi j'étais en train de lui parler ?! La conséquence de cela est que le rapport qualité prix ne correspond plus car c'est souvent déterminant lors du choix.. Nous n'avons donc profité d'aucun avantage.

• john (10/5): - Really convenient location with a metro station 2 minutes walk from the hotel. The apartment had all the amenities that we needed for our stay. All the staff we interacted with were lovely, super polite and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

L'établissement indique qu'il y a la clim mais en réalité elle n'était pas dispo (bloquée sur 26°...), et impossibilité d'ouvrir les fenêtres correctement. Donc, c'est un peu de la publicité mensongère... Aussi, ce n'était pas un problème pour moi, mais il me semble qu'il n'est pas précisé que le ménage n'est fait dans la chambre que pour les séjours supérieurs à 8 jours, on le l'apprends qu'en arrivant sur place.

• Fiona (10/5): - The studio in this aparthotel was beautifully presented, immaculately clean and very well equipped. The shower was excellent. It was the first time i had stayed in an Aparthotel. It benefits from being safe, having 24 hr reception and was very flexible accommodation which suited our needs perfectly. I would definitely stay in an Adagio Aparthotel again.

• Helene (2/5): Épouvantable - Pas de chauffage, une lumière qui s’allume intempestivement, fenêtres condamnées par un système qui ne permet pas l’ouverture, les toilettes avec des urines au fond lors de mon arrivée et, un bruit assommant provenant des étages supérieurs. Une nuit épouvantable qui m’a poussé à prendre une nuit dans un autre établissement. J’attends l’appel de la direction qui, malgré mes doléances, n’a toujours pas pris la peine de me contacter !!

• Douglas (10/5): - This is an amazing apartment/hotel from which to explore Paris. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, the rooms are clean and include everything I needed for a week-long stay. The 'gym' is just a couple of exercise machines, but I got most of my exercise just walking around and exploring the city. In fact, I found the location of the hotel to be ideal for exploring Paris. It's a 3 minute walk to the Metro, and if you enjoy walking and/or renting bikes and scooters, you can easily reach most parts of the city within 20-40 minutes. The 12th Arrondissement itself may not be the most famous part of Paris but has a lot going for it. There are two supermarkets within 10 minutes of the hotel along with many other specialty shops. For foodies, there's also the open-air Marché d'Aligre within walking distance, which is a genuine French farmers' market with extraordinary produce and craft foods, among other things. (It was especially hopping on Sunday morning.) Having a kitchen and refrigerator in the hotel means that you can take advantage of these kinds of markets in ways that other tourists can't. Overall, this was a great aparthotel that allows for an easy exploration of this extraordinary city.
• Diannie (8/5): - Apartment does look modern. Dining area is dated and there is a high unpleasant scent when entering the apartmentpn the first floor. Ocarion was a positivenot too biay area..
• Shella (8/5): - Close to train station. Restaurants nearby, Macdonald, boulangery, and Burger King. Nice area. The tub/shower door could be better and they should offer more frequent room service.
• Samantha (10/5): Inexpensive and Convenient - Inexpensive hotel for my solo trip to Paris. I chose this location because of its proximity to Accor Arena, where I was seeing a concert one night of my trip. The room was very comfortable and spacious. Very convenient location close to the 6 and 8 metro lines. My only complaint was that early check-in was not allowed, even though it is a Gold Member perk. I was also not offered the food discount, so I did not choose to eat at the hotel.

• Amy (10/5): - I loved my stay at the Aparthotel Nation! The studio was immaculate, completely silent, and well-stocked with kitchenware – including a Nespresso machine. The water pressure was excellent, the bed was comfortable, and I liked being able to control the room temperature. The décor is stylish – and the corner unit was flooded with natural light, with good effective black-out curtains when needed. I felt very safe in the neighborhood, which has small markets, a bakery, a fromagerie and charcuterie, as well as a Monoprix, within a few blocks. There is a delicious poke restaurant across the street. The Metro is at the end of the block. Staff were friendly and the lobby was stocked with goods for sale – Nespresso pods, salt, wine. I could happily live there.

• Maryam Rifat (10/5): - The stay was absolutely amazing, the hotel is away from the touristy bits but still had the metro on the doorstep to get to the ideal places very easily. The actual hotel and room was lovely too. I will definitely stay here again should I return to Paris.
