The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. Appreciated the delicious, varied breakfast buffet, though perhaps fewer pastries next time for healthier options. Highly recommend for professionals

The room was spotlessly clean, well-appointed, and cozy We especially enjoyed the in-room dining. The food was fresh, delicious, and delivered promptly every time. It made our stay comfortable and convenient. Our favorite part was the daily breakfast at HangOut Café. The variety was splendid, it provided to different tastes and likings, and every dish we tried was absolutely amazing. A big shout-out to Chef Ibrahim, who went above and beyond making sure that guests had a top-notch dining experience. Not only is he a top chef, but he’s also very friendly and welcoming – it truly made our stay great. The hotel’s amenities were also great – the pool was clean and well-maintained my daughter loved it so much. Overall, we can say its one for the books and would highly recommend Novotel Bur Dubai to anyone!

For a couple of days there no bath towels, hand towel or bath mat in the bathroom. Did not understand why there would be shortage of towels when the management is aware of the number of reservations made. Buffett breakfast was great as well as the staff at the restaurant. However it gets crowded after 9:30.

Average wait time for service is 25 to 30 mins. WATER IS POISION. DON'T DRINK... The concept of fresh bottled water is a scam here. Its TAP water. Me and my pregnant wife was constantly having gastric issues. BUFFET BREAKFAST IS TASTELESS AND LACKS SPREAD. We accidently booked for breakfast, hence had to forcefully eat the breakfast. Never expected this from Novotel

He was always polite, helpful, and approachable. What impressed me most was that he also offered me a late check-out without any hassle. Staff like Jefferson truly elevate the guest experience. The rooms are clean, comfy, and have everything you need. The staff are really friendly and helpful. The breakfast has lots of tasty options, and there’s something for everyone. The pool and gym are nice for relaxing or working out. It’s a good mix of comfort and value for money. Whether you’re in Dubai for a holiday or work, Novotel makes the stay easy and enjoyable. Would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

He went out of his way to ensure the food was not only delicious but also kid friendly which made a huge difference to our mornings. The breakfast spread is impressive, with a variety of tasty, fresh options catering to both adults and children. It’s been an awesome start to our days. It provided exemplary hospitality service. My sons who are very picky due to their condition enjoyed the food. The hotel is very accommodating to people of determination/disability. Considering that we had to extend our stay several times due to challenges in availabilities of doctors and procedures, we wee able to stay in three type of rooms. All the rooms were we stayed (Deluxe, Executive and Deluxe Suite) are all well maintained. Thank you F&B (Ms. Zen, Daphne, Chaitu, Peter, and Nico) for accommodating our requests. Thank you Ms. Zen for taking time to know our needs as we are people of determination. Your assistance was indeed very much appreciated after our daily visits to our doctors. Deepest gratitude to Desmond, who served us almost throughout our stay. I appreciate his patience and kind demeanour. Thank you housekeeping (Vishnu. Ruth, Aftad, and Rabina) for your assistance. Ms. Orchid, thank you so much for understanding our needs and ensuring that we will be as comfortable as possible. - Hussein Azim (6/5): - Cold and unwelcoming reception. Carpets had multiple stains, it felt so uncomfortable to walk on. Multiple lamps in the room didn't work. Close to Wafi Mall and insurance metro station. Good coffee options around.
- Sherifakhaled (6/5): Convenient, clean hotel with limited room amenities. - The hotel is in a convenient location for my work. The rooms are clean and nice, but with minimal amenities, no slippers, no robes, AC is set to 19 and difficult to control. The hotel is cleaning staff are pleasant. They have minor problems, breakfast after 9 am is very crowded, tables are not spaced, so you move with difficulty among them. However, the buffet is good, and variety is acceptable. You have to ask for extra pillows as they mention this in the room. Yesterday, the room service rang my bell 1 am in the morning for an order requested by another room! The house keeping are not very consistent with water bottles replacement. Shisha place closes at 9 pm!

- 284clintonp (4/5): Good modern hotel - Ruined by terrible staff attitude - Check-in agent the most unhelpful person I’ve encountered in an Accor hotel. More interested attending to her phone. Doorman unimpressed to load bags onto the trolley from car Good pool but just not worth the hassle. The ‘lifeguard’ berates kids for anything more than just doing laps. Too many rules! Breakfast is on the lower end of Novotel standards as far as selection goes. However, the egg station was good and the chef excellent. The first smiling face in the hotel. Well appointed rooms with world plugs Staff & management couldn’t care less about the Accor loyalty program and member (diamond) benefits. Not a single benefit was granted/awarded. Okay for a short business stay but with family I’d be looking elsewhere until the staffing situation changes at this hotel.

- hecallsmebunny (10/5): Very accomodating for Coeliac / Gluten Free - From check in we were made to feel very welcome and catered for. We stayed in suite 310 with 3 people and the room was very spacious and comfortable. We had breakfast included as well and were surprised by the fabulous variety available. From pastries to cold cuts, fresh made omelettes and local cuisine. Aasim knew one of us was Coeliac and he came to find out what they liked to eat. He then ensured the kitchen made a seperate fresh meal which included gluten free bread rolls. Everyone enjoyed their breakfasts and the Coeliac felt well catered for and fine afterwards. We will stay here next time we visit Dubai. The location is perfect and walking distance to Wafi Mall were you can buy GF pastries and flat bread

If you wanted more atmosphere, restaurants and nightlife, then I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. The area is very quiet and there are lots of hospitals around the hotel and not many restaurants within walking distance.. it is also quite far away from any of the beaches and there are no shuttles from the hotel to the beach.

- Mirna (4/5): - My company booked for me a room in the smoking section because the hotel was full. However, I am sure that this level of smoking is not safe or even acceptable. The smell of the entire floor even before i get to my room is terrible. I got very sick and asked the hotel receptionists three times to change my room as i couldnt breathe anymore, but they didnt even bother to help. they kept saying "sorry ma'am the hotel is full" . honestly it was SOOO bad that I had to check out earlier than the nights i booked, and went to sleep at another place.

It's very safe outside and not far from World Trade Centre, Burf Khalifa or Deira It's a typical Novotel as we have in Europe, perhaps slightly more luxurious. The staff are pleasant and helpful.

- Stephen (8/5): - The location of the property was ideal in relation to distance from the airport and proximity to a medical facility I was visiting. The one area for improvement was the check-in experience. Even though I was checking in at 3:20 a.m. following a delayed flight, the representative who checked me in was not at all welcoming and seemed distracted with other concerns.
