• Patrycja (10/5): - Obiekt miał wszystko co potrzeba, czuliśmy się tam bardzo dobrze. Kuchnia i pokój dobrze wyposażone, łóżko wygodne. Dodatkowo sympatyczna właścicielka, która od początku do końca służyła pomocą, codziennie przynosiła też rogaliki na śniadanie co było mega miłe. Oprócz tego blisko do metra oraz do restauracji i sklepów. Jedyne do czego można się przyczepić to TV tylko z włoskimi kanałami, gdzie teraz praktycznie wszędzie są Smart TV. Wiem że to nie najważniejsze, ale po całym dniu zwiedzania obejrzało by się przed snem jakiś Netflix czy coś. Ale to szczegół bo to absolutnie nie wpływa na naszą ocenę. Poza tym cienkie ściany, ale to chyba jak wszędzie. Niemniej polecam i zdecydowanie wróciłabym!

• AYAKA (8/5): 神経質な人は難しいが、私は最高だった。 - 駅とスーパーが近くにあった。可愛いお部屋で清潔感があった。毎朝無料でクロワッサンを頂けた。 ホテルまでの道が分かりにくかった。大通りを一歩入った路地にあり、少し人がいなくなる為怖さもあった。スタッフの方に連絡してら丁寧に教えてもらえた。シャワーの音や会話が聞こえた。

The only annoying part was the location of our room was near the front door and I would wake during the night to the door being banged and you can hear people going down the stairs. I think the last night it was the delivery of the croissant that woke us. Maybe a soft close door or something to break the sound would help.

• Magdalena (9/5): Wspaniały pobyt blisko wszystkich atrakcji - Obiekt jest bardzo czysty i w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji. Do Koloseum jest 20 minut spacerem. Dookoła dużo restauracji i kawiarni, a przesympatyczna Fedora oprowadzając nas po apartamencie zarekomendowała gdzie można dobrze zjeść, lub wypić wino. Apartament to mieszkanie, z osobnymi sypialniami i wspólną kuchnią. Nie jest to dobry wybór dla osób, które mają słaby sen, gdyż słychać co się dzieje w mieszkaniu. Nam to nie przeszkadzało aż tak, ale byliśmy świadkami sytuacji, że jedni goście zwrócili uwagę innym, gdy Ci w nocy urzędowali w kuchni. W opcji zakwaterowania nie było śniadań, a mimo to codziennie czekały na nas pyszne, słodkie rogale. To było bardzo miłe! Polecam ten obiekt i właścicielkę. Pozdrawiamy Cię Fedora! Było super! :) W pokoju słychać wszystko co dzieje się w mieszkaniu. Jednakże podkreślam, że dla nas nie był to aż taki problem.

• Nevena (10/5): - I stayed here for 5 days and had a really great experience. Fiona was very kind and welcoming, and everything was clearly explained and easy to arrange. The location is perfect, close to the city center – I planned to use public transport but didn’t need it at all since everything was within walking distance. Even though breakfast wasn’t included, we got a sweet Italian croissant every morning, and there were coffee capsules in the room just for us, which was a really nice touch. The room had everything we needed, was clean, and even got cleaned once during our stay. The only small downside is that you can hear a bit of noise from nearby rooms, but honestly it didn’t bother me and is negligible compared to everything else. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

The host was incredibly welcoming and kind, and every morning she surprised us with a fresh croissant on the house, which was such a lovely touch. The room was spotless, very well cared for, and beautifully decorated with great attention to detail. We truly felt comfortable and well taken care of during our stay. She also gave us great recommendations for places to eat nearby—we had an excellent pizza! Highly recommended! The only small downside was that we could hear some noise from the neighboring rooms, especially when people were showering, but it didn’t bother us at all.

• Ofelia (10/5): The best place to stay in Rome. - The location is the best-very close to the metro Re di Roma-5 mins. The area is ver safe and it has a small supermarket in case you need it. Many places to eat. The building is safe and the bedroom is very big, clean and comfortable. Fedora is very nice and patient to give you directions to find the place. The croissants she gave me are the most delicious I ate in my life. She is very professional and friendly. I highly recommend this place and I will stay again when I come back to Rome.

• Jovana (10/5): Just fantastic - This was such a great accommodation for a 3 day Rome trip. The location is near the metro and bus stations, its super clean and it stays that way because everyday someone comes to make the bed for you and even wash your dishes. What makes this accommodation stand out is amazing attention to detail: you have all you need in the bathroom, towels of all sizes, the coffee is restocked when you finish what you are given and you get a fresh croissant every morning, which is amazing. Fedora makes sure everything you need is taken care of asap and she was the most amazing host!

Die Unterkunft ist zudem gut gelegen, die Innenstadt erreicht man sogar zu Fuß, es sind aber auch Bus und Bahn Stationen ganz in der Nähe. Es war auch sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Wir hatten hier eine sehr schöne Zeit und würden jederzeit gerne wieder kommen. Danke für alles Tempo lento :) - - -

• Kiepajło-Suska (10/5): Same dobre wrażenia z 3-dniowego pobytu w Rzymie. - Świetna komunikacja z centrum miasta (metro). Można też dojść pieszo w 30 min do Koloseum. Pokój czysty, z prywatną łazienką. Gospodyni, Pani Fedora odpowiada na każde pytanie przez WhatsApp. Przyjechaliśmy do apartamentu po północy i nie było problemu z zakwaterowaniem się. Codziennie rano przygotowane były słodkie bułki dla każdego lokatora. W lodówce są pojemniki dla każdego pokoju osobno. Wspólna kuchnia wyposażona w potrzebne sprzęty. W nocy było słychać imprezę Szkotów piętro niżej. Oczywiście nie ma w tym winy gospodarzy apartamentu, lecz akustyki kamienicy.

• Sara (10/5): Ottimo soggiorno nella zona di San Giovanni- Re di Roma - Camera pulita, situata al secondo piano di uno stabile con ascensore, comoda con linee della metro A e C e fermate dell' autobus. Apprezzabile la possibilità di uno spazio comune, che abbiamo trovato sempre pulito e ordinato, dove poter consumare pasti o bevande. Siamo riusciti a riposare bene: la notte era silenzioso. La proprietaria è stata disponibile con indicazioni e consigli per rendere il nostro soggiorno piacevole. Contiamo di tornarci al prossimo soggiorno a Roma. Non ho appunti da fare, è andato tutto bene.
• Kateryna (10/5): I highly recommend them! - Fedora was waiting for us during our check-in and greeted us very kindly. She explained everything and showed us around. The location is great: the metro is 7 minutes away, and the Colosseum is a 30-minute walk away, which was practical on New Year's Eve. The fresh croissants in the morning were also a great treat. The rooms look even better than in the photos. I highly recommend them!

• Annalisa (1/5): - Mi dispiace dover recensire negativamente l’esperienza mia e di mio marito presso questa struttura … tuttavia, non posso fare altrimenti, a causa degli ospiti che occupavano le altre stanze del B&B… probabilmente gente poco civilizzata… non entro nei particolari… ma, a causa loro, non abbiamo potuto completare il nostro soggiorno e siamo fuggiti via… Pertanto, con tutta sincerità e onestà, consiglierei a chi gestisce la struttura, di NON utilizzare esclusivamente i sistemi automatizzati che aprono a distanza le porte del B&B, MA DI VENIRE A CONOSCERE DI PERSONA GLI OSPITI DEL B&B! Perché, se conosciuti solo a distanza, evidentemente, alla luce della nostra esperienza, non riescono a capire nemmeno in quale tipo di struttura stiano alloggiando…creando equivoci molto spiacevoli e traumatici tra tutti gli ospiti (che, ovviamente, NON DIMENTICHIAMO sono SEMPRE perfetti estranei!!!!) Crediamo nella buona fede degli host, ma, quando ci sono degli spazi condivisi tra estranei, come in questa struttura, sarebbe necessario che ci sia qualcuno di persona che, almeno al momento dell’accoglienza del check in, comunichi ai nuovi ospiti la presenza degli altri ospiti che già occupano le altre stanze e spieghi “come funziona vivere civilmente in un B&B nel rispetto degli altri inquilini”! NON siamo in un hotel dove gli spazi sono vasti, ma siamo in spazi a misura di un appartamento condominiale, che possono risultare “ristretti” per tante persone, che purtroppo, spesso, non sanno comportarsi civilmente…. In bocca al lupo per il futuro! Con sincero rispetto!

Гарні умови у кімнаті, чисто, на кухні були всі необхідності для приготування їжі, посуд, чай, цукор, сіль і таке інше наявність різної техніки ! • Giuseppe (8/5): Ottima soluzione per un weekend - Struttura posizionata in una zona abbastanza strategica, vicino a due fermate della Linea A ed a due passi da San Giovanni in Laterano; inoltre vicino ci sono ristorantini e locali . Staff gentilissimo, molto gradito il cornetto lasciato a tutti gli ospiti la mattina anche se non dovuto. Camere spaziose e con tutto quello che serve per un soggiorno, doccia spettacolare. Ambienti comuni puliti e super attrezzati. L’unico neo riguarda l’insonorizzazione delle camere, essendo una abitazione trasformata in B&B purtroppo quando altri ospiti si muovono nelle stanze, utilizzano il bagno o gli ambienti comuni, nelle altre stanze si sente praticamente tutto.
• Michael (9/5): A clean, comfortable no-frills guest house that is super-well located to explore Rome. - Tempo Lento is a guest house, meaning you get a private room with a private bath, and everything else is shared with guests in three other guest rooms: dining area, kitchenette with microwave and induction cooktop, pod coffee machine, plates/cups/dinnerware. The staff makes your bed each day, and there are new sheets/towels every three days. There is no host on premises - it’s important to note this is not a Bed & Breakfast. Our host Fedora did meet us the first day to get us situated, but for the rest of the time we only saw the cleaning staff. Although they do not bill themselves as a B&B, we were offered coffee pods and a croissant each morning during our visit. The house is well situated in Rome: it is just a block away from a stop on the Rome metro, with easy access to Rome Termini train station as well as the historical center. Our friends who live in Rome tell us we chose a very good neighborhood and location, and there are several good restaurants nearby. Our room had a large, comfy bed, air conditioning, and warmly-colored lighting. The bathroom had a very comfortably-sized shower which we appreciated. There was also a writing desk, and a very small tea table where two people could sit and have tea or coffee. In terms of the public areas, the guest house overall was clean and pleasant with a nice decor, but it also had a “lived-in” feeling to it that seems to be typical of the residences I’ve seen in Rome - it’s just an old city and the buildings reflect that. Tempo Lento definitely has appeal as an upgrade from hostels or budget hotels, or for people who are on a budget mindset but nonetheless want a more comfortable, refined traveling experience. If you are expecting an upscale bed and breakfast, this is not it. Instead, this is a clean, comfortable no-frills guest house that is super-well situated as a base to explore Rome. We enjoyed our stay and I would certainly consider coming back on a future visit. Our room did feel a bit cramped, and lacked storage for our belongings. There was a wardrobe, but a chest of drawers could not be found, and the desk had no dedicated chair - you had to borrow one from the tea table if you wanted to sit down and write. Additionally, the walls are somewhat thin so you can hear other people in the building, but this was not a problem at night for sleeping.

Nada, simplemente compartir que no se dejen llevar por la fachada del lugar antes de ingresar, el lugar es excelente.

• Mihályné (10/5): Máskor is szívesen térek ide vissza. - Nagyon jó helyen volt a szállás: Annak ellenére, hogy viszonylag közel van a központhoz, mégis csendes, nyugodt környék. A szállásadó rendkívül kedves hölgy volt, külön öröm volt számomra, hogy megérkezéskor személyesen találkozhattunk! Még egy kedvesség részéről: reggeli nem volt a foglalásban, mégis friss péksütemény várt reggelente.

• Luise (9/5): Tolle Gastfreundschaft - Wir haben unsere Vermieterin zwar nicht getroffen, wurden aber sehr gut über WhatsApp über alles informiert. Das hat von der Anreise, bis hin zu Fragen die wir hatten, immer super geklappt und wir haben sehr schnell Antwort erhalten. Ohne, dass wir es bestellt haben, gab es jeden Morgen frische und leckere Croissants. Wir haben viele Restaurants in unseren Viertel empfohlen bekommen und jede Empfehlung die wir getestet haben, war super! Wirklich tolle Gastfreundschaft :) Das Zimmer war prinzipiell immer sauber, aber leider war die Dusche trotzdem verkalkt/schimmlig.

Czysto i schludnie. Aneks kuchenny wyposażony we wszystko co niezbędne. Dostępna herbata, kawa w kapsułkach, cukier. Dość duży pokój z niewielkim balkonem od strony zaułka przy którym znajduje się kamienica. Żadnych irytujących odgłosów z zewnątrz. W pokoju łazienka, klimatyzacja, telewizor, szafa ubraniowa. Żadnych uwag. Właścicielka kontaktowała się z nami za pośrednictwem Whatsapp. Przesłała kilka propozycji gastronomicznych. Lokalizacja blisko stacji metra. Polecam.
• Jennifer (9/5): Toller Aufenthalt für einen Städtetrip - Das Zimmer hat unsere Erwartungen übertreffen. Es war alles vorhanden, sehr sauber und geräumig. Auch im Vorfeld war die Absprache, trotz unserer verspäteten Anreise super. Die Gastgeberin ist super lieb und hat uns einige Tipps für Restaurants gegeben. Super fanden wir, dass es Croissants zum Frühstück gab. In der ausgestatteten Gemeinschaftsküche konnte man sich außerdem bedienen (z.B. Kaffee). Die Lage ist leider etwas unschön. In der Straße lag viel Müll herum und im heißen Sommer riecht man es entsprechen draußen. Hätten wir zuvor die Beschreibung nicht erhalten, hätten wir es vermutlich auch auf Anhieb nicht gefunden.

• Yohanna (10/5): Comfortable and warm stay with kind staff. - The property had a good location and is well kept. Host is very kind and helpful, also giving out recommendations such as restaurants. The room looks the same as the photos and staff help keep it clean. There are multiple facilities given out and it’s worth the money. If you’re going to stay at Rome I recommend this place. Nothing. This hotel was exceptional. Everything was good.

• Debora (10/5): Exceptional - The stay was great! The room and the common area were very clean, the bed was comfortable and Fedora was extremely friendly and kind to us. She was always responsive and helped us throughout the whole stay - even when we had questions about the city and the trip. She took great care of the place and even provided us with tasty croissants and amazing coffee each morning.

• Marius (10/5): Exceptional - We had a wonderful experience at Tempo Lento! The location was fantastic – just a short walk from the metro, which made exploring Rome incredibly easy. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed, including a very useful kitchen that came in handy during our stay. The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, offering us great recommendations for local restaurants that turned out to be delicious and authentic. One of the highlights was receiving free fresh croissants every morning - it was really nice and thoughtful. Overall, the apartment was cozy, clean, and perfectly equipped. We couldn’t have asked for a better place. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Rome!
• Francesca (10/5): Charming place! - A charming place to stay in Rome, very accessible by train with some amazing restaurants nearby. Fedora is such a gracious host who took time to show us all the amenities and gave us some wonderful restaurant recommendations. Communication with host was easy and fast. Waking up to warm and freshly baked croissants and coffee every morning was such a treat! Will definitely book here again when we return.

• Yael (8/5): Super clean, great value, average comfort - Very clean, easy self check-in, lovely pastries every morning, free coffee. The owner was so lovely and sent excellent recommendations for restaurants in the area Mattress was so worn out that I felt the wooden basis and could hardly sleep. Had to put blankets under the mattreas to stop feeling like I'm sleeping on a wooden ladder. The location was not ideal. If you want to take an afternoon rest from touring the city center, then go back in the evening - take into consideration at least 1 hr of public transport back and forth. However, there are some really great dinner options nearby

• Nora (9/5): Overall a great one! - The accommodation is great! The host is amazing❤️ Fresh croissants, coffee, tea were offered every morning. I definitely recommend this place. The water temperature was a bit cold. It was very laud late at night because of other guests in the common kitchen the first night of my staying. The location was great but it was a bit difficult to find. And i would recommend to add curtains to insure privacy and escape the outside lights at night.

• Konstantinos (9/5): Great location and very friendly host - Host was very friendly and provided for everything we needed. Room very clean, very close to metro and bus stops. There wasnt much soundproofing on the room, we could hear the toilet flushing on the next room. Not ideal, but not a problem for me.
